No geral, a estadia foi boa. Poderíamos ter nos comunicado sobre a não disponibilidade do último andar, conforme solicitado na reserva online, antes de recebermos as chaves do andar inferior. Nosso quarto estava limpo, mas havia um furo em uma das toalhas e duas toalhas de rosto estavam com aparência suja, como se não tivessem sido lavadas direito. Apenas um dos elevadores não funcionava, o que teria poupado o tempo dos hóspedes na fila para entrar. Deveria haver uma placa de ”Fora de Serviço” na porta do outro elevador, para que pelo menos alguns de nós pudéssemos ter subido as escadas, se possível.
O hotel está longe do aeroporto pessoal SUPER AMABLE cama confortável pequeno-almoço básico NÃO TEM TRANSFERNCIA AO PORTO me incomoda muito que na minha busca de hotel marca hotels com transporte para o aeroporto e eu saí na lista que é um problema do sistema de viagem eu costumava o táxi 60 dólares por ter viagem, mas o retorno sem viagem um Uber foram 30 por que não o viagem deve verificar que as informações de transporte são correctas
Good place for the price/value. Great convenient location to dining, shopping and interstate access. The staff were all great, pleasant and efficient. The breakfast options were good and presented well. The only negatives were my bathroom fan made a terrible noise for several minutes that I worried would disturb my neighbors but it stopped after several minutes. I also see this property starting a slow decline and I have stayed here often before and this makes me sad.
Very convenient to airport. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, fresh and hot and the customer service was excellent. Very pleased with our stay.
O hotel completo FOI renovado.Atualmente, o pequeno-almoço é atualizado, limpo, espaçoso, acessível, gratuito e apenas um pequeno-almoço de 5 minutos de carro ou 20 minutos de caminhão para o Parque de Bateria/Truist.Só se queixa sobre o banheiro. Aparentemente, não substituiram o tubo com a renovação, e havia peças grandes que se desligaram em vários lugares, o que o fez parecer velho e sujo.
Very close to ATL airport. Hotel has an airport shuttle leaving hotel every half hour for example 6, 6:30, 7, etc and picking up at airport approx. every 15 minutes after for example 6:15, 6:45, 7:15 etc. Used the shuttle van both ways on flights in and out, made it easy if you use ATL airport - my biggest reason for this hotel. Easy check in. Clean room. OK TV and channels, etc. Large breakfast seating area with coffee and drinks all the time, and free breakfast starting at 6 am. Good Mexican Food place right Nextdoor. Not upscale, but solid , clean and a pretty good value. I would not take a long vacation here, but a good option for going in and out of airport and a quick stay.

I seen when the girls were cleaning rooms tha the beds were completely stripped. That’s always reassuring, especially after having to leave a hotel were it was obviously not done.
Loved the extras- we had dove products and make-up wipes. Just the simple things when traveling are nice to come across.
Breakfast- our options were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, several cereals with regular and almond milk- loved that. Bagels, muffins, several fruits, oatmeal with many topping options, granola bars, 4 different juices, protein yogurt which is a huge plus as a weight loss patient. I might be forgetting a few things. The lady dealing with the breakfast area was super nice as well.
Coffee was ground in the spot in a fancy machine with several good creamer options, not just half and half.
water machine- which was a huge plus for us.
Accessibility- top notch. We have a full time wheelchair user and the room was massive, we typically do standard rooms but they had accessible rooms at the same price so of course we took it. It had a shower seat and massive bathroom. All the drink machines had lower accessible buttons on them. It’s really the little things that make life much easier for disabled people.
Avid is on top on our list now!
Good hotel with large rooms and very comfortable bed. The in-room coffee machine was especially appreciated, as was the lobby food/snack bar.
Very impressed with the airport shuttle beginning at 4am.
Would definitely stay here again.

Very Good
GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!
GGuest UserThe staff and management crew here are absolutely amazing. They keep the place looking great and they understand that people fall on hard times and don't put you down like most hotels. Here they work with you and give you a chance to get your things together without judgement.

GGuest UserStayed a week while waiting for my daughter’s apartment to be ready for move in. Not the cleanest room. Wear socks! Floor even got my socks dirty and it was laminate. Bathroom dirty behind door and had to ask a number of times and numerous people for towels. Everyone was pleasant. It was a functional room. Stayed with two dogs. The dog “park” area was over grown and had piles of poop everywhere. No attempt to keep it tidy at all. If it wasn’t for the convenience we would have found another place for sure.

AAtnoldThis hotel looks nothing like the rooms that is advertised on herr. The ones here are noymt sven close to being that nicd. Also this motel is one thaymt is now one of 3 that are used by the local ************ on the werkend. And its npt as vlean anywheee on the propertu. And the breakfast and lobby area are a jokrle compared to the pics on here. Can u please tell me how this room lookszanytging loke the too is advertised to look.

The pool was beautiful, and the hotel itself had a lot of character. Great walking distance to Buckhead village, would definitely stay here again~
