Очень приятный и ухоженный отель, состоит из 2 корпусов, на территории есть маленький бассейн, работает баня, но бассейн не работал, в баню не успели сходить. В номере высокие потолки, огромная ванная комната, в номере все необходимое есть, кроме чая и кофе, в коридоре кулер с водой, вкусный завтрак в виде шведского стола. Из недостатков: шумоизоляции нет

Остановились с супругом всего на две ночи. Отель выбрали по расположению, самый центр. Цену сложно назвать бюджетной даже без завтраков, при этом на сеть Рэдиссон это не тянет. Много где останавливались в данной сети отелей и по стране и за рубежом. Номера уставшие, халатов нет, воду носят по просьбе, от ковродина старый запах, нет информации в номере о доп услугах, в том числе по питанию. Уборщица открыла дверь без стука утром… все очень странно как то. Вообщем если ищите что то более интересное, то Вам точно не сюда.

Nosso hotel favorito no Báltico! Sempre visitámos o hotel com muita frequência, sempre com uma impressão agradável.Com a sala - como feliz, esta aplicação indica a área de 20 metros, tivemos um quarto muito menor.Há grandes quartos no hotel.
O pequeno-almoço é bonito!O hotel abriu um ginásio.Há um sauna.Aluguer de bicicletas é UMA Grande oportunidade para o Báltico 😊

Super Hotel! Repose com um pequeno bebé (2 anos de idade), recomenda 👍🏻 Pequenos pequenos-almoços (mesa sueca) muito deliciosos e nutritivos.O Pessoal é Muito atento e amável, a pedido inicial, forneceu um monte, um pote, um banho. A localização é cool, no coração de Kaliningrado 👍🏻🤗

Это был один из лучших отелей, где я останавливалась, а лучшим его сделали сотрудники отеля, которые были вежливыми, добрыми, гостеприимными! Я почувствовала себя как дома. Я приехала в Зеленоградск, чтобы отдохнуть душой и телом, и мне так повезло, что я выбрала именно Ваш отель! Спасибо огромное за всё! Номер очень большой и светлый, есть все удобства, от центра минуты 2-3, до моря минут 5. Мне всё очень понравилось ❤️❤️❤️

Были здесь с 4 по 8 февраля. Все очень понравилось. Девочки на ресепшене очень доброжелательные. Управляющая отзывчивая и приятная. Постельное белье белоснежное, комплектов полотенец хватает, санузел чистый, в номере тепло, уютно. В холле все красиво. На общей кухне имеется все для приготовления еды. Чай/кофе на кухне бесплатные. Хостел находится в уютной и тихой локации. От острова Канта 10 минут пешком. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу. Рекомендуем!

Отель супер! Очень аутентично, красивые номера, чувствуется история, тишина, большая зеленая ухоженная территория , рядом в 500 метрах замок Нессельберг, завтраки шикарные, в номере все продумано до мелочей, обязательно вернемся!

O quarto não tinha sapatos de UMA vez, e o tapete não era o primeiro refresco. A sala tinha duas garrafas de água e um deles foi sugado até metade, eu descei para o respiratório e disse-lhe que tinha UMA garrafa semi-vazia e queria beber chá. Portanto, o respiratório do trabalhador disse que não experimenta e apenas esfrega água debaixo do cranho, a água em Kaliningrado é boa e limpa.Para dizer que me incomoda e me mata, nada para dizer!!!! Aqui está um serviço no hotel, e a cerâmica no bolo é a Internet nos talões, uma palavra o hotel está preso em 80-90 anos e apenas a renovação completa que será capaz de mudar na melhor direção, não mais!!!!

Excellent service, staff is great! It is a little unclear what with the ventilation in the bathroom was, but we were not critical (the opening of the fort). Very delicious breakfasts, eggs and becons are wonderful. Only fresh baking is missing (which was - not particularly, biscuits some). Tea, water and refrigerator in 👍

The hotel is located on the banks of the picturesque Pissa River. The Royal Court is located in the central part of the city of Gusev. The hotel is a German building from the early 19th century. The excellent location allows guests to easily and quickly walk to the main historical sights of the city: the New Monument to Sergei Ivanovich Gusev, the Mint Garden and Komsomolsky Square. The distance to the railway station is 800 m.
Rooms of various categories are available for booking: Economy, Standard, Superior and Comfort. The spacious rooms overlook the square and the embankment of the Pissa River. Each room has the necessary furniture and appliances for a comfortable stay.
On the ground floor there is a cafe "Aelita" with Russian and European cuisine with 100 seats and a summer cafe with 40 seats. A buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. There is also a bar on site, which offers a wide range of drinks and snacks.

GGuest UserI was on a business trip to Kaliningrad, Russia. The hotel wasn't too remote, and it was generally clean, but there was no elevator. Breakfast was provided, but I couldn't sleep the first night because of mosquito bites.

Персонал очень внимательный и вежливый, по первой просьбе предоставили манеж, горшок, подставку для раковины. Расположение классное, в самом сердце Калининграда 👍🏻🤗

GGuest UserIn general, everything is decent. Excellent location, in step-by-step availability of cafes, shops, transportation. There is even a teapot in the room and a microwave with dishes, appliances and a roller. The only minus the air conditioner that did not cope with the work in the heat even when installed at the minimum temperature.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed for just two nights. We chose this hotel for its location, right in the city center. The price is hardly budget-friendly, even without breakfast, and it's not comparable to the Radisson chain. We've stayed at many hotels in this chain, both domestically and internationally. The rooms are tired, there are no robes, water is only available upon request, the carpet smells old, and there's no information in the room about extra services, including meals. The cleaning lady opened the door without knocking in the morning… it's all very strange. Overall, if you're looking for something more interesting, this is definitely not the place for you.

Parking guests is free, the view from the room is wonderful, warm. In the shower there are all bathing facilities. (brushes, coats, shoes, vat disks)
Good cleaning.
There is coffee machine capsule(not tried)
On the floor of the couler and a massage chair.
On the first floor, the ATM, bar, restaurants.
Dr was a compliment from the hotel, thank you !
The lack of only TV for us was that not the smart-other at the top level.

ИИLoved the Berlin hotel. We rested with a friend in mid-February 2019. The hotel is 3 stars, but service and cleanliness for 5 stars. Every day, 8 clean towels, a new roll of toilet paper, as well as new gel, shampoo, soap, tea, sugar, etc. The restaurant was not, I can not say anything. Very polite and sincerely smiling staff. Also convenient location for those who travel around the sights on their own. Within walking distance there is a bus station and buses are constantly sent to the region and their price is inexpensive. For example, we went to Baltiysk and the ticket price is 130 rubles, in Baltiysk we transferred by ferry (70 rubles there and back) and we are already on the Baltic spit. Well it is, a digression. In general, I advise. At a low price, service and relaxation are 100%.

But it is trivial:) sound isolation and staff - excellent! Cleanness - excellent! Breakfasts.. well for your money is not bad (continental breakfast, mainly different types of eggs). Before the sea 3 minutes. All the sights - in step-to-step availability. Near the train station with electricians from Kaliningrad

GGuest UserIn Kaliningrad for the first time. According to good tradition, I booked a network hotel. Everything is wonderful. Location, service, cleanliness. With breakfast there was a minuscule.
