Honestly 10/10 amazing place. Great shuttle service to the haram and back. Very kind and helpful staff and room services. The best person if you need anything sorted is Arman. Arman may Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) love him he is a great man who helps in anything you need done!!

Recentemente fiquei neste hotel com o meu amigo e família por quatro noites, e a nossa experiência foi excepcional. O hotel é moderno, com quartos espaçosos, casas de banho bem mantidas e vistas incríveis das montanhas, incluindo a iconica Montanha de Uhud, um local altamente visitado em Madinah.
O pequeno-almoço ofereceu UMA ampla seleção de opções, incluindo opções para vegetarianos, e estava constantemente fresco e agradável.O Pessoal Da recepção era amigável, profissional e atente, assegurando UMA estadia confortável e bem-vinda.
O hotel está convenientemente localizado a cerca de 15-minute a pé do Masjid. Para conforto acrescentado, eles fornecem um serviço de navegação a cada 20 minutos, tornando o acesso fácil.
Em geral, recomendo fortemente este hotel para qualquer pessoa que visite Madinah e ficaria feliz aqui novamente para visitas futuras.

Rooms were a bit small but clean. Staff was hospitable, polite and well mannered. Not too far but far for those with small kids and who don’t like to walk much 😄 or in the hot sun.
Breakfast was in adjacent building and was reasonable. Same menu for the two days we stayed.

Came to do Umrah and in madina chose this hotel. Good location to the haram mosque. 3 min walk to gate 326. Good amenities around the hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice and clean hotel. Would come back again.

Great hotel, staff and services. It’s 30 minutes away from Masjid nabwi. Rooms are very clean and decent size. Definitely worth booking if you’re going to medina with family.

The hotel is sparkling clean. At a very good proximity to the Masjid An Nabawi. If you are looking for a decent, affordable place that’s not too far away ( it’s about 10-15 minutes walk to women side but about (8-10 minutes to men side). Although the whole neighborhood looks interesting but I felt save because it’s Medina. I even went to Fajr by myself.
The host was very responsive, kind and friendly.

DDakanpuqiliThe room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hygiene was excellent. We had a delightful view overlooking the Malaya Concert Hall. The staff were incredibly friendly. On the night we checked in, our taxi driver couldn't find the hotel, and the handsome guy at the front desk even used his own car to help us find the taxi driver – we were so grateful! The canyon swimming pool was also a nice highlight.

Jjesputri25I had high expectations for Habitas, especially considering the price point, but unfortunately the service did not live up to it.
First, communication was a recurring issue. Several staff members, particularly at the reception, were not fluent in English, which led to multiple instances of miscommunication and incorrect information. For a property that caters to international guests, it is essential to have front desk staff who can communicate clearly and confidently in English.
The experience at Tama Restaurant was even more disappointing. One of the male staff members was noticeably rude. We were presented with the bill even though we had not requested it, which felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Additionally, when my friend, who had just finished swimming, was told she could not sit because she was wet, no alternative solution was offered. No bathrobe, no towel, no assistance. She was effectively expected to stand while eating. When this was raised, there was no apology or sense of accountability.
For the price charged, the level of service falls significantly short. Compared to other luxury properties such as Banyan Tree, where the staff are consistently warm and attentive, the difference in hospitality is very noticeable.
Habitas has beautiful surroundings, but service is what defines a true luxury experience. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during our stay.

Amazing
DDZeerI think I'll always remember this evening,
little silver capsule-like campervans,
landed in the rolling valleys of El Ola,
they were miniature, adorable, small yet perfectly formed!
In the huge tents near the campsite,
people played all sorts of games. As sunset approached,
the afterglow lingered in the sky,
we sat amidst the vast desert and the heavens,
and the time seemed to pass by in a way that didn't matter.
After it was completely dark,
the long-awaited Rock Movie time arrived.
Following the twinkling lights,
strangers gathered together to watch a movie projected onto the rocks,
everything was simply too beautiful…
And above, a sky full of stars accompanied me on my walk home.

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to Elephant Rock and also near Winter Park, which is a tour pick-up point. However, getting from the room to the reception, pool, restaurant, spa, and fitness center requires a bit of a walk. Golf carts are available but often take a while to arrive. The shower was broken but was promptly fixed. Breakfast was delicious.

FfatalistAdvantages: Next to the old town, the building itself is part of history, and the candle lighting ceremony at night is very ritualistic.
A few shortcomings:
1. The shower in the bathroom on the first floor of the double bed suite where I stayed was broken. There was no hot water but only cold water. The maintenance worker checked for half an hour and said it could not be repaired. As a boutique hotel, it was not informed of this situation before check-in, which is really wrong.
2. The room has no air conditioning, and fans can only be used for ventilation and cooling at night, but the fan in the living room suddenly stopped at around 3 am, and the room temperature rose rapidly, seriously affecting sleep.
I hope the hotel can take guests seriously and not make such low-level mistakes.

BBrenda LiuService overall was top notch with security and the hotel managers greeting you nicely. Location wise the hotel was not that convenient but is not too far from the main tourist spots in Alula. Breakfast was superb with many options and servers constantly helping you. I would say if you are looking to stay in Alula definitely come here!

GGuest UserThe room was indeed high-end for us who had just come from Ora. However, it was all show and no substance. The hot water ran out after ten minutes, and the hair dryer didn't work after a few minutes. Although it was fixed later, the shelf in the toilet was broken, and the clothes hung on the clothesline fell to the floor...

TTravel@SantaOnce at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family.
Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well.
Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future.
Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably.
More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.
