the hotel is good but the inclusion in the toiletries like soap, shampoo etc.... but the toothbrush is not included as per staff. But in the booking this was included but anyway nice staff and ambiance, free swimming pool my grandchildren love it. we will book again next year thank you!!!!

I liked the hotel, my room, and the beach was great however it had a feeling that it was descending into decrepitude. The gym was very shabby. There was no central bar or shared lounge area to mingle (temporarily closed). To get a drink I had to go into the Chinese restaurant which was then impossible to work on my laptop with a casual drink as I had intended. At breakfast it was quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever had and the eggs were also dubious. Toast was make your own but there was no toaster - only some grilling oven that would take 10 minutes to make your toast - less than ideal once you had already put your food on your plate....

Java hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was the fact that they did not have any elevators which was difficult for some friends who have difficulties going up several flights.

My wife and I stayed at Awesome hotel for a few nights and were very impressed, great hotel with exceptional service. Loved the look and feel of the hotel which is located north end of Urbiztondo beach only a few minutes walk along the beach to all the cafes, restaurants etc. The room was excellent, nice amount of room, with quality from the TV, the bathroom and washing supplies (they use paraben free bath gel etc). We had a room overlooking the pool and ocean view which was lovely. Shaina at reception checked us in and out and did a fantastic job, very efficient and friendly service. A couple of points for feedback - The pool was not accessible as they had some work being done, it would have been good to know this before booking. The gym is excellent, and big with all the equipment and weights you need. the only downside is, that it's located in the basement area and is a little dark, brigher lighting would have been better.

The room we stayed air was not really working. Ants in the bathroom and the property is a resort for swimming for public. The room is clean but tiny ants in the bathroom. Comfortable bed and the free breakfast very basic a cup of rice, one egg and choice of meat or fish. Its by the highway easy to find. Workers are friendly.

A minha reserva foi alterada para um estúdio de 2 camas únicas, então o meu parceiro e eu tive que empurrar as camas juntos. Netflix não funciona na distância que nós ficámos presos com redes de cabo aleatórios. Eles corrigiram a questão da água quente, então foi ótimo. Eu posso ouvir o Pessoal gritar fora Da nossa sala.Acho que o Bedbox Hotel teria SIDO UMA escolha melhor.

The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly

Recentemente tive o prazer de ficar no Hotel Monarch, e tenho de dizer que ultrapassou as minhas expectativas de todos modos! A sala estava limpa, confortável e bem decorada, e EU me senti EM casa desde o momento EM que entrei. O pequeno-almoço gratuito é UMA surpresa maravilhosa, a seleção é impressionante e o alimento é delicioso. Mas o que realmente me fez ficar era o serviço excepcional do pessoal, que era amigável, acomodável e que se deslocou acima e para além para garantir que a minha estadia era agradável. Em geral, recomendo que o Hotel Monarch seja a quem procure um estadia confortável, confortável e agradável. Classificação: 5/5 estrelas

Had a nice surprise of mixed fruits and wine. Candy gifts also for the young ones. Perfect for this holiday season The room is very spacious with soft pillows and blankets. Stayed at the loft. Room is good even for a family with cr provisioms for both loft and ground floor. They forgot space for luggage and clothes but its still ok for short stay. Highly recommended as plaza and calle crisologo are just a few steps away.
