Hotéis Pet friendly em Krasnodar, Russia

I booked this hotel for a day through Trip.com, very convenient location in the very center of Sochi, quick check-in, cleanliness in the hotel! Good new linen, soft mattresses. It was interesting to see the block with amenities for 12 rooms. Everything is very civilized and clean. There is a restaurant with a buffet, breakfasts, lunches, dinners. In the block there is a kitchen with a microwave, dishes, refrigerator. The bathrooms are very clean! The plumbing is new. Thanks to the hotel for the opportunity to stay at affordable prices in the city center.

Very good that the registration bar is 24-hour. Because of the delay of the flight on May 7, they sat at the airport 8 hours, and the hotel arrived at 3.30 night. We were settled at once, the room on the 3rd floor. Without new repair, but everything is decent. Very good, luxurious breakfast, with alcohol even. Everything in this hotel is great, take no regrets.

The room was not bad overall and even surprised by the size. Booked for 5 people, the site stated that the 35 square metres room was actually three more, three separate rooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with kitchens. The same pleasant bonus was a large balcony with a round table and chairs. Arrived a little earlier than the settlement time, on which the administrator with an unwelcome tone stated that the arrival after 15 hours, on which we replied that we were aware and asked to leave things and look at the room for the purpose of extending the rent. The room was shown to us and even allowed to settle earlier, for which great gratitude. After the settlement, an unexpected surprise was that there was no pool in the hotel, although the website said that it had and even had photos and reviews. In the evening, when he returned to the room, another surprise was waiting, for 5 people there were four bed kits and towels. For a long time, they could not find the administrator, finally - that eli - eli called, on the question of what to do, as we have no wool on the pillow and a set of towels, the administrator was dissatisfied, that we had to solve this issue in the afternoon, and that she does not deal with these issues. I didn't know that you should count the pillows on the pillows when you arrive. In general, unless the administrator and the absence of the declared pool, the hotel is not bad, wanted to extend for 4 days, but why from 01.10 prices doubled, although almost everywhere since October 1 prices have been lowering.

A terrible old hotel. Booked without reading reviews. The smell of spleen meets the threshold, killed numbers, with the photo nothing in common. First set in the room worse, but the administrator showed several rooms for choice and we chose the room fresher. But overall, all rooms were bad. The only plus was location, minute and you on the embankment. Well, cheap price. What did I really want for 1300 a day?

The incompetent staff at the respiratory, could not explain where the hotel is located. The map shows the wrong point, had to wander around the circles. In the room is cold, called the respiratory, said, the young man will come and include. I never came, found myself and included. For 3820 rubles without breakfast with such approach of the staff I consider expensive. The tea in the room is not available, the cooler with cold and hot water in the corridor, from hot flies cold. The hotel is clean, in the room all the facilities are, the coat, the slippers are also present. All the impressions of the hotel are spoiled by staff.

Guest house. I and two kids took a rest there for 2 and 5 years for 5 nights, and then 2 stayed. In the non-season it was very profitable+ spent bonuses trip.com. Believe clean, on each floor there is a microwave, a gladiator board and a tug. In the room, a teapot, a couple of cups. No contact with the staff. Passing by, everyone is greeting, great) Settled and engaged in their business: sea, walks) I think everything was exhaustive. Cleaning can be ordered by the rules in 4 days. But we didn't need it. I am with children, cleaning you do not want to keep something yourself clean 😁 On the first floor, the laundry car is very relevant with children. There were many women with children small.
