I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself was impressive, my experience was a bit mixed. The hotel is very nice, modern, and feels fresh and clean, likely because it’s recently opened. The rooms and facilities were well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay overall.
However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. During check-in, the reception staff tried to charge me additional fees—around $100—claiming I had only prepaid a portion as credit. This was both unexpected and frustrating, as I had already settled the payment in full prior to arrival. The situation wasn’t handled professionally, which put a damper on an otherwise good experience.
In summary, while the hotel itself is great, the poor customer service and billing issues make me hesitant to recommend it without caution. Hopefully, management can address these concerns to improve the guest experience in the future.

We just stayed one night at Blue lagoon on our way to Bequia.
The hotel organised our taxi pick-up from the airport with Pari who was very helpful and courteous.
The hotel check-in went smoothly with delightful staff to assist us and we had a delightful room, spacious and clean and we had a marina view from our balcony.
We had dinner on the terrace just by the waters edge it was lovely and on the way back to St Vincent to catch our flight we will stop there for a couple of hours in the afternoon and have a bite to eat before our flight home.
Our thanks to all at Blue Lagoon and Trip.com for an easy booking system

The Mariners Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Arnos Vale will find that the Mariners Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is just 10km away from Argyle International Airport. Seeing Arnos Vale's sights from this hotel is easy with Arnos Vale Field, BC Entertainment and Glen Baptist Church all close by. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Beach Combers is a great place to stay if you are going to.spend a max of 3 days. It is in a perfect location 15 mins to town 25 mins to.airport. 5 mins from clubs and restaurants.
It is being modernized and the rooms are basic but have lovely beds and sheets are cotton.
Has a brand new coffee shop on premises.
The food is good quality. Service a bit slow. But they get there in the end..
