This hotel is in immediate need of reinvestment. It was built in the 50's and it looks like in the rooms that was the last time any money was spent. You have a small in the window air conditioner unit. The two night stand lights did not work. The safe did not work. The hair dryer did not work but the front desk provided a new one. The bathroom sink was stained or dirty. To flush the toilet you have to stand there and hold the flipper down until the toilet completes flushing. The ironing board had been bent at some time in its history so it sloped down went set up. There was no elevator so you carry your belongings up an old metal outside staircase to the second floor. This hotel is in an excellent location and the exterior looks wonderful. But I would recommend that you stay elesewhere.

La chambre n' était pas complètement prête. Il n'y avait pas de sofa, un grand espace dans le salon était libre. Ils n'y avait pas de serviettes, papier de toilette, ni les petits produits qu' ils donnent normalement à la chambre. J' ai dû demander le tout à la réception. C' est comme si la chambre n' était pas terminée d'être nettoyée.

Room was fairly clean but the hotel is old and a bit run down.  The location of the hotel , downtown of Waterbury , is not great.  We heard gun shots during the night , and did not feel safe walking around outside.  Was told to park our car in the a specific parking lot that ”had surveillance.”  All in all - an old hotel in a rough neighborhood.  Will not be coming back

I have stayed at a hotel for 5 days, the bed is comfortable, the facility quite well which free drinking water dispenser was enjoyable, people all nice to me. If I find fault with on purpose, which was the coffee maker disappointed me very much, hope them will refreshed the beans. By the way, I have 2 deposited each 50 dollars, but it seems not refunded back.

O gramado está Muito limpo e Muito bonito.A sala do hotel é Muito ampla, o pequeno-almoço também é Muito bom, e a atitude de serviço é Muito amigável e educada. A estrutura do edifício de madeira, com um pouco de isolamento sonoro, o maior esforço de pés de alojamento no primeiro andar Pode afetar o próximo.O conjunto é ainda Muito satisfatório.Sugestão, o pequeno-almoço é Rico, o trigo de centeio é compatível com o círculo nacional, o bagel de centeio é Muito gosto.

Good location for stop by from long way drive and they were so many restaurants around Southington

My room was on the ground floor. The room above my room had inhabitants that were pounding on their floor(my ceiling), for hours from about 10pm through 2am. I called the front desk several times to no avail. In the morning there was no hot water for my shower. Breakfast was a joke!

Love this hotel! The staff is very helpful. Rooms are very large because they are suites. Always relaxing and quiet

Very nice room, very clean. Fresh smelling. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine ironing board, safe,and the most comfortable bed! So comfy! Very quiet. Friendly staff. Great prices gym, breakfast.
