We strongly recommend this hotel where we have stayed many times before. The service, free breakfast, rooms and location are excellent. The location is very close to trains and buses and also only a short walking distance to the City Centre. Really excellent for a wonderful short break.

It is indeed a five-star hotel. The room is quite spacious, and the 1.5-meter single bed is comfortable. It would have been even better if the towels weren't a bit old. Also, it was a bit noisy outside at night, and the windows aren't very soundproof.

As a first time solo female traveller, I was apprehensive at first. However, I need not to have been. Staff, were amazingly friendly, kind and helpful. At breakfast, I sat alone and a member of staff came over and asked if I was OK, and did I need anything. I just thought it was a lovely personal touch, especially nowadays, where good customer services seems to be a hard ask. This hotel is definitely recommended, and I will definitely be going back next time I am in the city. Keep up the good work!!

Guy at reception was helpful in getting three rooms near one another. Sorted out a problem with the rooms TV swiftly. Ordered food to the room late when the restaurant was quiet and it was excellent. Breakfast was great, everything well stocked and clean. They let us bring our dogs - booked online and then phoned the hotel directly to book in two dogs. £20 extra

O pessoal é muito bem-vinda e útil. O pacote de noite inclusivo era certamente valioso para a modernização, sentindo-se Como um salão de aeroporto. O pequeno-almoço era bonito e UMA Grande escolha. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel… I was only using this hotel as I was staying over in Leeds due to work commitments and was looking for somewhere to put my head down for a night and this hotel was very good for what I needed and was definately use this hotel again if and when I need to in the future… Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the room had everything in it I needed to…

OK location too many hills dated decorations and the water pressure and temperature of shower was poor and temperature was uncontrollable and toiletl was poor quality

Agradáveis quartos, bem-vindos e pessoal amável EM geral, mas algumas coisas menores tornaram-se um pouco preocupantes. Por exemplo, o chuveiro escorregadio, o chuveiro desgaste, o frigorífico Na sala era ótimo, MAS não me deixava as bebidas frias o suficiente, a janela era um pouco pequena, o quarto não estava iluminado o suficiente no dia. Mesmo que a TV tenha acesso Wi-Fi, não era UMA TV inteligente e EU não consegui conectar MEU telefone com ele. Para piorar as coisas, estava tentando ordenar comida no bar, e a pessoa pediu-me para sentar-me para que ele pudesse tirar a minha ordem do mesa.Eu fiz isso, e ele Nunca voltou, Mesmo que servisse clientes sentados à minha volta. Quando EU saí, ele me perguntou ”não há ordem de comida”.
