The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!

Great location, but the service was terrible! We stayed for three nights and four days. Despite putting out the 'make up room' sign daily, our room was never cleaned (we typically left early and returned after 2 PM). We had to resort to just requesting fresh towels every day. The facilities were also subpar; the bathroom exhaust fan and the in-room air conditioner rumbled loudly, making it impossible to sleep. They didn't even provide a hot water kettle, so when I had an upset stomach, I had to take my medication with cold water. I definitely won't be choosing this hotel again.

We were very pleased with the room, especially having a small kitchen which was super convenient. However, I don't understand why our room wasn't cleaned on the second day when we stayed for two nights. The location here is very convenient; we walked to all the attractions. Chinatown is right next door, which satisfied our Chinese food cravings.

The hotel's location is good, within walking distance to Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham. The facilities are indeed old. I had read a review mentioning the AC being too loud at night but didn't pay much attention to it then. After checking in, I realized it wasn't just the AC; there was a constant low-frequency humming noise that seriously affected my sleep. This was especially problematic since it was my first night in Canada after landing, and the noise disruption was severe.

The guy at the FD who checked us in was very nice. He was very helpful that when we noticed we don’t have a kettle in room, he went up to our floor and got us a new one.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Hair was found beside the window and the duvet cover was a bit stained.
But overall we enjoyed the stay. :)

There was a large free parking area right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.
It's a long walk to Old Quebec City, but it's not that far by car.
The room was spacious and clean.
There was no bathtub, only a shower, but since I was only staying one night it wasn't a problem.
Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and I'd like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I felt the cleanliness and the safety of the hotel was above and beyond for the current epidemic; I felt very safe. I also appreciated how the hotel accommodated my very late check-in since I was driving more then 8 hours to reach the destination.

Convenient location. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast included a decent selection of items. All staff we interacted with were friendly and polite. I would stay again.

This is definitely the best hotel in Montreal
Location:
Right in the city center, there are major luxury brands downstairs. Chinatown can be reached in ten minutes.
Room size:
The room is large and faces a large picture of the musician, which is perfect for taking pictures. Why is there no bathtub?
health:
Very clean and has turndown service.
Gym: The gym and swimming pool facilities are very complete, as well as a steam room and a steam room. There are also some simple fruits and oatmeal to replenish energy.
Value for money:
The price is definitely expensive, but the matching options still make it worth the money. If you come to Montreal, I recommend staying here.

KKellyImA convenient stop for a one-night rest on the way from Montreal to Gaspésie. The motel is well located, close to a grocery store, pharmacy, and several restaurants. The room is small, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
