A wonderful hotel, tastefully decorated in a modern Mediterranean style. Everything feels stylish yet cozy. The staff is perfectly trained, attentive, and always friendly, you feel welcome from the very first moment. The cuisine is fantastic, with a delightful Asian touch. Absolutely recommended!
Ótimo serviço. O quarto tem um enorme plasma e uma cama muito confortável. O café da manhã tem uma grande variedade de comidas e bebidas. Além disso, fomos convidados para um lanche gratuito às 17h, onde pudemos beber álcool e comer lanches de graça. Spa com uma vista deslumbrante da Baía de Kotor. Um dos pontos negativos da sauna no primeiro dia foi a temperatura baixa, pediram para deixar mais forte, mas não aumentaram acima de 65 graus. No dia seguinte a temperatura estava em uns agradáveis 80 graus.
Amazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.
Such a lovely hotel with amazing views and amazing rooms. The front desk people are very helpful and nice! Location is slightly far out so would definitely recommend hiring a car

Большая ванная с огромной душевой, где очень комфортно мыться. До Порта Монтенегро минут 5-7 ходьбы. Рядом, я бы даже сказал снизу и магазины и продукты и кафе.
Но!
Есть одно но! Во время нашего пребывания продолжался ремонт! Звук не давал выспаться и находиться в номере с 8:30(9:00) утра до 16:00. Это было невыносимо. Я просил, умолял персонал сделать хоть что-то, потому что я все-таки на отдыхе, но они не сделали ничего. Вообще ничего. Уже при чек-ауте мне зачем-то предложили ужин в качестве компенсации. А до этого вы чем думали? Зачем мне ужин, когда вылет через 2 часа. Персонал, конечно, приветливый, вежливый, но решать проблемы они не умеют.
Супер апартаменты! Все новое, чистое!
Единственное, что не понравилось, что в номере не убирали и не меняли полотенца - стирали самостоятельно!
Возможно это и не предусмотрено, но было круто это включить в сервис
Есть бассейн и зона лежаков при отеле - ✌🏻
Пляж рядом, есть бич клаб (45 евро) за 2 лежака и зонт, есть попроще на бетоне пляж за 30 евро
До Порта Монтенегро 10-15 минут не спеша
Красивый небольшой отель с хорошим расположением и сервисом.
Нам бесплатно сделали апгрейд номера в честь моего Дня рождения. А также поздравили десертом 🫶🏻.
В отеле есть небольшой СПА. Вечером было здорово погреться в сауне и хамаме, и поплавать в бассейне.
Сервис очень доброжелательный, сотрудники говорят на английском и русском.
Есть бесплатная парковка 👍🏻.

There's a wonderful beach across the street with great sun loungers. The hotel has an excellent spa. Breakfast is 10 out of 10. I rarely write reviews like this. Absolutely amazing!!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very clean and surrounded by a commercial street. You don't have to worry about food and department stores, you can buy everything, including luxury goods and perfumes. It is unexpectedly comfortable. The scenery is even better when the sun is shining. The hotel's breakfast is buffet, and you can occasionally encounter cats. Although the cats in Montenegro are basically wild, they are very friendly. What's even better is that someone will come and ask you if you need coffee. The price is much cheaper than one&only. The sea view rooms on the fourth floor have balconies and are connected together, which is very suitable for traveling with friends. In general, I am very satisfied. If I go to Montenegro next time, I will still go here!

There is a small spa in the hotel. It was great to warm in sauna and hamama in the evening, and to swim in the pool.
