Desde o momento EM que cheguei até o segundo que deixei, EU me sentia realmente cuidadoso.O pessoal estava incrívelmente amigável, o quarto estava incrível, a cama estava incrívelmente confortável, tudo estava perfeito e excedeu as minhas expectativas. Esta foi uma das melhores experiências de hotel que já tive. Não posso esperar para voltar. Recomendação muito alta. Obrigado Hilton pela sua incrível estadia!

We strongly recommend this hotel where we have stayed many times before. The service, free breakfast, rooms and location are excellent. The location is very close to trains and buses and also only a short walking distance to the City Centre. Really excellent for a wonderful short break.

Centrally located with several shopping centers nearby, and also very close to the train station. The room quality is comparable to a typical 5-star hotel in China. As someone who's not used to British food, booking the hotel breakfast was a good decision; the buffet offered enough options for me to find something I liked.

Stayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.

Great location for our stay, central for what we were there for. Pricey for what you get but for the time of year it was to be expected. This was a very rare mother/daughter night away for my daughters 15th birthday, info as added to our “special occasion section” upon booking but sadly no note or card upon arrival. Hotel was spotless but our room (209) had a potent stench of sewerage upon check in. Bed was SO comfy which was a plus. S

A nossa filha tem alergias alimentares, ao contrário do que aconteceu quando ficámos no Leonardo Hotel Birmingham, onde acolhemos o pedido. No entanto, tivemos UMA boa estadia, NOS divertimos de roaming EM torno de Leeds e o hotel está perto Da estação ferroviária, então também é muito conveniente.

Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.
