Beyond my expectation! I picked this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip.com and happy to report that the hotel exceeded my expectation. From the first impression I love how this boutique hotel is decorated in a traditional chinese style. The room itself is beautifully designed, modern, and clean. The bed is very comfortable as well. It was perfect to come back to the room from a long day of walking & sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the the North Gate & in a quieter part of Songpan old town, which is great for getting a good night sleep. However, the best part of my stay at this hotel is the staff, especially the lovely young lady named Xiao Zeng. From the check-in she showed me a couple of rooms to choose from to make sure I’m happy with the room. Not only that, she went beyond her duty to help arrange for the transportation to Songpan train station (it was not possible to get Didi due to rain), as well as to provide helpful tips on what to eat and what to see/do while in Songpan. This makes my traveling experience much smoother and hassle free. Keep up the good work, Xiaozeng 👍☺️ Definitely recommended.

環境和設施都很好，房間也很大，什麼都齊全，很安靜，沒啥噪音，唯一不足的，就是衞生有點問題，馬桶圈有點臟，衞生間的馬桶還有一張用過的紙在裏面，因為到店比較晚，也沒去反映這個問題了，總體來説，還是很不錯的

新開的酒店，環境非常好，模仿了蘇州園林的風格，十步一景。酒店距離高鐵站非常近，酒店面積很大，停車非常方便，早餐的糕點非常豐富，小孩非常喜歡，另外，中餐廳的菜也非常可口，而且價格在五星級酒店來説並不貴，酒店還有恆温泳池，距離市區大概有10公里左右，開車不堵車的話，20分鐘。但是對於喜歡安靜的來説的話，這確實是不二之選。房間也夠大，隔音也比較好，服務安排比較周到，在酒店滿房的情況下，早餐接待處安排合理，並沒有出現無序搶座雜亂的情況，這點是比較值得稱讚的

Apologies, I promised the owner I'd leave a review sooner, but I completely forgot once I returned to Chengdu. The hotel is nestled deep within the Bifengxia scenic area, a high-end guesthouse that beautifully blends old structures with newly built sections. We stayed in the 'Fuyao Zhi' room (pictured in the second image), which I believe is part of the newer section and incredibly stylish. The large windows offer stunning views of distant mountains and another traditional residence. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including various indoor activities (like calligraphy copying and tea ceremonies) and an outdoor forest activity space surrounded by tea gardens (featuring treehouses, trampolines, etc.). The front area also offers outdoor activities such as bonfires, barbecues, and karaoke. All the staff, especially the guy at the front desk in the burgundy sweater, were incredibly enthusiastic. The housekeeping was also meticulously done. The young man with glasses who handled our transfers to and from the Bifengxia scenic area was incredibly punctual. It's clear that both the staff and the owner put a tremendous amount of effort and passion into their guests and the guesthouse, which was the most impressive aspect for me. While the overall price point is on the higher side for Bifengxia, the experience was absolutely outstanding. I can honestly say that this stay elevated the joy and comfort of our entire Bifengxia trip.

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

Pretty clean room and spacious. Good supply of toothbrushes, comb etc. Breakfast was limited as expected. AC worked as normal, which was important as it was 32 degree C outside. Only 1.4km from the famous water street, took around 20 mins to walk there. A few restaurants near the area, else nothing much to do except walking around the large park.

We are so glad that we picked this hotel. The hotel is stunning. We arrived late and were glad that hotpot was available in the hotel restaurant as it was freezing cool outside. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Our room was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The heater was great. No issues with the room temperature. We slept like a baby after a two and half hours journey from Siguniang. The young staff members were helpful and attentive. Our experience in this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we only stayed a night. We would love to revisit. Note: The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the Bippengou scenic park entrance .

Very good and convenient location. Walkable distance to the high speed rail station. Nearby there are shopping malls and restaurants. The front desks staffs are all very kind, helpful and pretty. Got a free room upgrade as well. Breakfast could improve a bit by adding more fruits, some simple cakes or cereal.

Hospedar-se neste hotel é como adicionar um pedaço de jade quente à sua jornada. Desde o momento em que entrei no saguão, o sorriso acolhedor da recepção aliviou meu cansaço da viagem. O chá quente oferecido no check-in foi um toque atencioso. O quarto estava reconfortantemente limpo, até os trilhos das cortinas estavam sem poeira. À noite, eu ansiava por uma garrafa de água mineral e liguei para o serviço de quarto. Em cinco minutos, alguém bateu à minha porta e a entregou, lembrando-me gentilmente de que a tampa da garrafa havia sido desinfetada. No dia seguinte, eu tinha um voo cedo e havia solicitado um serviço de despertar na recepção na noite anterior. Eles não só chegaram pontualmente, como também forneceram informações adicionais sobre o clima e as condições das estradas. Ao fazer o check-out, percebi que havia esquecido meu carregador. Assim que saí do hotel, um funcionário ligou para confirmar se ele estava guardado em segurança e perguntou se eu precisava enviá-lo pelo correio. Sem truques sofisticados, mas com genuína conveniência para o cliente. Esse tipo de serviço é o que faz você querer voltar.

來綿陽出差，選了這家連鎖梵拉圖酒店，體驗遠超預期。房間乾淨整潔，設施都是嶄新的，空調、WiFi 速度快，辦公完全沒問題。酒店位於涪城區核心區域，周邊辦事很方便，到綿陽站也衹要 10 來分鐘車程。房間內還準備了小零食，馬桶也是智能帶加熱的，對於半夜起來上廁所的我，真的很友好，衞生間也都是乾濕分離的，看的出酒店很貼心，價格在同地段酒店裡很能打，性價比很高，下次來綿陽還住這兒！
