Great location! About 2-3 mins walk from Wuyi Square Metro exit 7. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and in close walking proximity to the famous locations including the store that sells those oversized snacks. The hotel offers breakfast which is 6.5/10. The reception is on the 7th floor and I got a room on the 14th floor, fairly large and comfortable. There were a few things that could use repair and deep cleaning but was okay for the price and considering the location. Overall, recommend and would stay there if I ever visit Changsha again.

I picked the best hotel to spend a night in Furong Town! It was perfectly located in the center of the Ancient Town, so it was easy to walk everywhere. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a fabulous view of the river. The owners are incredibly friendly and communicated with me through WeChat to answer any questions I had about the city. They provided a schedule of events, map, etc. They also arranged a taxi for me to the train station and gave me a kind gift at checkout. I felt very safe and welcomed as a solo traveler. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much with another couple friends! The hotel provided free pick up service from high speed rail station so that was the first good impression . Room was spacious, beautiful decorated and clean. It is located at a perfect location (behind the Tianmenshan cable car station, restaurants, shops around) . The staff was super friendly , warmth and welcoming . Especially Ms Xiong 熊管家. We came back to stay for another night and arrived very early so she kept a look out for any empty room available so we could check in early .

The inn and all the girls working there are just amazing. If you read this, don’t hesitate-this is your absolutely perfect stay. Tastefully designed,fresh,clean,spacious,comfortable.Street food, restaurants (Chinese cuisine), convenience stores etc. a stone’s throw away. Thank you very much for our unforgettable days with you,it wouldn’t be the same without your assistance and support. Everything was really nice. Clean, spacious rooms. Beds are very comfy. When we were there, we lost an item which the staff then posted for us so it got back home safely. An extra service which really helped us out. The staff are really amazing!

Have you ever enter the hotel with luggage in a hot day and being presented with ice cream? I am really sorry that you didn’t. Here is the hotel where you can experience it. And not only this makes it best! The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but this town is tiny which makes tranquility here an advantage. We had a room with mountain view and balcony. The view were nice, the room were spacious and convenient with large bathroom, bathtube at the balcony (why not) and nice “Chinese” styled furniture. Every day they refreshed our water supply with two bottles of it. The owner or host were really nice and helpful. Although he didn’t speak English he made a great effort to help using translator. He booked for us most of the tickets to attractions, organized the transfer to the airport and helped us to plan the route inside parks. The breakfast has only one option, but the view from the terrace where it was served and the food itself were amazing. Highly recommended. Worth every penny and more.

I booked twin room for my parents and they absolutely enjoyed their stay! So below is my parent's comments: - The location is prime, right in the center of Changsha, close to everywhere you want to go. - The room is nice and what surprised me is that it's river view even if the booking doesn't mention it. - Staffs are all very friendly and responsive - Good quality breakfast with lots of varieties - Club lounge serves good range of drinks and food too If I ever come to Changsha, I won't stay anywhere else but Grant Hyatt :)

Second level reception very clean and welcoming with tables and chairs to relax and grab a complementary tea freshly brewed. . Great staff, super clean. Highly recommend to westerners as well.

Cozy clean room with nice view. Near Feng Bridge, Octagon Tower. 12mins walk from QiFeng Square Bus Terminal. Just right beside if the river so that the view is so great. Room is clean with amenities like mugs and disposable slippers, tooth brush, comb and even shaver. Receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Provided town map for me and suggested the places to visit. Free postal card as well. Night time opposite has bar and live band. A but noisy but the view in the midnight still very pretty. Morning view is nice too while still not much tourists. The balcony is really comfortable to stay. Listening the river flow, drink a cup of tea or coffee and just relax at the balcony. Worth to stay as I get tired of city life.

The view from the room was amazing. We absolutely loved the balcony. It was our favourite hang out place during our 2 nights stay. The room was very spacious for 3 people. The bed was comfortable. They have proper amenities available. The toilet was very big. The location of the hotel was very convenient and it is walking distance to all the main attractions. It was a plus point as we were travelling with elderly people. The hotel staffs were very helpful and approachable, they provided us the digital map and gave us guidance on how to walk around the ancient town. They also offered better ticket pricings for the different attractions that was available. They came to fetch us when we arrived at the Nan Hua Men. They also arranged transport for us to the railway station as we were a group of 6. Only downside was the noise from the vehicles in the eating street in front of the hotel, and some tour groups start their tour as early as 7am in the morning, as they walk by along the TuoJiang river. However, that was not an issue for us. We woke up early to sit at the balcony and have our morning coffee while watching people passing by.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I traveled as a solo female on a last-minute whim with little to no Chinese language skills. Not only was I greeted warmly, but the staff were exceptionally nice. They helped me book a day trip to Zhangjiajie, including transport. They made a great effort in solving my problems and ensuring I was okay. They even made sure I ate and helped me with ordering food, accommodating my dietary requirements by translating and selecting suitable meals. The room was beautiful and spacious. I loved how everything was automatic, including the curtains. They even had one of those bidet/automatic toilets. The hotel is super close to Tianmen Mountain, allowing me to visit early in the morning and still have time to go to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and Glass Bridge. It is also close to the 72 Wonders Tower (72 Qilou). On my first night, I couldn’t figure out how to get Didi working, and one of the staff booked it for me. I highly recommend this hotel—10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. George from the concierge was very helpful in booking our tickets. The location is fantastic, close to East Gate, with major attractions just a few kilometers away. Although we hired a Didi, it's also possible to walk to these attractions. The western food section in the restaurant could use some improvement; the pizza tasted more like cheese on bread than an actual pizza. However, the breakfast buffet was quite nice. We definitely recommend this place for families, as the pool is great for both kids and adults after a long day of walking.

