Very good breakfast. The room is big, however smells smoke in spite of us specifically requesting non-smoking room. In the evening the hotel's reception is full of drunk people - apparently some club operates in the same place

Love this place 😘. Everything that I ever wanted to live in an ancient town, this place has ALL to offer. The basement mall is just outside the ancient city where shopping and food malls even a large sized supermarket are all within reach. Matcha cafe is also just 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Will come again. Love Tongren!

Great hospitality with amazing views! The staffs were so helpful and friendly. I contacted them through wechat in advance and they provided directions on how to enter the village. They will also help to carry the baggage to the hotel as it is located up on the hill. We even got a free upgrade to one of their best rooms! I would say the view from our room was the best you can find in the village. Overall the room is also clean and comfortable, with a beautiful tub that allows you to enjoy the view. They even served us afternoon tea, late night dessert and a hearty breakfast. Would definitely recommend 👍

This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

Lovely spot in Zhenyuan Ancient Town, great balcony view of the ZhuSheng bridge, and close to two attractions shipinshan and qinglong cave. It's in the quieter part of the town and further from the drop off point but it's easy to take the guanguangche. If you have many luggages, I believe the guesthouse can help to arrange pick up of luggages from the entrance. Amenities are great, bed and pillows are comfortable and impeccable view primarily. It's a quiet town where lights go off at midnight, pace of life is slow and it's lovely to stroll around.

Traveling with family, the guesthouse is located not far from the main gate of the village, which is also the starting point for exploring the village. It's especially beautiful at night when the lights are on. Outside the village gate is a square, and you can even watch performances from the guesthouse upstairs, perfect if you want to avoid the crowds. There's a small river in front, and the flowers in the courtyard are exceptionally vibrant. The owner also has an adorable 8-month-old dog. The room itself is clean and tidy, and the owner is incredibly kind, offering tips on what to do and recommending great food. We had a wonderful trip overall.

Nice & clean place. Staff is generally helpful & informative. Many many eatries & shopping choices within walking distance. We are thankful that we were given the 2 free upgrade rooms. Is one of my ”no regret list” 😍 Breakfast & supper were both provided for our room package.

During a last-minute trip to Tongren, this hotel was an excellent experience! Located in the ancient city of Zhongnanmen, right next to a popular beef noodle shop, its location is superb. The service was meticulous and heartwarming; they proactively helped with luggage, added extra breakfast items, and even thoughtfully cared for guests feeling unwell. The breakfast itself was also exceptionally delicious. The hotel's Danming Tea House is quite unique. Not only can you enjoy tea and matcha ice cream and matcha-flavored treats, but you can also experience elegant Song Dynasty tea ceremony, appreciating the beauty of traditional tea culture. Overall, a perfect experience! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Tongren. ☀️

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Before check-in, the staff reached out to us in advance to coordinate and arrange our luggage transfer which made everything so smooth and convenient. The view from both our room and the hotel were beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea provided. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

On a business trip to Kaili, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn, and the experience was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station, making travel exceptionally convenient. The front desk staff was gentle and attentive, proactively recommending authentic sour soup noodles and sightseeing routes. My room was clean and quiet, and the Serta mattress provided a truly restful sleep; staying alone, I felt very secure. The breakfast was plentiful, perfect for filling up before heading out to explore the sights. The free parking and laundry room were both very practical. For a solo traveler, staying here felt safe and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
