Such a fun and exciting resort to stay! Beautiful open space at the lobby and huge main areas. Pool was fun eventho mainly for children but we’ve had fun running down them slides. Cafe / bar besides the pool was my favourite area, spent most of my stay there and shoutout to the bar / cafe team. YOU WERE AMAZING! Coffee, tea, pizza, cocktails were delicious grubs. Very biggg dining hall but was abit chaotic during high season. pandemonium I would say and a tad annoyed by the speaker information regarding breakfast hours closing time as its super loud and repetitive for over 10mins 🙃
Staff were kind, service was prompt and immaculate. Full of smile from the whole team. SO SO GREAT! it was a very nice stay. We’ve like our room very much too. So, thank you very much, pammokko! ill be coming back

Dear Kate group. I am Mrs Wang,i am booking one room from C-trip on 19th Feb, when we were check in one of ur reception employee who wear the braces lady told me need to charge children b'fast but my son just 3years-old. I said he was not pass fourth birthday, because in china just over birthday u can said fouth years-old,but she told me need to see the year not the month.finally i paid for it. But they weren't introduce anything about hotel. So in the evening i asked where is the breakfast restaurant, same lady loudly told me over there, there u see the light first floor. The manner was so terrible. I will check her name tomorrow. I just want to know for Chinese guests u r not welcome or what. What's service stander for guests? I was saying so many hotel from many country. Ur hotel was the worst one for my experience.

酒店滑梯还是值得推荐的 娱乐设施还可以 对于这个价位的酒店来说也算可以了 早餐也是比较丰富 地理位置也还不错 餐厅服务员和客房服务员都还不错 只有前台员工我真的是住了这么多酒店里服务最差的

I don’t know how to start. Maybe just look at the photos. It “looks” clean. However, it is infested with cockroaches. The mattress was wet, and the shower cabin was leaking all over the bathroom. The first morning at 8 AM, maintenance started, hammering and drilling, and it lasted till 11 AM. Not a very good experience. This is a huge resort, and there are hundreds of rooms (that’s how it looked to me). They have many things to offer. However, you have to chase the staff for everything.
On the other hand, the staff was highly polite and professional. I'm glad that I booked only two nights. I was not too fond of it (especially the cockroaches).

Room is huge , clean and has some amenities, shower cap, cotton bud, lotions , shampoo , shower gel , kitten.
Food was good and varieties such thai, western , bakery and fruits.

Nice location in Kara beach area, Lots of restaurants, shops n food stalls are nearby. Of course, the highlights of hotel are the water slides!

Cleanliness: Can’t flush toilet paper but in dust bin.. someone may not like it
Location: Recommended for people whose main purpose is beach! If for shopping, need to walk a bit and not really convenient if with little kids. From airport, took 1.5hr by taxi.
Room: Our room was far from pool/reception, not very convenient to go out as well. Almost all guests I saw were families with kids.
Pool: Amazing! My kids were happy to play with slides everyday. Sometimes couldn’t find deck chairs around poolside.

Room was big enough for family of 4. The main highlight was the slides at the pool. All of us love it. Breakfast was alright. Could provide more shaded area at the pool side and ironing board and iron in the room would be a nice touch. The channels on the TV can be improved. There’s nothing to watch. Overall we love our stay.
