Wonderful hotel with a perfect location on the edge of the town next to the grassland with views of the mountains. Rooms are very clean and modern with everything you might need. All the staff are very helpful and friendly in particular 坎 who helped us on check in. Breakfast is delicious. Would very much recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jiangyun, our room was comfortable, clean, big and nicely decorated. The hotel is in a beautiful traditional building, and within walking distance or a very cheap DIDI ride to all attractions. The best part about our stay was the kindness and friendliness of Yan and Rukia, they went out of their way to provide information for us and help organise onward travel to Kyrgyzstan. Yan speaks good English and with his adept use of a translator app we were able to communicate on all topics. When we couldn’t find a cooking course in Kashgar Yan organised a neighbourhood chef to come and teach us how to make steamed buns, in the guesthouse kitchen, it was great fun! This was my first time in Tashkurgan, and after browsing various platforms and recommendations, I finally settled on the Vanishing Starry Sky Camp. My stay was incredibly satisfying. The place was clean, the service was excellent, the location was superb, and the views were absolutely stunning! The room was tidy and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a great variety, making for a fantastic overall experience! Traveling with kids, I was particularly pleased. The lobby area had a small play zone, and there were various facilities for children right next to our room. The staff were very attentive to the little ones, making it perfect for a family trip!

這是這次最貴的一間。物有所值。 1.位置獨佔優勢。在唐布拉孟克特服務區內。左手是餐廳，右手是加油站。加油站簡直大加分。出了酒店右手就是孟克特古道入口，往蜜蜂小鎮方向開車10分鐘馬路兩邊就是兩排吃飯的地方，個人覺得比蜜蜂小鎮好吃，還近。 2.服務熱情。車剛停在酒店門口，管家小姑娘就迎出來了。行李箱全程幫忙，免費升級房間，很快就辦了入住。有問必答，不管是有關景區的問題，還是住宿的問題，開發票問題。並且告知出門停車場不收費，出去玩之前告訴我提前告訴她何時幫忙開地暖。晚上睡下了還會問需不需要換厚被子，早上還幫忙把早飯打包送到房間。服務的十分周到。 3.軟硬件靠譜。房間寬敞，乾濕分離，燈光設計合理，床墊軟硬度適中，枕頭有乳膠枕，表揚。早飯部分，相當貼心，早上我着急趕路，帶到車上，走到服務區和孩子一起吃，打開一看真的被感動到了。一份小米粥，一份豆漿，兩個韭菜盒子，三個肉包子，一份小菜，一份紅薯玉米，連白糖都裝了一紙杯。

We were not assigned to the booked apartment but change to another hotel 宿心 just next to it as the room is not available. We are not sure whether these two hotel belongs to the same company.  Likely the environment and hotel rooms were decent. The service of the staffs are excellent. Knowing that we are leaving early in the morning before the breakfast was available, they arranged the breakfast takeaway package for us. Overall it is a satisfactory experience.

O hotel em que me hospedei com meu cachorro ficava em uma rua antiga e apresentava arquitetura típica de Xinjiang. O quarto tinha uma varanda espaçosa, com uma bela vista pela manhã. Havia também muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. A recepcionista foi muito gentil. Embora eu tivesse um pouco de medo de cachorros, quis acariciar a cabeça do meu o máximo possível. Recomendo este hotel para amigos que viajarem com animais de estimação em Turpan.

It’s a great hotel. Once we arrived, Dai Shi Fu greeted us warmly and showed us to our hotel room. The room was modern, with Xiao Du voice assistant to control things like the curtain, which was nice. It was really spacious and everything is clean. My only gripe is with the location. It’s just far from the “city central” like supermarket and malls. It was difficult trying to hail a ride. Although they have shuttle bus, but it arrives every 20-30min, which unfortunate I did not try. If you are ok with like 10min drive to get stuff, I think this place is amazing for the value.

The new hotel is very good in all aspects. The room facilities are relatively not enough for this price, but after all, it is completely worth the price in the service area, and the hotel of the round is unique to him. The reception and the whole service at the front desk are also excellent, and I went early yesterday. The front desk lady also helped me upgrade the room type with a courtyard for free. I knew that the boat and car were tired, and there was afternoon tea. Even the little housekeeper chased out and sent some drinks after checking out. All aspects are worthy of five-star praise!

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

O quarto foi reformado a partir de uma casa antiga, e a drenagem é muito difícil, e há sempre acúmulo de água. A sala de estar compartilhada no meio é um destaque, e é um bom lugar para muitas pessoas viajarem e se reunirem.
