Amazing hotel in a central location (connected to metro Green line) with friendly staffs. Breakfast was fantastic with lot of variety and options to choose from. Staffs made a special arrangement with a cake since we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during our stay. Only downside is the hotel seems to be understaffed which becomes visible during the peak hours especially during Check-in and Check-out times.

Hotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors

A comfortable restaurant with good breakfast. The expansive direct sunlight is a great start to the day.
Many restaurants in the hotel offering different selections.
Very comfortable rooms.
The location is rather hard to get out during peak hours. But highly recommend.

I had a great stay at this property, which is conveniently located right in the heart of the city. It’s just a short walk to a wide variety of food options, bars, and shopping spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay — definitely good value for the money.

Bom serviço e limpeza.A limpeza é minha prioridade para escolher hotéis.Embora EU tenha ficado por UMA noite, estou feliz com a sala. É EM um BOM local, MAS estou Muito cansado depois Das minhas reuniões para sair para beber ou fazer compras. Gostava de voltar para a minha próxima viagem.

Os quartos são extremamente espaçosos.
O café da manhã também é incrível.
Pontos a melhorar: há uma tábua de passar roupa, porém nenhuma das tomadas do quarto suporta a tomada do ferro de passar.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

MMarti_13ITC Windsor offers a refined and comfortable stay, with excellent service and a touch of colonial charm. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer.
The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests.
The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests.
I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it.
Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan.

GGuest UserSuper hospitality, great level of details touched... like the hot chocolate to relax in the evening.. had a good sleep. Bananas are usual, but the soaked almonds were extra special.
Used the fitness centre.. decently equipped it is.
The breakfast was outstanding.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at the Conrad. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. The staff at the reception especially Akshay and Namit were so friendly and helpful. The staff at the lounge had all smiles all the time (to name a few Tao and Pratike and a few that I have forgotten) were a pleasure to chat with. My always friendly doorman Lokraj was always helpful. A great place to stay and will always be my hotel to stay in Bangalore. Thank you for a comfortable stay throughout my week.

GGuest UserIt's about a 10-minute drive from major tourist attractions like Mysore Palace and close to Mysore's affluent Gokulam neighborhood.
Disappointing aspects include the lack of towels provided during my one-night stay, the limited Western breakfast options, and the poor quality of the kids' zone.
I was satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and service.
The price was half the price I paid when I booked just before my trip compared to a month ago, so I canceled free on Trip.com and rebooked.
