The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. Our stay was truly delightful. The service and cleanliness were great, and the location is strategic, right in the city center. All in all, fantastic!

This is our 1st time to Pekan Baru with new experience staying in Khas Hotel. Very warm hospitality from the team. The room is spacious but they did not provide the mini fridge. So sad😣(to management team- pls take note).We have a issue with the shower but the team managed to settle the problem in a time.Located near to the airport about 20 minutes away.Easy to get Grab/Maxime. On the right side hotel there Makam Pahlawan. And the best thing, RM Pagi Sore is only opposite the hotel🤩

There is some upgrade on their tv’s, near wingstop. Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude

The service quality is good. However, the lack of a direct lift from the parking area for guests staying here is quite inconvenient, especially when carrying children's items or traveling with elderly people, as you have to use the stairs. Also, prayer mats are not provided in the room.

There is ice cream near the lobby, and the room is spacious. It was a pleasure to stay here.

The room is clean The bed is not very comfortable, it needs a to be changed to a new one. Location is a bit far from the center. The gym is very small & disappointing, it's should NOT be called as a gym, but a room with 1 treadmill & a full set of dumbbell.

Decent hotel, clean enough, comfie linen, staff are friendly but sadly the shopping mall next door is not the best. Walking distance to Living World shopping mall.

Overall, it's good value for money, but there are some downsides. There was no hot water for showering. The front desk service was very welcoming, which is why I insisted on staying there. The only downside was the lack of hot water. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was cleaner than other hotels, and not damp. If you don't mind the lack of hot water or the not-too-cold water, it's a good option.
