There was a sock and used razor on the ground when I just checked in. Otherwise everything was fine. Parking was $16 after tax. It’s behind the hotel. The entrance parking was full when I got there. 2 free drinks 5:30-7pm and breakfast included. Omelette bar was pretty good. Staff generally were very friendly. Pictures are the view from my room.

The hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure. The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.

We stopped in as part of a longer trip and we're very happy we chose this hotel! It was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and hot water was welcomed after a long trip. Friendly and efficient check in and out process. Hot buffet breakfast was very good. The location was convenient. Overall this hotel was a great choice!

ZZHIHUAWV very good local hotel, the price is cheaper, breakfast is also rich, I lived for 15 days, but it takes 10 days to check in again, very fantastic rules, often the room left to clean the paper is still warm, bathroom There are 3 sets of towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, mouthwash, moisturizer, hair dryer, soap, just like most American hotels, there are no slippers and drinking water.

WWEIThis is the most beautiful hotel on this American itinerary. The hotel is located on a beautiful hillside. When we checked in at night, we searched for the hotel for more than half an hour. The sign on the roadside was not obvious. It took a few laps to find it. You almost gave up. I like the hotel's internal and external environment. A typical American hotel is the same as other American hotels. There is no kettle, toothbrush and toothpaste, and other facilities are good. The lounge upstairs of the hotel lobby is very impressive, and there is a swimming pool next to it. There is a golf course in front of the hotel, a small lake behind, and many sika deer by the road at night. If not in a hurry, I really want to stay in this hotel for another day!

LLbarrStay was wonderful, staff was nice, super clean! Not happy starting day with COLD shower! However two things that spoiled our stay: 1. Shower handle was installed incorrectly or broken, when we went to shower in morning, handle could only be turned a quarter…COLD shower, not a great way to start yr day. Can’t believe housekeeping didn’t notice! 2. Our room room was 213, by elevators and laundry chute….there was freezing cold air coming from chute vents. We notified front desk abd housekeeper upon departure…. Hilton rewards member.

CCheralyn KayThis was a one night stay. We checked into our room and didn’t have any water- no toilet, no shower, no sink. We went back downstairs and let them know and they said it was due to construction and the water would be back on in an hour. It wasn’t, so we went to dinner. Thankfully we finally had water. Not a great way to spend time in a hotel, when half the time we were there, we didn’t have any water to the room. Location was great, but there are other hotels around. They should have told us before booking about the construction.

GGuest UserGreat Hotel, 5 stars in all categories. We needed a pet friendly hotel and this Hampton Inn & Suites was just that. Front desk allowed an early check- in when we arrived early from our road trip and put us in a room on a lower level to make it convenient for taking our senior citizen furr ball outside. All day fresh coffee was awesome and the hot breakfasts each day was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in Morgantown.
