Excellent experience. My 6-year-old son enjoyed the hotel too much. People are willing to meet any need for the experience to be unmatched. Having the possibility to enjoy the beach with all the security is something fundamental for the rest.

Great for the price. Location was good in Bocagrande. Not far from food and the main business street. The staff were amazing everyone at reception especially Rene Morales were helpful. The only problem was the WiFi didn’t work. The beds are rustic made of bamboo. But overall an okay stay. Simple breakfast included. Overall a great place for the price and location.

Centro de Cartagena, muito conveniente para compras, restaurantes e bares 😍 Uma equipe muito simpática na recepção que ajudou a modificar minha reserva. E o concierge deles é muito prestativo e simpático? Se um frigobar puder ser adicionado ao quarto, seria perfeito.

O hotel fica a cerca de 30 metros da beira-mar, por isso é preciso ter cuidado ao atravessar uma estrada com muitos veículos. O café da manhã do hotel pode atender às necessidades básicas. Não há água engarrafada no quarto.Há um supermercado a 50 metros quando você sai e vira à esquerda.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Its staff is very attentive to guests. But they should extend their Check-in times (it's too late) and Check-out times (very early). Despite that, I was allowed to use the facilities (bathroom) since I was returning from a tour after check-out, but I was able to use a shower. In short, very good but with that detail to improve their schedules.

O Hilton nunca me decepcionou. O quarto incluía água mineral de cortesia, cafeteira e, como sempre, três toalhas. A piscina era fantástica e a praia ótima! Todos os funcionários foram proativos e atenciosos, oferecendo check-in antecipado e check-out tardio – minha satisfação superou minhas expectativas!
