Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.

The most I love with Flo is the Clean Bathroom, I've been to a lot of a hotels 4-5 stars but only jere in Floe where I didn't hesitate to use the bathroom barefoot. I wasn't able to took a picture of it. Also, the aircon on the other room can use some upgrades. The wifi Connection is way to slow, I needed to go to a resto or coffee shop so I can work. But overall it's worth the price.

The location is very accessible to the very need of a guest because it's in the city center. The room is clean with a comfortable bed and linens. Me and my friends like the shower because it has hot and cold shower. The staff is very accommodating. 👍

The Beach House is a very nice place to stay in General Luna. It’s directly at the beach and you can see the sea from your bed. It also has a private terrace, which you can see on the picture. The people are very nice and help out with everything, also renting a scooter is quite easy. The accommodation is big and has a lot of space for your stuff. I would recommend staying at the beach house!

Ferra Resort é UMA boa opção se você quer ficar um pouco longe do centro ocupado do General Luna enquanto você ainda está perto de tudo. É cerca de 7 minutos de scooter e localizado em uma área bonita perto da praia, embora eu não tenha entrado no mar durante a minha estadia. A cabana era muito espaçosa e confortável, com uma rede de mosquito sobre a cama e uma iluminação agradável no quarto, criando uma atmosfera confortável.A casa de banho era muito grande, com água quente, toalhas de boa qualidade e espaço. O resort TEM UMA Nova piscina, que é UMA boa ênfase, e UMA toalha de piscina está disponível. Durante a visita, um restaurante ainda estava em construção, e a experiência global foi ligeiramente afetada por trabalhos em curso e trabalhadores que ampliavam a propriedade. A conexão à Internet era boa, e a atmosfera geral era calma e relaxante, e os resorts perto eram um pouco altos, que poderiam ter sido devidos ao período de Natal. O pessoal era muito amigável e atente, e EU poderia pedir café gratuito várias vezes SEM qualquer problema.Um agradável extra era o distribuidor de água privado no banheiro, disponível gratuitamente. Em geral, uma estadia muito agradável, e certamente voltaria.

Hier fühlt man sich direkt familiär aufgehoben. Würde auf jeden Fall nochmal hier übernachten. Alles sauber. Ich war traurig, als ich abreisen müsste. Ganz große Empfehlung. Überragendes Hostel. Gut gelegen in der Nähe von Cloud 9. Für die Party Area in General Luna braucht man einen Roller, dafür sind andere Hostels nah erreichbar. Also kein Partyhostel.

唯一的缺點是距離沖浪的海邊不近，需要騎摩託車。服務很好，房間也很贊。

Un alojamiento agridulce, el sitio es precioso, la habitación está súper bien, pero!!!!!!!!!! No t cambian las toallas, no limpian, la habitación no estaba del todo limpia, hay mil millones de mosquitos!! Y entran en la habitación ya que tiene muchos huecos al exterior, está alejado del centro, sin moto no puedes hacer mucho, es verdad que está en un sitio tranquilo, solo escuchas la naturaleza y los perros ladrar a todas horas y las chicas del complejo son muy agradables. Tienes agua y puedes rellenar tu botella. Importante no Hay agua caliente en la ducha y poca presión.

It was a nice and cozy experience during our stay here. We got what we needed and were very satisfied with our stay.
