Tivemos nossa bagagem atrasada pela companhia aérea e a recepção foi super prestativa e nos ajudou a ligar para a companhia aérea várias vezes. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. A localização é excelente e a vista do quarto também é boa.

A localização é ótima. Perto do metrô e do ponto de ônibus 100e do aeroporto. Dá para ir a pé a muitas atrações. O quarto é bem limpo diariamente. O ar-condicionado é muito fraco e o travesseiro é muito macio.

Hotel divertido e lúdico com decoração temática de videogame e console de jogos no lobby. Um pouco antigo, o quarto era bastante pequeno, mas pelo preço não se pode reclamar. Não sou fã do design do banheiro, onde não há cortina de chuveiro adequada, por isso é impossível evitar molhar o resto do banheiro ao tomar banho. Café da manhã estava incluído e muito bom, especialmente os ovos mexidos com presunto.

Good location and clean hotel.
we stayed last week for 1 night and that night the checkin took a very long time.
In general, the staff could be more friendly.
I have the feeling for some of the staff that they're woking there against their will...

We really appreciated our stay at Corinthia. We got an early check in and the front desk associate upgraded our room to a deluxe. The room is spacious and the bed felt like a cloud. We stayed at the hotel for a special occasion and the hotel sent a bottle of sparkling wine and cake up to our room which made it even more special. The hotel is very well located near tram, metro and bus. Plenty of restaurants around. It was a very good experience and we’ll for sure stay at the same hotel if we ever come back to budapest.

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia no hotel. A localização é excelente, pois fica de frente para o prédio do parlamento, que tem a arquitetura mais bonita da cidade. O café da manhã é delicioso, com uma grande variedade de opções. O quarto é espaçoso e bem decorado. A banheira e o chuveiro são separados. No geral, o custo-benefício é ótimo.

O café da manhã foi ótimo, o hotel estava limpo e localizado em uma área tranquila. Embora as fotos dessem a impressão de ser uma ”casa de família”, na verdade é um hotel surpreendentemente grande e agradável. No entanto, o colchão do quarto econômico era péssimo. Imagino que seja necessário pagar por um upgrade de quarto para ter uma cama melhor. O serviço de limpeza também poderia ser melhorado; por exemplo, esqueceram de repor o papel higiênico e não lavaram os copos e taças durante a minha estadia. O quarto não tinha chaleira elétrica nem sachês de café e chá.

O Park Plaza foi uma escolha de última hora para nós, pois tínhamos reservado um Airbnb horrível, mas tivemos muita sorte em reservar o último quarto deles! A localização é privilegiada, com uma vista linda do parlamento e paradas de bonde/metrô a 5 minutos a pé.
A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa, sempre sorridente, o que é ótimo de se ver pela manhã.
O único problema que tivemos foi o ar-condicionado com defeito, mas eles se esforçaram ao máximo para resolver e até ofereceram uma troca de quarto e bebidas de cortesia para demonstrar seu cuidado.
No geral, foi uma ótima estadia e com certeza voltarei a eles na próxima vez que for a Budapeste. Obrigada!

@@travel_with_the_sunI had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and check-in is quick. Rooms & bathrooms are very clean. Housekeeping is doing a good job. The internet speed is very satisfying. I enjoy the kitchen, which offers plenty of space, well equipped and it even has an oven. I stayed there several times and like it very much. Location is also great, very central and you have all you need just nearby (supermarket, restaurants, snacks/fast-food...)
There could be some more activities initiated by the hostel to get people connected. Like cooking, boardgame night, etc...There is a WhatsApp Group, but at the moment I joined the group there were no activities/ chats in the 5 days I've been there.

@@travel_with_the_sunVery chaotic and confusing check-in process. Arrived before check-in and got registered, just needed to get my key at check-in time. So far so good. At check-in time I am directed to an iPad terminal to register with with my name and my booking number from the accommodation, not then one on the booking portal, which I've no clue which it is. After me struggling to look-up this number out of countless CRM-emails I received from the Hostel the friendly staff member, looked up my name in the guest list, went back to the receptionist desk to check my check-in amd got my key card to my room.
Arrived in the room it didn't matched with the category and pictures I booked. Went back down to the reception, who fixed it. All this took a lot of time and not to mention all the Welcoming and Info-e-mails you receive from Maverick's at any occasion of the ”customer journey” process.
To the management and marketing folks there: Keep your check-in process simple. Your visitors are offered to pre-check-in online or at an iPad terminal in the lobby, just to end up queuing again at the reception to identify yourself again, pay the tourist tax or get their key card. It's nonsense. Have a vending machine spitting out the keycard for those cases. Just keep the regular check-in process as anywhere else directly at the reception with showing your passport etc... Stop these insane amount of email at every step of the customer journey, no-one needs this ot also makes it difficult to find one's relevant booking information.
Let's come to the positive part.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
My room was very nice, clean and comfortable, it was a good deal to. Good internet. The kitchen is great, well equipped and a nice place to connect with people. Free coffee and tea, also a water dispenser in the lobby - great!
There are many free activities organized by the hostel, we had a wine tasting for free and it was nice to talk to other guest there. Location is central, where you'll find all you need, even mini marts open 24/7. Free locker before and after check-in.

1. Location was amazing, i could reach commercial area easily by walking, but it’s a bit far from the parliament, around 20 mins walk
2. Breakfast included, buffet breakfast with normal breakfast choices e.g. scrambled eggs, croissant, etc
3. Was clean and quiet

1. It was a bit crowded at the lobby when I arrived so had to wait for check in
2. The shape of the room was a bit odd, i don’t if it was only mine but the window was so small to call it as a window

戴戴隽言My stay at Dormero Hotel Budapest was very pleasant. The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of the city center and many major attractions, such as the Danube River, the Chain Bridge and the Holocaust Memorial. There are also many good cafes and restaurants around, and the transportation is also very convenient.
The whole room is very clean and tidy, full of modernity, and the color matching is simple but warm. The bed is comfortable, the pillow is soft, and the sleep quality is very good. The bathroom is clean, the hot water is sufficient, and the towels and toiletries are of good quality. The most special thing is that the room is equipped with a free minibar, which replenishes mineral water and several drinks every day, which makes me feel very considerate.
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out are very efficient. Although some employees are not particularly fluent in English, there is no big problem in communication, and the service attitude is sincere.

GGuest UserWe chose this accommodation for a family trip, as it was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cleanliness and friendly staff were top-notch. However, in cold weather, traveling by train or public transportation from the airport can be a bit inconvenient.
If you prefer the quiet of the Buda area, this is a great choice.

GGuest UserA beautiful place, not the first time we stay with the family in this hotel. This time we took a room more, it is beautiful, but it turned out to be 6 et, and the elevator up to 5 et. Next, the screw staircase under the roof. We had 3 big suitcases, it is not very convenient to pull them down the stairs. Bike number.also as a recommendation of the hotel administration, add a teapot and at least a few tea or coffee bags to the room (which is the usual practice in good hotels). People on the road are tired and it would be nice to drink hot tea rather than to wear shopping in search.
