Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, très bien situé si vous comptez faire la visite des châteaux de Chambord ou Cheverny 😉 Tout était nickel, de l'accueil très chaleureux à la propreté et aux services offerts.

If you want to visit the historic castles scattered in the Loire Valley, this town is a good choice. The First Hotel Blois is a budget hotel with small rooms and complete basic facilities. The most important thing is that parking is convenient. Most of the guests are overnight tourists. The parking lot full of cars at night will be cleared quickly the next morning. There is a beef restaurant next to the hotel. McDonald's restaurant and LIDL supermarket can be chosen within 10 minutes by car, which is quite convenient. It is 18 kilometers away from Chambord Castle.

Large parking lot, nice staff, convenient to travel around the Loire castles. New rooms, but please give a bottle of water and at least a kettle. Breakfast is so-so, only croissants of 3 types of cutting, 3 cheeses, cereals and coffee. There is not even a classic omelette, instead of it a strange egg.

Hotel tranquille. Bonne literie. Propre. La chambre un peu petite à deux . Le petit dejeuner traditionnel en buffet et copieux avec une terrasse à l exterieur tranquille. Les chambres sont bien insonorisees. . Pas très loin de la gare à pied ainsi que du centre ville.

The hotel looks brand new, is really well kept, well clean and the service and the staff are very professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, right in the center of Amboise, and the parking is very convenient. Also the breakfast is great. The room was really good, great large comfortable bed. The only odd thing was that the hotel blocked 200 euros as a deposit in my credit card, as if I was renting a car, never saw this before in my multiple years of travelling.

L'accueil est très bien, personnel sympathique. Nous étions dans une chambre calme, vue sur le jardin et les lapins ! D'un 1er abord, chambre très correcte, mais dans les sanitaires, on voit que c'est un peu âgé... La douche n'était pas propre (cheveux de 20 cm au sol, endroit plutôt poussiéreux, eau de douche qui s'évacue mal (bonde pleine de cheveux)...). Passé cela, la literie est très bonne, nous avons bien dormi. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon (le cake fait maison a été fortement apprécié !)
