Most of the hotel staff service is great especially the Pak Cik that works at the luggage storage counter. Walking distance to Shopping mall and public transport but I don’t think it is as convenience as The Curve Branch. The room looks old and I saw several stain on the bed. The room soundproof wasn’t that good but luckily I get to have room that is far away from the lift and higher floor as requested so less likely to be noisy. Some towel seems like have been using for a long time as it looks grey. There is issue with the lift 10th floor button as well. Overall, I don’t think it meets the standard of a five star hotel.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me. In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters. A unidade era limpa, moderna e bem mantida.Gostei realmente do design contemporâneo, mas sentia-se confortável e espaçoso para UMA estadia de UMA noite. A cama estava confortável, e o ar condicionado estava funcionando perfeitamente, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais relaxante, e as instalações básicas estavam disponíveis, e tudo estava em boas condições de trabalho. A localização de Petaling Jaya é conveniente, com fácil acesso às lojas e opções alimentares próximas, e a entrada e saída foram fáceis, e as instruções fornecidas foram claras, tornando todo o processo sem problemas. As instalações eram bons, o edifício sentiu-se seguro e o Ambiente estava geralmente calmo, o que era bom para descansar. Em geral, minha estadia de um dia era divertida e confortável.Eu pensava ficar aqui novamente por um curto passeio ou um fim de semana.

The shower / shampoo / conditioner dispensers were such a failure, room 910, and no shaver kit was in place. toilet door due to water from shower area splashing unto it , had mold forming at the bottom back end, rotting away in near future. Light switches were a little confusing, but the USB plug in sockets were such a joy to use. Breakfast was okay, pool level and gym level not the same, hence not as user-friendly as I tot (coming from experience at Danang Hilton). Lion dance at lobby was a bonus for guest and visitors. Generally a worth while stay, just please check out the dispensers if it is your concern, if deem pathetic then better change room. Chef came over to present a dessert made in-house using tomato and it was sublime indeed, simple yet full of favour.

My Malaysian retiree friend recommended this hotel which is connected to 1U mall via linked bridge, and 30% cheaper for us compared to the other hotel in the mall. We arrived after midnight via coach, it helps that it is walking distance from transportation hub. The room is clean, free mini bar and room was made up nicely everyday.

Great stay overall. The room was excellent and very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I especially loved the toothpaste packaging and quality — a thoughtful and unique touch. The shuttle service was also punctual and efficient, which made transportation very convenient.

Eu tive UMA estadia Muito boa no Paxtonz Premium Suites!A unidade estava muito limpa e bem mantida, fazendo uma experiência muito confortável. A localização é extremamente conveniente, tendo um Village Grocer no edifício ao contrário é um enorme adiantamento para apanhar essenciais ou uma refeição rápida. Uma coisa que importa notar é que a recepção de telefones celulares Pode ser um pouco fraca dentro Da unidade, MAS o Wi-Fi fornecido era estável e rápido, o que facilmente apagava a lacuna para as chamadas e os dados.Além disso, não tive nenhum problema. A pressão Da água no chuveiro também era bastante boa, o que sempre é um grande acréscimo para mim! Em geral, um estadia tranquilo e agradável.Definitivamente recomendaria!

Comfortable room, all facilities are complete. The environment is also clean.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the free airport shuttle service, which was very convenient. The only small issue was that the air-conditioning was a bit noisy at night while sleeping. Other than that, everything was great. We had a good overall experience and would recommend this hotel.

Fun hotel.. Lobby has a few game spots/machines for all ages.. Hotel is by the IOI mall which is very convenient. Good breakfast spread, spacious room, good tv channels, bathroom has all basic amenities. Parking is also easy and it’s free.. The view from my room is great too. Will stay again and will recommend to all. One thing I didn’t like though is the shower door which is very tough to open once it’s closed.
