Esta foi a segunda vez que me hospedei neste hotel e parece que não será a última. O hotel está idealmente localizado no coração do distrito comercial central, com todos os seus restaurantes, parques e acesso ao lago Ruyi, além de fácil acesso ao transporte público – você pode pegar o metrô para qualquer área da cidade, bem como para o aeroporto ou ambas as estações ferroviárias. Excelente serviço na recepção e nos quartos, uma boa seleção de pratos para o café da manhã e, claro, vistas deslumbrantes das janelas.

This hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around and visiting nearby attractions. The staff were very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations. One thing I really appreciated was that the staff kindly helped call a taxi for me free of charge when I wanted to visit nearby tourist spots. also able to do an early check-in, which was a big plus after a long journey. The room was new, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong and excellent. There were complimentary snacks and unlimited drinking water provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Also, there is a hot pot restaurant at the street corner near the hotel — the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. If I have the chance to visit Luoyang again, I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

It was a very clean and wonderful room. There was a humidifier, it was quiet, the water was hot, and it was relaxing. The breakfast had a wide variety and was so fresh that I ended up eating too much. I want to go again.

This is a really well-designed hotel, super close to the subway station – literally right outside. Parking is a bit further away, but still manageable. The front desk service was excellent; a young man proactively helped us with our luggage when he heard we had a lot, which showed great service awareness. The room had high ceilings and felt very spacious. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.

For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.

We were a group of six and drove from Yexian to Kaifeng yesterday. We stumbled upon this B&B online during our drive. The pillows and mattresses were so comfortable that we slept soundly until morning! We all agreed it was fantastic and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaifeng. When we checked out today, they even gave each of us a souvenir. We were truly touched by their thoughtfulness! Also, since we drove, they helped us with our luggage. They also gave us excellent recommendations for where to eat and where to buy local specialties. We truly felt cared for and could relax and enjoy our time in Kaifeng without a worry. Thumbs up to these entrepreneurs! They really put their heart into it!

Viajei com duas crianças pequenas e o quarto é adorável, os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Eles até me ajudaram com as malas até a rua principal, infelizmente não me lembro do nome deles. Gostaria de elogiar as senhoras que trabalham na recepção. O único ponto negativo é a localização do hotel, que é inconveniente para chamar um táxi. É preciso ir até a rua principal. Durante o festival de meados do outono, o preço estava um pouco alto. Na verdade, o hotel não merece 4 estrelas. A classificação por estrelas é um exagero absoluto. De qualquer forma, é um bom hotel boutique. A equipe foi prestativa. O quarto era barulhento. O café da manhã é medíocre e precisa ser melhorado. O café é horrível.

Uma coisa que devem melhorar é a rotulagem dos alimentos no pequeno-almoço, uma vez que é uma cadeia internacional que devem considerar essa rotulagem para os convidados internacionais. Na minha opinião, as etiquetas devem explicar correctamente os ingredientes ou o conteúdo do prato.