We booked 2 triple rooms. Due to the layout of the hotel, we were on different floors, which was no problem. One room was a regular room and the other room was premium, which was way more comfortable. The shower of the regular room leaked, which made the bathroom always wet with spills. Breakfast was okay, they have a small convenience store linked to the lobby, which is nice to buy snacks and drinks before going to the parks. Hotel is about 30 min. away from the mayor entrances.

My review has been overdue. The condition of the room is exactly as advertised and clean. The strength of the shower is consistent and there is plenty of water to cater for a continuous shower of 3 people. The room's layout is very well thought out and the heater is working well. When we arrived the temperature suddenly dropped by 5-6 degrees as it rained. The windows are double-glazed thus providing good insulation. The owner is friendly taking time to advise guests on a customised tour route. In addition, he was very obliging. I requested to use the laundry as my grandson soiled his clothes due to vomiting earlier. All in the experience was good and we extended our stay by one more day. This is definitely an accommodation that we will return to if we visit Zhangjiajie again

Yuxi Homestay is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. When we arrived, they were very welcoming and helped us make a itinerary for Zhangjiajie, which was super helpful. This Homestay provides a delightful breakfast with multiple options to choose from. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. This was also the case for dinner, there were a lot of options to choose from and the chef made us some delicious local & traditional foods! And then we have the view!! They had breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. We even could fish in the backyard of the hotel. It's an ideal retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, Yuxi Homestay offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and charm. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. Without a doubt, this homestay deserves a full 5-star rating.

I am very pleased that I chose this hotel because it's located at the fringe of Fenghuang Gucheng. It's a short walking distance to the attraction but away from the hustle and bustle of it. The hotel staff are all very friendly helpful, be it the front reception or the housekeepers. The room is well designed and a lot of thoughts have gone into making it comfortable for the guest. The free laundry service where the housekeepers take care of the washing and drying of your clothes free up our time to go sightseeing. On check out day, the front desk helped to book a taxi for me to the train station. The only shortcoming I can think of is breakfast. The food runs out barely an hour into service and is not replenished. There is not many variety but for the price, it is acceptable.

Excellent!! Probably the best stay during our trip to China! The hosts are very sweet and helpful. The room was clean, tidy with a beautiful view. It’s located 15 minutes away from the very touristic area but there are still a lot of restaurants around! The owners of the hotel suggested two restaurants close by that served delicious food (see pictures). The owner helped us call a taxi back to the train station which costed 40rmb. Highly highly recommended!!! 😍

The service provided by the inn was okay. Town people are friendly and help us to call the Inn before arrival as the Inn is located inside the tourist areas which requires a purchased ticket to enter. Taxi couldn't access the Inn, as such the Inn service crew needed to pick us up. Suggestion if you are going for is inn. Call the hotel in advance to arrange for your pickup if you coming from the train station (DiDi is not available in the town) and the ticket to enter the town. For the price I pay it is worth the scenery as the waterfall slaps right in front of us but not the room as it is pretty run down (Homestay).

1. This hotel located in Fenghuang Ancient Town near on riverside. I can see river throught windows of my room. Near to all attraction points. There are a lot of nearby restaurants. 2. Decoration is modern and the room is very convenient. 3. Owner is very nice and helpful. He provided calling taxi to drop me at Fenghuanggucheng Tain Station for free after check out.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

