"Frustrating. Somehow this hotel pulled up under the filters of free breakfast and pool. It has neither. Our first room had only half the security lock on the door and the phone was dead. We moved rooms. Peeling wallpaper, loose screws on security lock, black marks on walls, only one of two lamps worked, slow draining sink, missing grout in shower, possible mold in the shower, handle in the shower was missing screws and loose… The beds were clean, the fridge, microwave, and AC worked. At 9am jackhammering began in the room below us. I asked to speak to the manager, it was impossible. I was given an email but no response ever came."

"Quando chegamos ao hotel, ficámos surpreendidos com a localização, não se pode aproximar da entrada do parque, literalmente, passos de distância.O check-in em processo foi rápido e fácil. A sala e a propriedade são bonitas e bem mantidas, e Mais importante ainda é limpa.A sala é grande e TEM UMA cozinha que é sempre bonita quando viaja com poucas pessoas.E também têm lavandaria no local. A piscina é pequena, MAS bonita e TEM UMA vista incrível. O único negativo que tenho sobre o hotel é que não há ginásio, nenhum serviço de quarto, e a hospitalidade poderia ter sido melhor. Estava a pensar ficar outra noite e havia quartos disponíveis, mas decidi verificar, chamei e pedi para um check-out tardio, e o recepcionista negou com orgulho o nosso pedido, dizendo que não tinham suficientes guardas de casa e Portanto, não podia ficar com o check-out tardio, nem mesmo uma hora. Se não fossem vendidos e tivessem muitas quartos para limpar, por que não seria permitido o check-out tardio? Quando eu o fiz, era rápido e fácil, mas eles não parecem apreciar o nosso negócio. Só se você declarar que você receberá um e-mail. Não “obrigado por ficar conosco e esperamos que você volte”. Não menos importante, se voltarmos para visitar Zion, que tenho a certeza que vamos, definitivamente vamos ficar aqui novamente."

"No Lado do Campo de neve, o ar tranquilo é Muito Feliz no verão. Está Muito perto de Cedar break NM e está a passear. Viemos de Yushan e vamos para Bris Valley escolher viver aqui. Este hotel de neve é Muito Mais barato no verão, é Muito Mais forte do que a Cidade abaixo. Duas quartos têm UMA cozinha com um só quarto. É Muito conveniente comer o SEU próprio almoço inteiro, e a área do quarto é Muito grande."

"This is a great location in Salt Lake City. It's within walk distance of tons of great eateries and bars. Friendly service. Walking to the temples and state capital and mall. Love it."

"Stayed 2 nights. Newly remodeled. Was surprised by how nice the rooms were. Big TV. Had a south east facing room and had a view of snow capped mountains. Clean bright white linens. Towels weren’t as new, but were clean. Everything looks brand new inside. Only thing that looks dated a few years are the doors and bathtub. Spacious room. Great food and drink and the restaurant and bar. Parking was steep ($25/n). Overall great stay and would definitely book here again."

"The hotel was very good for the location.  Very close to Bryce Canyon National Park visitors.  The hotel has a nice breakfast and great shop for souvenirs.  Easy to check in. I wish we could stay longer, but we are only there for a night.  But, will definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures."

"Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released."
