Overall, the hotel is good and service from the staff is great too. Breakfast Hotel has a good spread and enjoyed the food there. Hotel is well located near the Fengjia Night Market and you can go there in 3 min but is not very near the city centre and you may need to take a bus or walk there. .

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff! Breakfast was decent and the lobby had a lot of free snacks. The parking facilities were also very good for the car. The room itself was okay and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The only downside was that the shower head was very unstable which caused the whole bathroom to be sprayed wet everytime you shower. But overall, I would recommend the hotel!

not bad . location is very good and very near taichung train station. Room is a little old but still value for money. amenities are so so. Overall still good!

Não caberia 2 malas enormes. Foi classificado como hotel 5 estrelas, mas as comodidades não eram bem conservadas (por exemplo, chuveiro sujo, mesa de cabeceira empoeirada, banheira manchada). Very close to BanQiao train station interchange, large shopping mall and underground shopping district with lots of shopping and nice foods. You can take the bus 1962 from Airport and get off at BanQiao stop without changing to MRT. Staffs were friendly and attentive, Lobby area is nice and tidy, rooms are quite large compare to other newer hotels in Taipei. It also have rooftop swimming pool with nice deco, unfortunately it was winter when we visited and it's too cold to dip into the pool. Love the vibe, location & room - strongly recommended anyone to stay here when are are visiting BanQiao district.

The hotel entrance is hard to see as there's no obvious signage pointing direction, however the owner of the eating shops downstairs was kind enough to point us the way without us asking, I guess it's a norm for them to see travellers come with luggages wandering around looked lost. First, need to go to the alley next to the last shop of the row (selling donut), walk to the middle of the alley, there's a lot of claw machines along the way. And there's lift lobby in the middle of the building, without signage. The sign for the hotel is seen only in the lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bottles of drinking water, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and face towels are provided, however cotton bud, toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided. The bedrooms looked like the picture given by Trip.com.

FX Hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large with the toilet and shower area separated. The room was large enough to put 3 large luggages comfortably.

Probably one of the best hotel! Huge and clean room with great view.Though the staff wasn’t aware that I’ve paid for two rooms instead of one, but managed to settle this before our arrival. Though the service during breakfast service could be improved, the waitress didn’t specify which seats were assigned to us and we had to move to another seats halfway eating.
