Após desembarcar na Estação Ferroviária Leste de Zhengzhou, há ônibus da Didi disponíveis no estacionamento P5. Nossa família de três pessoas pegou um Didi, que custou 9 yuans, incluindo pedágios, e cerca de 77 yuans em contas de telefone. Era um pouco longe. O hotel era bem grande e bem decorado. Havia muitos funcionários no saguão, mas apenas uma pessoa cuidava do check-in. Era preciso escanear um código QR para fazer o check-in e, para cada hóspede, tirar fotos do documento de identidade e fazer o reconhecimento facial. Essa experiência não foi das melhores. Muitos funcionários nos cumprimentaram educadamente, mas o check-in era feito por autoatendimento. Os quartos eram geralmente bons e o café da manhã era razoável. Não havia girafas para alimentar no inverno. O hotel tem um mini-trem para o Zoológico de Yinji, o que é conveniente. Não conseguimos um táxi para jantar à noite, então pegamos um pequeno bonde elétrico. Há ônibus da Didi disponíveis para retornar à cidade de Zhengzhou pela manhã.

Traveling with my parents on a self-drive trip, I was a bit anxious before checking in, worried about noise and cleanliness issues. However, the location turned out to be very convenient for getting around, and there's free parking. The hotel room was spacious, and the sofa and chairs were leather, so no worries about stains. As someone with a bit of a germ phobia, I found the cleanliness to be perfectly acceptable. The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place! My parents had a wonderful two days in Kaifeng.

The location is good but when busy period there will be traffic jam and it’s really jammed. It’s a Central Area and there is good food within walking distance. Some of hotel staff are nice and some has a bit attitude. There is one staff which is more mature she is nice and friendly. The younger ones has their attitude. There is once the hotel towel wasn’t changed even after cleaning the room as they just folded it back and place it at the same place. A bad side in the toilet was there no place to hang your clothes. The design of the hotel really fits the hotel name. A great design and Overall was still a pleasant stay.

這次入住體驗超出預期，整體環境乾淨整潔，一進房間就感覺温馨舒適。床品柔軟親膚，乾濕分離、特別是床墊睡着非常舒服，退房的時候問一下前台是金可兒的床墊，準備在家裡也買一個，然後枕頭也挺舒服的，58元一個、入手了兩個，睡眠質量特別好，房間設施齊全，空調、衞浴、WiFi都很給力，洗漱用品品質不錯，衞生打掃得很細緻。下次來這邊還會選擇這家，服務和環境都挑不出毛病。

Excellent hotel, the room felt quite high end, it's great value for money. The room had a digital personal assistant that could turn the AC and lights on and off which was very cool. It's only a 15-20min walk to the high-speed rail station and the coach station so the location was perfect for me.
