Amazing weekend getaway in a lovely location. Lovely room, nice dinner, helpful staff. Few negatives - old TV - no Netflix, no tea/coffee/kettle provided in the rooms, room telephone does not work so difficult to reach reception (long wait on direct number from mobile) we ended up walking down to reception to speak to someone. Overall a great experience and will likely return.

The location is excellent, friendly staff and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and in general a very nice hotel, the swimming pool is big enough buy the water was very cold, in general we had a great experience, I would definitely recommend and book again!

This is our second visit as a family at the Cromer Country Club. This visit we had extended out our invitation to our parents. We all enjoyed our 4 night stay. This place is brilliant and accommodating for families. We have a 9 month old baby. We asked for an apartment close to the road so we could have easy access for a pram. Which they did. Staff friendly. The restaurant catered for our baby and the food was delicious. You can walk to the coast comfortably. The apartment was clean, updated, and accessible for our family. We would definitely recommend and go again.

Little bit dated but staff were very friendly, rooms were clean despite needing a bit of a make over. Zero Wi-Fi in the rooms which was frustrating. Second time staying at this hotel as the surroundings and golf course are stunning.

However, they do have a slightly older decor that might not appeal to everyone. 4. **Toiletries**: A heads-up for future guests: remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, as these are not provided. 5. **Location Considerations**: If you're not driving, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It’s a bit isolated, making it less convenient for those relying on public transport.

Vivemos UMA noite EM um quarto de quarto real 416, não havia aquecedor disponível, apenas ar condicionado, MAS o ar-con não estava trabalhando para a função de aquecimento toda a noite desde que Entrámos no quarto, o vento saiu são todos CLOD! A temperatura estava congelada toda a noite, quando a temperatura era apenas 2o grau, e a experiência era terrível.

Amazing stay and amazing facilities

Beautiful hotel not far from city centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok. The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel. We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces. Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself. We look forward to going back.
