The hotel is very quiet. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is a great choice. It is only 10 minutes away from Princeton University. The hotel environment is very good, and the gym and swimming pool are all available. The view outside the window is also great!

We stayed here for 2 nights .  Clean room , clean hotel, also great to have a Tesla charger in the parking lot to charge overnight - saved us the trip to a charging station.  No complaints - nice place to stay

This hotel, located just opposite Lower Manhattan, is wonderfully quiet and spacious. It was particularly appealing to us as we were a group of three with a lot of luggage, and New York City hotels are generally known for being small, so we specifically chose this Hyatt. Right next to the hotel entrance is a PATH station, making it incredibly convenient to get into New York – it's just one stop to the newest transportation hub, shaped like a white dove, which is the World Trade Center area. The hotel itself is also very new, and waking up every day to views of the New York skyline was a real luxury. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to New York.

I extended my stay at this hotel as the remodeling of the hotel didn't create any issue to me, for the price I paid, no complain for what I got, so if my recommendation is book it, if the price is right, no hidden surprises, nothing fancy, but a night of descent sleep....

The location is near highway easy to go to Newark airport. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is also good!

The front desk of the hotel can help sign for express delivery, and there were no mistakes in several online purchases. In addition, when registering for the American version of IHG membership, a man on duty at the front desk assisted in making three IHG customer service calls because he needed to make up for the previous nights, which took a long time. The room was very satisfied, it was very late, and the front desk was very patient. The key opened the door for the first time and was unsuccessful. I went downstairs to ask the front desk. The waiter left to help me open the door. Although it was late at night, I was not impatient.

Environment: But I don't know if it is because it is on the first floor. The especially wet carpets are semi-wet. The quilt is also moist. The sound insulation is particularly poor. There are requirements for sound insulation.

✅ The surrounding environment is great. There is a small lake nearby, very close to Princeton. 40 years ago, it was Merrill Lynch headquarters, and later it was a bridge between the hotels of Crown Plaza and Holiday Inn Express connecting the two. The hotel is being renovated so we're moved to the Crown side. The facilities are old, but the environment has nothing to say. Parking is free. Room space is abundant.
