Good business hotel. Breakfast delightful because Kendernath sorted everything! Room comfortable but not well cleaned and some furniture needs updating - very scratched and ‘lived in’.

The environment was pleasant, and the high floor offered a great view. However, very few tea bags were provided, and there was no coffee. It would be better if these complimentary amenities could be improved. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive.

I have stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Bangalore.
Horel is located almost near the geographical center of the city. And while it is convenient from the trainsportation side of things, there is almost nothing to see in the near vicinity, except maybe gurudwara across the street. However, offices of the several IT-companies are in 10-minutes of walk, so this accomodation may be useful for business trip.
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is impecable. Also, when I was checking in, there was a nise bonus in the form of bar and spa vouchers.
Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in the property and recommend it to everyone visiting the city.

The price is not bad. With dinner, the hotel is in a normal location. There is a parking lot and it is not suitable for children. The air conditioner is too cold. Overall good, still very suitable for business travel.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

The best I would say. Stayed here only one day as I was travelling to Ooty and Bangalore. The hotel is just so nice, peaceful. Their staff are well mannered, when we came they served us with welcome drink, thanks to Ranjan. They were so humble. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice and clean. The buffet was perfect. They had various food and many options and not forgetting the live tea and coffee station. We really enjoyed their hospitality. Very highly recommended. If I come back to Mysore, I’ll definitely stay here again. The best. Thank you Arcor for making my stay a pleasant one. 🙏❤️

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

FFernweh_mannuIt's such a beautiful property in the middle of Bengaluru. And it's so pretty coz it's royal in look and based on the theme of Royal palace of windsor.
If i talk about service, it was top notch, checkin and checkout was super smooth and easy. Room service was quick and really helpful!
Food was amazing with so ***y great restaurants within the property. I loved food at Dakshin. And ofcourse there was big breakfast buffet with lots of variety and taste.
I loved my overall experience at this place! 😍 😍

GGuest UserIt's about a 10-minute drive from major tourist attractions like Mysore Palace and close to Mysore's affluent Gokulam neighborhood.
Disappointing aspects include the lack of towels provided during my one-night stay, the limited Western breakfast options, and the poor quality of the kids' zone.
I was satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and service.
The price was half the price I paid when I booked just before my trip compared to a month ago, so I canceled free on Trip.com and rebooked.

1. Uber doesn’t come to hotel, you have to walk to airport and then stand in a usually long queue.
I think Taj has some arrangements with Uber that needs to be looked at.
2. No indoor swimming pool.

GGuest UserThe view from the lobby and the indoor pool are what makes this property special. Nothing like it have I ever seen. This is enough to make u fall in love at first sight when u arrive. The rooms are nice but a bit outdated but generally everything was great and lots to do and explore on site as it is large. The service and staff are impeccable and very friendly and kind. Breakfast could be improved and given that most goods needs to be ordered this could be better communicated to guests. Some more activities should be complimentary as cost of room is quite high so by including activities this will make guests more involved and entertained. The outdoor pool could not use as it was cold. But the indoor one is one of a kind worldwide. Awesome fireplace in the room too. We upgraded to the premium villa which was way better than the cottage we originally booked. Space wise all rooms can accommodate 3 easily. They have electric cars to take u around which are unique too. Very environment friendly property
