"First off, it is very very hard to drag a luggage through the entire ancient district into this hotel. The streets are paved with ancient cobblestone and engraved stones. It is impossible to drag luggage across it, so I had to carry 12 kg by hand. I was sweating under the afternoon summer sun. Thankfully, the reception ladies were very kind and I got cold tea immediately upon arrival. Upon walking through the door, the water feature garden was quite breathtaking. I honestly had not expected to see such a design in Fuzhou. There are seats readily available, so you can also relax with friends in the courtyard or reception hall. Despite the lack of noise proofing (due to ancient architecture preservation), the room was also amazing with some of the best amenities I’ve seen to far. The hotel also provides laundry service for free, which is a huge benefit in the sweltering Fuzhou summer. In the main reception hall, you get fresh tea served as well as small talk if you wish. The sunrise and morning streets outside were gorgeous, so I wish I had more time exploring the district. There is honestly a lot to do in Fuzhou, so long as you are willing to avoid tourist traps. Overall, worth staying here, but hauling 20kg luggage back to the subway again under the afternoon sun was crazy."

"I had a pleasant and satisfactory stay at the InterContinental Fuzhou. The rooms are very spacious, and I especially liked the clever sliding divider that allows you to separate the bathroom area when needed. Breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options, and the service throughout the stay was prompt and efficient. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with the metro entrance just a 3-minute walk away."

"ME Hotel Fuzhou is a truly magnificent and modern hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant design, stylish ambience, and warm hospitality of the staff. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was exceptional — there were plenty of choices ranging from local Chinese dishes to international favourites, all freshly prepared and delicious. We also appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at ME Hotel Fuzhou was wonderful. We felt relaxed and well taken care of, and we would definitely love to return again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fuzhou!"

"The most unbearable thing about this hotel for me was the temperature. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it felt stuffy and hot. When we checked in at the front desk, I even asked the staff about the hotel's temperature setting, and she said it was set at a constant 26 degrees Celsius. Sure enough, when we got to the room, the thermostat displayed 26 degrees. Even after lowering the temperature, there was no change at all. It was unbearable trying to sleep at night, so I called down. They sent an engineer who fiddled with the thermostat, bringing the display down to around 23 degrees, but honestly, it didn't feel much cooler; it still felt hot. Especially with the thick duvet, I couldn't get any sleep, so I had to call again and ask for a fan. The next day, I visited a client in the office building right next to the hotel. The moment I entered the office lobby, it immediately felt cool and comfortable. Just a single door separated us, and the difference in temperature settings between the hotel and the office building was noticeable. My client's office also felt comfortably cool. So, with it being summer now, having the hotel set at a constant 26 degrees is really unacceptable. If I hadn't had something important to do the next day and needed to check out properly, I honestly would have checked out and left right then and there."

"I specifically brought my elderly parents to Zhangzhou Ancient City for a visit this time. Since they have mobility issues and need a wheelchair, I was worried about the inconvenience of travel and accommodation beforehand. I had been communicating with the hotel about various matters before our departure. To my surprise, our entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I genuinely give it a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the ancient city. As soon as you step out, you're on the old streets and alleys, with all sorts of Minnan specialty foods and popular photo spots close by. It was incredibly convenient to explore with a wheelchair. While it was lively and bustling outside, the courtyard was serene and quiet. It's an authentic Minnan ancient house courtyard style, with an elegant and clean environment. The greenery was meticulously maintained, making for a beautiful and healing landscape. What touched me the most was the hotel's thoughtful consideration for guests with mobility challenges. The accessibility features were very well-implemented. The courtyard pathways were flat and smooth, with no steep inclines, making it effortless to push a wheelchair in and out. The corridors were wide and open, allowing for easy and stable passage. When the front desk staff saw us with our elderly parents in a wheelchair, they immediately came over to offer assistance. They were enthusiastic and meticulous throughout, with a warm and polite attitude. During check-in, they prioritized a low-floor room on the first floor for us, avoiding stairs and complex routes, which greatly facilitated the seniors' movement. The room was spacious and airy, spotlessly clean, with soft and clean bedding. The mattress was neither too soft nor too firm, making it exceptionally comfortable for my parents to rest. My family all said they slept very well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the floor was anti-slip, with every detail considering the safety of the elderly. The hotel's service was so meticulous it was heartwarming. Knowing my parents had difficulty walking, the staff proactively slowed down their speech, patiently asked about their physical condition, and repeatedly reminded them to be careful on the stone paths in the courtyard. Throughout our stay, any request we had was met with immediate and quick responses. They were very enthusiastic about helping deliver items and assisting my parents. When we returned from outings, they would always proactively offer warm tea, asking if my parents were tired from their journey. Their sincerity and genuineness were truly commendable. After a tiring day of sightseeing, the hotel's natural hot spring, with its comfortable and gentle water temperature, was a great relief. Soaking our feet after returning helped us relax significantly. The breakfast selection was rich yet light, catering to my parents' dietary preferences. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. When the staff heard we had high blood sugar, they specially prepared low-sugar meals for us. From the service details, their warmth was evident in every aspect. I initially thought traveling with elderly parents in a wheelchair would be problematic, but thanks to the comprehensive facilities and warm service at Xiyue Hotel, our entire experience was beautiful, clean, with human-centered facilities and warm, attentive service. Every aspect was impeccable, and it offered excellent value for money."

"I had a great stay in this property, got the room for a very affordable price, the location is very accessible to all, there is a mall, coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store downstairs and also the room had a nice view. The host is very accommodating, they have a cleaning service everyday and most importantly for me is the cleanliness of the room, the room is well maintained that's why i felt comfortable on my entire stay. "Found a gem for our family trip to Xiamen! The Weishang Garden Hotel's family room is simply divine. It's in a prime location on Zhongshan Road, with a charming Nanyang retro vibe. Stepping out, you're surrounded by street food and shopping districts. It's super close to the ferry terminal and the Bashi market, saving us a lot of travel time. The room is incredibly spacious, bursting with a playful, child-friendly atmosphere. My kids instantly fell in love with the bunk bed with a slide, and the safety rails gave us parents peace of mind. There were dolls, building blocks, and a small tent – enough to keep the little ones entertained for half the day, meaning we didn't have to keep an eye on them constantly. The room also features a private little balcony, and the faint scent of tea in the corridor made us feel instantly relaxed upon entering. The entire room is equipped with smart devices, and the toiletries were clean and high-quality. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the floor is covered with soft mats, so we didn't have to worry about the kids bumping themselves while running barefoot. Robot delivery is available 24/7, and the concierge was incredibly responsive to our requests. The bedding was soft, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. It's spacious and comfortable enough for a family of three or even families with two children. Our kids were already asking to come back next time we left. This is definitely our top choice for family accommodation!"

Mas o pessoal é muito útil, e até acomodaram o nosso tempo de check-out prolongado."

"It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, so I had to ask around for directions. The hotel is located in a shared building with office tenants (search for: Changjiang Securities as per in the first pic), so during peak hours, expect some waiting time for the lifts. The room was exceptionally clean and spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning, overlooking Kulangsu Island. Although the reception staff did not speak English, they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help with my laundry. I simply dropped it off and collected it the next morning. Thank you for the excellent service and for going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!"
