The hotel's location is excellent; major attractions in Guilin city are all within walking distance, making it ideal for tourists. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic. They not only upgraded our room but also offered a late check-out based on our itinerary, which greatly enhanced the comfort of our trip. The hotel lobby offers a variety of beverages to meet different needs, and the lobby environment is surprisingly comfortable and clean, a stark contrast to the hotel's exterior.

Amazing hotel! Spectacular views. It is about a 40mins didi ride from the Yangshuo station but totally worth it! We stayed at the no.8 building which is away from the lobby but we get taken there either by a private car or the buggy. Breakfast was included and it was okay. The Guilin noodles was definitely the highlight of breakfast. There was also daily refill of the minibar, fruit as well as afternoon tea consisting of nuts, fruits and desserts and Chinese sweet dessert at night. The private car was convenient as it can take you to close surrounding areas. The drivers were really nice. Our 管家 (housekeepers) 西西 and 勤勤 were really nice and friendly too. We had no plan so thank you to 西西and勤勤 for recommending different activities for us and helped us book tickets for cheaper prices too! We had so much fun paragliding, ATV car riding and visiting scenic places! As the weather was cooler, we didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. The hotel itself could use some upkeep though, as some of the paint is wearing off. Nevertheless, I'd definitely come back. The village where the hotel is located at is absolutely charming! Love it :)

Highly recommend! This newly opened hotel boasts brand-new facilities, including a gym, tea room, and a kids' play area – it has everything! We felt so at ease during our stay. The location is super convenient; right downstairs, you can stroll through the scenic area, which is fantastic. The staff are incredibly nice, always greeting you with a smile, making for an excellent experience. The bedding is so comfortable that you won't want to get out of bed; we had a great night's sleep. Definitely a full score!

Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately drawn in by two rows of lush bamboo – the new Chinese style really resonated with me! The minimalist black and white lobby features ink wash paintings and tea elements, while wooden furniture paired with mountain light and shadows creates a serene, Zen-like atmosphere perfect for photos. Rooms start at a spacious 50 sqm, and opening the balcony door reveals views of green mountains and dark tiles. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the sunset paint the peaks golden in the evening feels incredibly private. For families with kids, rest assured; the butler proactively provides bed rails and baby-friendly mosquito coils – such thoughtful details!

Excellent, the usual friendly Marriott service. I brought my family to Guangxi for a trip and chose to stay here on our last night. I'm a long-time Marriott Bonvoy member. It's very close to Mixc City, which is considered Nanning's most bustling commercial area. They kindly upgraded my room for free, and outside the window, I could see the big Ferris wheel, which was beautiful at night. The hotel facilities are comprehensive. I highly recommend the buffet on the 17th floor. Since our flight was at 6:30 PM and my child fell asleep at check-out, I spoke with the lovely lady at the front desk, and they extended our stay by two hours free of charge, for which I'm very grateful. I will definitely choose a Marriott property again next time.

Traveling with my family this time, out of the many hotels in Guilin, we chose Lijiang Courtyard, and our stay proved it was the right decision. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the Li River, offering unparalleled first-row river views from our rooms. We booked four rooms, but upon arrival, we realized we needed an extra bed for our larger group. The front desk staff immediately helped us by upgrading us to a more spacious room, which solved the problem. The facilities and equipment are also very complete; the rooms have smart toilets and bathtubs, and everything is clean. I tried the spa and it was very comfortable. The breakfast offers a diverse selection, with rotating dishes daily, including local Guilin specialties like Guilin rice noodles and oil tea, which are definitely worth trying. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance!

The room was great, excellent value for money! The complimentary Guangxi document-style fruit tea I received at check-in was absolutely delicious. When I checked out, I asked if I could buy some, but they said it was a limited supply. Just as I entered the elevator, the front desk attendant actually chased after me to give me a bottle. Thank you so much, the service was fantastic! 👍👍👍

The hotel's style gave me the feeling of stumbling into a Santorini-like romance, encountering a blue and white dreamscape right in the city. It truly felt like Santorini within the city, with its strong blue and white aesthetic and romantic nooks. The young men and women at the front desk were not only good-looking but also very attentive. When I had a stomachache late at night, they even helped me make medicine and brought it to my room. The room was very spacious, incredibly clean and tidy, and even had a bathtub where I could relax. They provided disposable bathtub liners, so I felt completely comfortable using it. Of course, my favorite spot was the Monet Garden Restaurant. Not only did they have local specialty oil tea, but I was most thrilled to enjoy unlimited coffee, with beautifully designed packaging. The Monet Garden Restaurant is also very photogenic, and there's an infinity pool. Oh, and I really enjoyed the late-night dessert soup every evening. When I checked out, they even gave me a farewell gift – a DIY mugwort wellness hammer, which was a really thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel lobby is very grand, and the background painting has a strong local character, which is quite impressive. The room we were assigned had a very open view; although it faced a road, the soundproofing was still good. When checking in, the lady at the front desk gave us a complimentary room upgrade and reminded us that it was going to rain that day, advising us to take an umbrella. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Even though the hotel is ten years old, the facilities are still quite new. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, and they even have Luosifen (snail noodles)! The staff were also excellent, promptly helping to change our plates. We also received a welcome fruit tea, which tasted great!

The view is beautiful. The parking lot at the entrance is a bit small (I'm not sure if there's underground parking), but the handsome guy on the first floor was very helpful with our luggage. I heard from the taxi driver outside that the lobby is on the 13th floor because of the location, and they're worried about flooding. So, we have to go up to the 13th floor to check in, then go to our check-in floor. This trip to Liuzhou was a spontaneous one, and the beautiful river view made me feel great. The beautiful receptionist gave me a free upgrade to a suite with a large bathtub. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly. The upgraded suite had a window that opened onto a residential building across from it, but I was fine with that. After all, rest is the most important thing after a tiring trip. There's another window over the bathtub, with picturesque greenery outside and a sideways view of the river. There's a swimming pool on the 12th floor. While not large, I went there at night to take photos. The shimmering night view is beautiful and photogenic. Breakfast was my own expense. The beef brisket noodles were good, and the other food complemented the river view. The taste wasn't important; the gentle morning breeze and a good mood were what mattered...
