I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient—close to Airport, 10 min from the IGI. They provide you Airport pickup and drop facility as well.

The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Good service in all. The location of the hotel is very accessible with the work I was traveling for. Suite is very spacious and nice.

Stayed at this hotel near airport to crash for the night since I arrived late in Delhi. Amenities looked new and well maintained. Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest.

Eu tive o prazer de ficar em Andaz Delhi durante a minha viagem para HYROX Delhi, e não poderia ter pedido uma melhor experiência. Desde o momento EM que cheguei, o serviço era excepcionalmente Quente, atento e incrivelmente útil, especialmente Quando me preparava para UMA Grande corrida. A sala era moderna, espaçosa e limpa, com toques pensantes que o tornavam como casa.A cama era extremamente confortável e perfeita para descansar e recuperar. Apreciei especialmente as instalações interiores e a vibração pacífica após um longo dia de treinamento e corrida. O que realmente se descobriu foi a localização e a conveniência.Ao estar perto do aeroporto e bem ligado às áreas-chave fez comutando uma brisa, e a calma, luxo ambiente do hotel foi um grande contraste com o fim-de-semana da corrida de alta energia. O pequeno-almoço era fantástico, fresco, diverso e cheio de opções saudáveis que se adequaram à minha dieta de preparação de corrida.O pessoal até FOI a um milhar extra para fazer pedidos especiais, que eu realmente apreciei. I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

Had a fabulous one night stay at the Ambassador. British character and Indian hospitality at its best. Great location. Large rooms. Great breakfast. Handy to shopping area. Would stay again.
