Excellent stay overall. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, great value for money. The room was larger than expected, with modern facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to rent a scooter or grab a taxi to move around easily, as most attractions are a bit spread out. However, the location is still quite convenient. It’s close to Central Phuket Mall and only a short ride from many good restaurants. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for comfort and good value in Phuket.

I first discovered Sawasdee Village by chance while walking around in the evening, and the atmosphere absolutely amazed me. It felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of the tourist chaos, so I decided to plan my next trip around staying here. The room itself was small but cozy and very clean, although a bit old and in need of some renovation. I had read about this in reviews beforehand, so I was prepared for it and booked only one night. Honestly, if the rooms were more modern, I would have gladly stayed for a week or longer. On the positive side, everything worked well: Wi-Fi was stable, the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the canopy and the ceiling with glowing stars. The view from my window overlooked the beautiful garden, and the room even had a humidifier with essential oils, which made it smell wonderful. The property is simply stunning — two pools, a spa, a restaurant, water bars, billiards and table football, as well as plenty of cozy corners to relax in. It was a delight to stroll through the lush garden, sit by the fountains, and swing on the hammocks. Breakfast was included and offered a generous buffet with many choices. In the room I also had a capsule coffee machine, bottled water, tea, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, insect repellent, cookies, and even a flashlight — such thoughtful details. The staff were very kind and welcoming. They helped with my luggage and allowed me to check in 1.5 hours earlier since my room was ready. The location is also convenient, close to the beach and shops, and I loved the little foot shower at the entrance to wash off sand before entering the hotel. As for value — it’s a bit mixed. On the one hand, the unique atmosphere and privacy are worth the price. On the other hand, I noticed that within the same hotel, villas with direct pool access were actually cheaper than the room I booked (although when I reserved my room, the pool villas were more expensive). Still, I think Sawasdee Village is a special place, perfect for a relaxing stay — even for something as romantic as a wedding photoshoot

The hotel is clean. A few restaurants nearby and a 7-11. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the beach. Good value hotel, but you need a moped or car. The staff is really friendly. There is a mosque right next door, which is lovely. Deluxe room, downstairs.

Beyond my expectations, Hotel is strategically located and offers easy access to many needs. There is Restaurants and Mini Markets just outside the Hotel plus 7-11 just across the Street. You can find anything and almost everything there. Do not expect the Pool to be of Lap sized, its ok. There is Patong Beach the whole stretch about 200-300meters from the Hotel. For Muslims, this is a place where you will find many selections available. The Self-serviced Laundry is very handy for those travelling light and for a lenghty stay. Within minutes you will be right at the heart of Patong. Jungcelon Shopping Mall and Central Patong is just 10minutes walk. Place is safe and lively. No hustles. At least not for me.. TYVM Beyong Patong.

I had a relaxing stay at Shin Arch 39 Chalong Pier! 🚿 The shower was absolutely fantastic — I felt great every time I used it, which made my whole trip more refreshing and enjoyable. 🛁✨ The area itself isn’t the most exciting, so if you want to explore, be ready to walk a few minutes to rent a motorbike 🛵. That said, chilling out on the balcony or right on the pier was a real vibe 🌅🌊. Perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure! Overall, a cozy place with a standout shower and a chill atmosphere. Would recommend if you’re looking for relaxation by the water! 👍😊

Staff at check in were more than happy to help us with our bags after a long days travelling and take us to our room. We had a pool access room and it was very clean and also nice and spacious, it had everything you would need in there. The pool was lovely and never busy, the private beach was a short walk and had a beautiful view and wasn’t busy whilst we were there. Overall our stay here was perfect I can’t fault it, I would highly recommend and would stay again myself.

Every single person we interacted with was extremely friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance whenever we needed it. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — every detail was just perfect. I sincerely appreciate the entire team for their kindness, friendliness, and dedication. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and we look forward to returning in the future!

This is my second time here. Last time was with my friend and came back again with family. Location just right of the sea. Woke up and there you go the view u can enjoy. Owner so friendly. It just the bed to hard hopefully ownerr can consider change the mattress.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The ocean view was breathtaking and the entire place was spotless. We loved the restaurant’s delicious dishes—every meal was a treat—and the swimming pool was just the cherry on top. Every member of the staff was so friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful—it made our stay even more special. Totally 100% satisfied and already dreaming of our next visit.

I booked this hotel on a whim on my last day, fearing I'd miss my flight, but it turned out to be really convenient for getting to the airport. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and if you walk a bit further, you hit Nai Yang Beach. Along the way, there's even a night market with incredibly cheap stuff. I also got a spa treatment nearby. Overall, the value for money here is excellent! It's a shame the pool was under renovation at the time, otherwise, it would have been perfect. The coconut smoothie across the street was also delicious! Only 40 Baht a cup!
