Após desembarcar na Estação Ferroviária Leste de Zhengzhou, há ônibus da Didi disponíveis no estacionamento P5. Nossa família de três pessoas pegou um Didi, que custou 9 yuans, incluindo pedágios, e cerca de 77 yuans em contas de telefone. Era um pouco longe. O hotel era bem grande e bem decorado. Havia muitos funcionários no saguão, mas apenas uma pessoa cuidava do check-in. Era preciso escanear um código QR para fazer o check-in e, para cada hóspede, tirar fotos do documento de identidade e fazer o reconhecimento facial. Essa experiência não foi das melhores. Muitos funcionários nos cumprimentaram educadamente, mas o check-in era feito por autoatendimento. Os quartos eram geralmente bons e o café da manhã era razoável. Não havia girafas para alimentar no inverno. O hotel tem um mini-trem para o Zoológico de Yinji, o que é conveniente. Não conseguimos um táxi para jantar à noite, então pegamos um pequeno bonde elétrico. Há ônibus da Didi disponíveis para retornar à cidade de Zhengzhou pela manhã.

The location is SUPERB! just opposite 清明上河园‘s main entrance. We could literally go for a walk in the park after dinner. Cannot find a better location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They also have free laundry service.

If I could give 11/10, I would. I came on the day of the heaviest snow this year. Just when I thought everything went wrong, it turned out to be memorable. Flight delay, then airport delayed flight parking due to the snow. My booked Didi (another app) driver left. Was stuck in the ONLY didi driver’s shared car making its way from Zhengzhou to Luoyang — he drove from 11pm to 5.30 am going at 40 to 50 km/h because the roads were iced up and slippery (even his car had slid through and hit the barriers twice) . The owner added the driver’s contact and waited up all night until the early morning for me to check in and carry the luggage up. The price, the location and the very nice owner make this homestay an excellent one — better than a hotel. There isn’t any elevators but the owner helps out with the luggage. The room is large and comfortable. He had turned on the heating for me before I arrived to warm up the room. The breakfast is delicious. The homestay is near to Luoyi Ancient city (a few minutes walk) and Luoyi Ancient City metro. His hand-drawn map highlights all the good spots. His daughter is adorable too.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

If you have the interest and time, it would be a wonderful experience. 📌 The B&B offers breakfast on the first floor of the adjacent guesthouse, which is a cafe and restaurant. Afternoon tea is also served there. Breakfast is a set menu, and the kind auntie serving will thoughtfully inform you that you can ask for more if needed. 📌 The minibar in the room has complimentary drinks and snacks (I only remembered this after I left). ✅ **Photo Opportunities** 📌 Yunhuali B&B itself is a great spot for taking photos. The alley on the second floor offers picturesque scenes at every turn, providing numerous angles for great shots. 📌 The B&B is located near the Wenfen Pagoda within Luoyi Ancient City, making it very convenient for strolling and taking photos in the ancient city. ✅ **Tips** 📌 Yunhuali B&B Address: Building 7, Zhongjie Street, Luoyi Ancient City Scenic Area, Old Town. 📌 It's recommended to drive into the underground parking lot of the ancient city and be guided by the B&B butler, or walk approximately 200 meters from the East Gate of the ancient city.

The cleaning staff in our courtyard were lovely and very helpful and the man at reception we dealt with too. It was obvious the staff work hard to do their best considering the condition of the hotel and spa. But the hotel and spa are tired and both locations need facelifts. For example, the basin and surround in our room was all discoloured, as was the wall at the door, and there were loose wires visible and the courtyard plants were all dying. The hotel communal areas away from reception were unkempt. The spa pool had broken and discoloured tiles, with lots of leaves in the water and the flumes were closed. Both could be great with investment.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, close to main attractions and easy to get around. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and good service, and I look forward to staying here again.

雙人黃帝宮御温泉門票（入住期間多次入園）:温泉很不錯，比較大，池子也多，但是太熱了，室外的池子沒有泡，服務員有點少。12點會開室外的小童的水上樂園，小型，常温水，但是真的不太宣傳，一直沒告知，還是我們坐摩天輪的時候看到所以找過來，孩子很喜歡，但是那個地面和滑梯不太平整，屁股不友好，孩子泳褲滑破被迫離場哈哈哈。我們住的房間是3201，房間很大，大家記好房間號，位置真的很好，晚上9點窗户直接看到銀基動物王國的煙花秀和燈光秀。旁邊休息大廳有水果免費拿，記得拿，房間提供歡迎小食。早餐算是豐富，孩子夠了，米線還不錯。可以延遲2點退房，房間瓶裝水不夠可以加，還提供床欄。房間雖然暗，但是孩子很喜歡那個浴盆，泡澡泡了兩回，就是服務員真的不好找，雖然找到了會很熱情。另外，晚上點了**上的胖胖燒烤，排名第一，真的很好吃，沒想到這麼滿足，強烈推薦。

É uma pena que eu tenha esquecido de tirar mais fotos do hotel. O serviço é muito bom. A recepcionista é muito entusiasmada. Ela queria nos contar todas as comidas deliciosas e as coisas divertidas. Se você não souber o que comer ou beber depois de chegar, pergunte na recepção. As recomendações são todas boas. Não é caro. O quarto é muito limpo. Se você tiver alguma dúvida, a recepção será muito paciente. As comidas para viagem são entregues no quarto por robôs, o que faz com que as pessoas sintam que estão servindo os hóspedes com muita sinceridade. A localização também é muito boa, a apenas 3 metros da esquina da saída A de Lijingmen. Vá para outra rua e ande um pouco até Yingtianmen. Ficarei aqui na próxima vez, haha.
