Отель в целом неплохой, отличное местоположение. Останавливались на 1 ночь. Отличная кухня в ресторане ”Маруся”. Из минусов: очень маленький номер, проблемы с закрыванием окна, на этаже в кулере не было воды (заменили после замечания), на завтраке был компот который начал закисать (убрали после замечания).

Единственный минус - на сайте не указано, по поводу предоставления сауны, бассейна и тд. - что эта услуга оказывается платная, и не дешевая. Мы думали, что посещение входит в стоимость номера. Но 4 т рублей ща разовое посещение - не очень адекватная цена. Котят на заказ рыбку - ооочень вкусно! Следует отметить отсутствие тротуаров на ул. Оборонной и прилегающей к ней соседней улицы с выходом на пешеходную зону. Но это вина не гостевого дома, наверное, а администрации города. Приходилось гулять прямо по дороге.

Останавливались в номере стандарт на 1 ночь. Местоположение отличное, в трёх минутах от Кремля и прекрасной набережной. Номер чистый, светлый, есть все необходимое: тапочки, гель, шампунь, шапочка для душа, даже губка для обуви.Также в наличии чайник, чай, кофе, сахар, вода. В номере кондиционер, сейф, фен. Не в каждом бюджетном отеле встретишь такой набор. Единственное, отель располагается на четвертом этаже кирпичного здания без лифта. В остальном все замечательно. Спасибо Великому Новгороду за прекрасные выходные.
