Hotéis com Pools em Auckland Region, New Zealand

We checked in late in the night. We needed an extra bed in our room and Front desk did not say no even though Hoise keeping was not available. 10 stars to the hospitality! Rooms were big enough, hotel within walking distance to Sky tower. All in all everything was superb!

Service is excellent! I absolutely love the idea of shuttle bus service as it is slightly away from the central area. The front desk arranged my luggage to be placed in the room upon my arrival. The room itself is clean and tidy. They play harp, and give away free cotton candy in the afternoon. I made two seperate bookings and enjoyed both room style.

Facilities: Excellent! The room was spacious and the TV could even swivel. The bathtub was fantastic. Hygiene: The only minor issue was some unknown stains on the sofa. Environment: Beautiful scenery facing the sea. Service: We absolutely loved our Beau dog at the front desk! Hope to see him again next time.

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the lobby feels very spacious. The bathroom is huge and even has a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak to relieve fatigue. Cleanliness: The room and even the hallway railings felt dust-free, which was great. Environment: The environment is comfortable, and there's even a swimming pool. Service: Excellent service. They proactively helped carry my luggage to the room. Parking was also convenient.

Toilet is too close to the door and the toilet roll holder. You are very squashed when trying to sit on the toilet. No microwave in room. Didn’t realise car parking was extra. The carpark is too small and the the ground is uneven and lots of pot holes. Breakfast buffet was not topped up when we came through. The lady cleaner Monday morning mopping the floor is very lovely. When the website says heated pool, the pool should be heated.

The room was well-equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated with great aesthetic appeal. I heard there's a huge rose garden across the street, but I didn't have time to visit. Overall, it was good value for money. This was my last night in New Zealand, staying in Auckland, and I slept very comfortably. A big plus is its relatively central location and free parking, which I searched for quite a while to find.

I stayed at Auckland Harbour Suites for five days. Overall, the hotel offered a good location and comfortable facilities. However, I experienced an incident that I feel is important to share for the awareness of future guests. On the third day of my stay, I noticed that my insulated winter pants (thermal trousers) were missing when I wanted to use them. My wife and I searched the entire room thoroughly, including under the bed sheets, but we could not locate the item. We reported the matter to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue and informed us that they would look into it. I also mentioned that I was not accusing any staff member and that there was a possibility I might have misplaced it. Despite continuing our search later that night, the item was still not found. The winter pants are quite bulky, padded, and lined with thick beige synthetic fur, making them easy to recognise and unlikely to be overlooked. When we returned to our room the following day, we found that the winter pants had been placed on the dining table. I took photos as evidence. Upon inquiry, the front desk informed us that the item had been found under the bed sheet. I found this explanation difficult to believe, as the pants are large and easily recognizable. While I chose not to argue further, I strongly suspect that the item had been taken out of the room and later returned. While I cannot determine exactly what happened and prove this without further evidence such as CCTV footage, I believe this incident serves as a reminder for guests to take extra care and be mindful of their personal belongings during their stay. I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests and to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

This hotel near the airport is very convenient for connecting to early morning domestic flights the day after flying into Auckland. I saw comments saying you can take the yellow bus, but if there are two or more people, ride-sharing services like Didi or Uber are actually cheaper – we chose Uber. Although our room was quite far away, it was very spacious, and the hotel facilities were excellent. There's a paid laundry room with washers and dryers. To my surprise, the fitness facilities were incredibly comprehensive, almost like a standard gym – too bad we arrived too late to use them. Also, if you need drinking water, you have to get it yourself from the hotel's restaurant, and it's free! Breakfast was average, but better than nothing! If I come back, I'd still choose this hotel for a layover.

We stayed in a family room, and overall the experience was great, except for the breakfast! It had two rooms with a kitchen, very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were also good. The only downside was the breakfast service. On that day, there were two Korean tour groups, and they were seated before breakfast even officially started. We, as individual guests, were told there were no seats and asked to come back an hour later (breakfast was from 7 to 9 AM, and we arrived promptly at 7 AM). Since we didn't have time to wait an hour, we stood there waiting for a table. Eventually, the first group of over 40 people left, and then the second group of 20 arrived right after! The food wasn't refilled, nor were the paper cups or tea bags. The coffee machine was broken, and there was only one small home-style hot water dispenser, which was clearly insufficient for 50 people. The waiter then brought another electric kettle from somewhere, and when I poured hot water, I saw black flakes – I realized the iron heating element inside was rusty and flaking off... A lot of people had already drunk from it (it was terrifying). In the end, I only ate an apple and drank a cup of tea. There was only one server, nowhere near enough to manage two large tour groups. No one was clearing tables, and the situation for us individual guests was even worse. Another plus was the free airport shuttle bus. So, apart from the breakfast experience, everything else was very good. Free parking was also available.

The airport shuttle service is a lifesaver, and the fact that they'll hold onto my car for over 10 days is incredibly helpful. If I have an early morning flight and a short international trip, staying here and leaving my car saves a lot on parking fees. They even accommodate airport transfers in the middle of the night or early morning, which is a huge convenience. I definitely plan on staying here again whenever I use the airport. While the facilities are a bit dated, it's perfectly adequate for just a place to sleep. Considering the airport shuttle and car storage, it's a fantastic hotel.
