This was our second stay at the hotel, and the experience was just okay. The kids’ pool and city view were nice, but the service was poor. We had a frightening experience when we were stuck in the lift for 25–30 minutes. The lift seems old and not well maintained. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and ensures guest safety so others do not face the same situation. We also requested a small anniversary gesture—a heart towel design on the bed—a week before check-in, but it was not arranged due to a lack of staff. This was disappointing, as the request was made well in advance.

We chose Japamala Tioman for our wedding anniversary and this boutique resort did not disappoint. Service was impeccable from the time we were picked up at the ferry terminal at Kampung Genting until the time we left. Kudos to the manger Kenny and his team for their hospitality in making our anniversary memorable. Food was in general above average (dessert was fantastic) and some dishes were a bit salty as we don’t consume too salty food in our diet. We gave feedback and to our surprise the staff took it seriously as our subsequent dishes served weren’t as salty. The rooms are clean and the sea view fantastic, allowing us to take in the magnificent sunset views every evening. Not much to do, as this resort is more for guest to disconnect. Hiking to Batu Permata and to Kampung Genting was doable. Canoeing and snorkelling by the resort was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks Japamala!

The Chateau is a family friendly resort, it is also a great place for events like weddings or celebration. When you arrive to the chateau, it feels as if you were in a fairy tale, castle in the woods. The condition and maintenance of the chateau is awesome, very cozy yet grand at the same time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to their guests, providing top notch service. There are many different locations to explore and activities to do around the facilities, which make the stay a very eye opening and entertaining one. The room was beautiful, interior design to perfection, very comfy and clean, definitely had a good rest. The food provided at the chateau, one mouth watering meal, it definitely satisfied our taste buds. Overall the experience at this hotel was fantastic, one that I would recommend to many. I would definitely come back again in the future.

We had such a pleasant family getaway at Colmar Tropicale with our two little ones. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable from the moment we checked in. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to assisting us with bags and stroller access — something we truly appreciate as parents of two babies! The French-inspired village is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for slow family walks and photos. Our room was clean, spacious enough for the babies’ essentials, and comfortable for all of us. We also loved how calm the environment was, making nap times easy.

I had the opportunity to stay at Zenith Kuantan, and overall, it offers a comfortable and pleasant experience suitable for all types of travellers, especially families. 🧼 Cleanliness – 4/5 (Good) The rooms and hotel areas are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. Although there is some room for minor improvements, the overall cleanliness standard is still solid and comfortable. 📍 Location – 5/5 (Excellent) The hotel’s location is its biggest strength. Situated in a strategic area close to the city centre, shopping malls, and plenty of dining options, it’s perfect for guests who want easy access to various attractions and amenities. 👨💼 Service – 4/5 (Good) The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth. While response times could be slightly improved, the overall service quality is good and satisfactory. 🏊♂️ Amenities – 4/5 (Good) The facilities—including the swimming pool, gym, and other amenities—are in good condition and well-maintained. Families will appreciate the available features. Still, there is some potential for upgrades to enhance the overall experience. ⸻ 🎯 Overall Verdict Zenith Kuantan is a solid hotel choice with an excellent location, good service, and a clean, comfortable environment. It suits families, couples, and solo travellers who want a balanced stay with easy access to the city. Bangunan sama dgn Swiss-Garden Hotel, setiap bilik akan dapat 1 parking kereta percuma. Check-in sharp jam 3pm, sampai kul 2.30 pun xleh c/in. By 3pm on Wednesday during weekday da ramai yg q utk c/i so klu xnk q pjg sila q by 2.50. Nak cari mkn halal senang, walking distance jer. It a very good place kalau nak stay dgn reasonable price. WiFi memuaskan, TV ada channel, mesin basuh + dryer and 2 room + 2 toilet. Bad thing, kepala terhantuk almari sebab terlalu rendah dan curtain agak menggangu. Sampai berdarah jugak, mgmt kena ltk something. Another thing tiada kiblat utk solat, sila letak.

The room was clean and the location is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, though the taste was just average. Overall, it’s a nice place for quality time and you can definitely spend the whole day at the hotel.

My family and I enjoy our stay. We were given a family suite at the 1001 Nights (Tower 3) instead of Wyndham (Tower 1), but we love it. The view from our suite at Level 42 was breathtaking because we were literally above the clouds. The breakfast buffet was marvelous with large spreads. We definitely will come back to this hotel again.

The hotel service was generally good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the water heater in my room was disappointing. it only stayed hot for a few minutes before turning cold, and I’m not sure why. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee machines were often out of service. Out of two machines, only one was working most of the time, which was inconvenient. There were also sudden loud banging sounds from the upper floor about twice a day, which was quite scary. Room service was fine, but accessing the swimming pool or gym can be a bit challenging if you plan to move between Windmill and Swiss Garden. It’s better to go directly down to the 3rd floor and walk over to Windmill for the facilities. Overall, an okay experience, but there’s room for improvement.

The hotel was nice and spacious but the location was quite ‘ulu’. Quite abit of a climb if you travelling there without transport so walking on foot to nearby eateries is going to be very tiring. But overall the breakfast was good, services are great and the i am satisfied with everything the hotel able to provide.
