Enjoyed our stay in this cosy flat. Check in was a bit of a process and it was definitely a small apartment but good enough for a short stay. The bathroom and living room both stylish and the bed was the most comfy ever ! I want to get the brand of the linen ! Apartment building isn't in the most convenient location but 7/11 is walking distance. To eat our you would need to go to SM Megamall about 15 minutes by taxi. Nice swimming pool but had to pay 200 pesos each. Otherwise a nice and relaxing stay. OK, for a short stay.

We stayed here about 2 years ago, so we tried again. There was a bathtub, which was very good. We expected breakfast but too many fried foods. My daughter and I ordered omlets but the young staff couldn’t take order properly. I think she needs to study English more. We stayed for 2 nights but breakfast were almost same for 2 mornings.

Aquilo começou no parque de estacionamento, e OS guardas estavam bem-vindos e atentos, e o tom estava a passar por toda a estadia, e todos OS que conhecemos eram amáveis, quentes e genuínos. Karl no escritório frontal estava lá fora, serviço de classe mundial, calmo, eficiente e profissional, o Tipo de interação que dá o tom para toda a estadia. A localização tornou tudo fácil.Ao Lado Da Praça e Da Megamal, podemos sair para comprar ou para um Bom jantar SEM planear muito.Para UMA viagem familiar, é importante. Nossa sala era espaçosa.Basta para OS três se mover confortavelmente SEM sentirem quebra-cabeças.A cozinha estava totalmente equipada para comida simples.Não acabamos cozinhar, MAS sabendo que podíamos adicionar flexibilidade à estadia. Os pequenos detalhes foram feitos corretamente.Os controles quentes e frios para o chuveiro, banheiro e banho funcionaram perfeitamente.Não há adivinhos.Não há mudanças de temperatura súbitas.Apenas conforto consistente. O pequeno-almoço FOI UMA outra evidência, e apreciei muitas opções de carne, UMA distribuição sólida que se sentiu satisfatória e completa. Em geral, foi um estadia relaxado e bem executado que funcionou perfeitamente para uma viagem familiar.Serviço policial, atenção forte para o detalhe e localização que torna tudo conveniente.Exactamente o que você quer quando viaja com as pessoas que mais importam.

I recently stayed at Hop Inn Hotel Ortigas and I’d say it was worth it! The location is super convenient — walking distance to malls like SM Megamall and lots of food places, so I never had a hard time looking for where to eat or buy essentials. The room itself was simple but clean. The bed was comfy, the aircon worked great, and the bathroom was neat with strong water pressure (big plus!). It doesn’t have fancy amenities like a gym or pool, but for the price, I wasn’t expecting that. The Wi-Fi was stable too, which helped me get some work done. What I liked most was the staff — friendly, approachable, and very efficient during check-in and check-out. The guards at the entrance also made me feel secure. Overall, if you just need a clean, safe, and affordable place to stay in Ortigas, Hop Inn is a solid choice. Not luxurious, but definitely practical and budget-friendly.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation itself. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were great. I wanted to offer some constructive feedback on one area that could be improved: the food. While tasty, the variety of choices was quite limited. More significantly, the portion sizes were noticeably small. It reached a point where I, and I noticed other guests too, felt we had to be considerate and take less, just to ensure there was enough for everyone to get a bite. That's a feeling one hopes not to have while on vacation. My simple recommendation would be to provide more reasonable portions. I believe this small change would make a world of difference and go a long way in making your guests feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Thank you for listening.

Location: superb Cleanliness: great Value for money: great savings Service: almost perfect Food: bland (order calamares) Amenities: so so (solely for business travel not for leisure) Room: spacious, clean, smelled okay, aircon and TV was working fine, mini bar ref cover was loose and cannot be closed properly. Pillows, bed cover and Bed Sheets was superb and had a good night sleep. The room was not as advertised before booking. It clearly indicated that the business queen room offers wired internet access, however upon checking the room we did not find any. The front desk advice that all rooms does not have wired internet access and it does not work. The sole purpose of my booking was due to business purposes and the wired internet connection was the top priority. Though the wireless internet worked properly from 2am to 6am, intermittent connection is experienced after those hours. (Was using laptop 💻). After 3 days we decided to add another night then requested to have the room cleaned. We called the front desk attention multiple times and went outside to give the cleaners time but upon our return the room was still not cleaned so we needed to call the front desk attention again twice before someone came up to clean.

Eu cometi um erro com a nossa data de check-in, mas o pessoal foi tão gentil e deixámos-nos modificar facilmente.Ficámos para celebrar os aniversários da minha mãe e primo e reservamos duas suites 3-bedroom. As quartos eram limpos, espaçosos e perfeitos para a ligação familiar.Nós realmente gostávamos Da nossa estadia obrigado, Linden Suites, por fazer nossa celebração especial!💖

Pros: The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores. Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive. Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure. Cons: For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it. The room door is annoyingly hard to open. Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing. Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small. Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities. Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

This is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy.