The location is right by the bridge. Owner is friendly and sent a driver to to pick us up from railway station. He also carried our luggages to the homestay and up to the room. We booked the suite room and the balcony there is shared - pls note it is 2 rooms side by side with 2 separate entrances and 1 shared balcony. The view is great- being right by the iconic bridge. But come evening - it will be a nightmare for those who do not like bar music and heavy bass. The floorboards vibrate with the heavy base late into the night and stops at 1130pm. The location by the river with many mosquitoes is unavoidable. However our stay was marred by a serious security breach when the counter lady supposedly allowed other tourists to view our other room with 2 single beds and access to the shared balcony and then allowing them to book and stay in our room that we paid for. We were terribly shocked to see the swing in our room moving when we walked by to the homestay- that’s when we realise there were strangers in our room. The other tourists were rude and obnoxious demanding that we moved instead when we clearly booked and stayed in the room first. Even though the homestay owner settled the issue and was very apologetic. However, we find it very hard to believe that the counter lady does not know that the room was part of the suite room as there is only 1 suite in the entire homestay. Just because we booked a 2 bedder for the view, and had only 2 persons does not mean they can rent out the other room without our permission and allow others into our room that held our personal belongings. Unfortunately despite the warmness of the owner, we are unable to recommend this accommodation to others. Also, the homestay is unman in the night , and the room door is not able to lock (only have electronic lock) which makes us feel even more unsafe.

We are Malaysians, coming to Hunan for the first time, to Phoenix for the first. Ctrip on the election of the most praised the most Xiangxi Hotel, note the need for shuttle service, but forget to leave the phone. After getting off the high-speed rail station, I didn't remember the pick-up, so I got on the bus. Later, when I got to the hotel, the receptionist told us that the pick-off worker didn' t pick us up at the high- speed rail station. We only remembered the incident and felt very sorry. The hotel has a large parking lot. Check-in at the front desk was very quick. The hotel also has a dedicated butler who served us a fruit after check-in. It was very kind. You can contact them for any needs in the room. The service staff was very welcoming, the room was spacious, bright and comfortable, the sheets and covers were clean and refreshing and the sleep was super comfortable. Phoenix is definitely the most beautiful small city, and the night sky is very charming. There was a great selection of snacks around the hotel and it was very convenient. I was so happy to have booked this hotel. I contacted the housekeeper to drop off at 8 o'clock the next day. After checking out, I waited a little while. I was pleasantly surprised that the drop-off was a beautiful little sister. Along the way, we talked about family and work. We arrived at the high-speed rail station very quickly, and we were a little too tired to leave. Phoenix the most Xiangxi Hotel, super worth staying Oh, I must recommend my friends to Phoenix, remember not to miss the most Xiangxi!

The service was awesome. At first , we booked the family room but because it has only 1 toilet we requested to change the 2 separate rooms. The hotel manager guided us through all the options and let us see all the rooms, and even offered a free upgrade to let us stay on the same floor. Super service minded!

Front office staff very helpful in assisting which transport mode to travel around, just in case get lost just tell the front office staff via WeChat our exact location & they will tag GPS into guest hand phone to advise either taking bus or teksi (if teksi they will direct driver to the location to pick up guest). With this assistance, can move around freely without worry to find the way back to hote! Breakfast included with a cafe at the lobby. Prime location, about 1km +- to Ferris Wheel.

Line 6 is directly accessible and convenient. You can get off the plane and take the subway. Taking the subway is environmentally friendly and time-saving. The hotel is not far from the scenic spot. It takes less than ten minutes to get there by taxi. There are also two large shopping malls nearby, which is convenient. The front desk lady is quite gentle. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel. We went to eat rice noodles nearby. We found a random one. The taste is good and has Changsha characteristics. The breakfast shop is crowded and has a fireworks a**osphere. I like the a**osphere of Changsha and will come again next time.

I left in a hurry and forgot to take pictures. The hotel was unexpectedly good. First of all, the service attitude was very good. After parking the car, the concierge Gao Fei carried the box for me. The angel Eve's service attitude was also very good, and she sent me to the elevator. Liang Huan and Zhou Yao at the front desk patiently helped me check in. It was also a good stay. The hotel is located in the most prosperous area at the intersection of Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, Wuyi Square, and is in the center of the city. It is very convenient to take the subway to attractions or go shopping. The sound insulation is very good, and the hustle and bustle downstairs does not affect sleep. The attitude of the front desk lady and the cleaning lady are very good and responsive. I traveled with my parents and children these days. The breakfast is also very rich, and the old and the young are very satisfied!

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

The hotel is in a great location, adjacent to the Huangxing South Road Pedestrian Street, and the subway and bus are very convenient. There are all kinds of snacks, Hunan specialties, and drinks such as Cha Yan Yue Se in the pedestrian street... It is so prosperous and lively that you can't take your eyes off it. The room decoration is very distinctive, with complete facilities, warm and comfortable, clean and tidy, and free self-service milk tea, coffee, juice and tea are also provided. The beautiful girls who work in shifts at the front desk are all of high quality and polite. In short, I like this Qu Keli Hotel very much. I will come again next time
