GGuest UserMy overall stay at this hotel in Lisbon was excellent. The room was spacious and newly renovated, and the front desk staff provided exceptionally high-quality service. A major bonus was the unlimited complimentary bottled water available upon request, which is a rare find in Europe where most hotels only offer one free bottle. Another highlight was being able to watch the light show directly from my room every evening. Although the hotel isn't in the absolute city center, it's conveniently located right next to bus and metro stations, making getting around incredibly easy.
The only minor drawback was that the room cleaning wasn't always as thorough as it could be. Occasionally, there were lingering stains or residue on towels, cutlery, or bed linen. I'd recommend checking these items upon arrival and simply calling the front desk for replacements if needed. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I'd highly recommend this hotel; its service quality is top-notch in Lisbon.

I'm only not giving it 5 stars because of the room service, which needs improvement (bed linen sometimes torn and one of the mini-fridges seems to be malfunctioning). But generally speaking, I recommend it, as it's a comfortable space good for families and has a good breakfast.

The room is clean and comfortable with big wardrobe. Breakfast is wide spread too.
When the hotel staff told me that I can box out the breakfast due to early morning checkout, I was delighted with the service. They took record of our room number and check out date / time. However, during check out, the breakfast was prepared and the staff said that it was not in their record. It was disappointing 😔

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful, and the amenities were great. We really had a good time. But I have to be honest about a few things that were negative.
We booked a room called the lovers room which was ~600 euros per night and the photos advertised were showing a room that was not the one we got. The room we got was still amazing, with many amenities, spaceous, great design, but it was not what was advertised. We even hired a photographer because it was our 1 year anniversary assuming we would get the room advertised which was two floors and had great views. We also called to mention that it was our anniversary the day before and the only thing they could offer was a wine bottle or a cake which is ok, but the service didn't make anything special about it. I think they have to be trained better for these things, because at the dinner, they sat us in a pretty bad table and we had to ask to be changed to a better one, but they should know this since I called in to tell them it was our anniversary. The dinner was also very slow. We sat for 1 hour with only bread. And the food was ok, not bad, not great, we paid 200 euros for an ok meal. And we had to wait hours because they were under staffed. One lady was serving near 10 tables. It was not a good experience. Finally, a boutique hotel that opens the sauna at 11am feels not well thought of. I think they have to figure out how to make the recovery amenities open from very early around 6/7am to very late around 10/11pm to accommodate for all guests. The final thing was that there was no butler and guests are expected to carry bags from the the parking to the lobby. I think they need to hire a butler at the entrance. Thats basically my feedback for this hotel given the price which is what you pay per night at the best 5 star hotels. Apart from that, again, the service was kind and helpful, the hotel design is beautiful and the location is insanely gorgeous. The rooms are also very well done.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

GGuest UserWe were originally scheduled to fly home on the same morning as our son, but on different flights. Around 5 AM that day, we found out our son's flight was canceled, while ours was still on schedule, leaving us with very little time. Our son wanted to stay an extra day at this hotel to use their gym (we had stayed there for a night two days prior). In my haste to book, I accidentally put my husband's name instead of my son's as the guest. We quickly checked on it after our flight landed, and thankfully, our son successfully checked in. So grateful! 😊 The Uber ride from the hotel to the airport was only CAD$6.

GGuest UserFrom now on Evolution Lisbon will my favorite hotel in Lisbon. It is the best in Lisbon! I made it my home during my 14 day remote working trip. The 24 hours sauna and gym are extraordinary service, really suits solo remote workaholic like me who does not want to be bound by fixed schedules when concentrated in work. The surrounding of the hotel has ALL that you need. From supermarkets, malls, to even dance studios, all that you need is in walking distance. Reception ladies are formidable, I particularly like the sweet trainee who received my contact lens parcel I ordered online to be delivered at the hotel. She is sweet and helpful; also her colleagues who without any doubts helped with printing some documents which I needed urgently. And the housekeeping team, although I did not need cleaning everyday (I have OCD so the room was always kept clean haha) the housekeepers kept asking me if I needed anything. I did not use the co working area but it looked very relaxing and stylish. And something special about the room: the fridge. It has a size that is different from what we are used to (4 drinks and no more) It looks tiny from outside but it could cater my 5 day snacks, including a 1.5l coke. I think it is the door design? Check it out and you will know what I am talking about haha. Lastly I only have 2 suggestions (not critics!) One is that the hotel should offer its guests discounts when spending in its F&B outlets. This would make guests feel special when inviting a friend for a drink in the hotel property. Even 5% is good. Another is to install a mirror in the gym. Gym lovers like to see what they are doing wrong :) Thank you Team for providing me such a good time in Lisbon!

CCarolyne_fsWhen I saw the hotel in a NGO, I was scared, but when I arrived at the site I was glad with care, care and zeal for the environment and everything that is done there. The rooms are enough for a short stay: clean and comfortable. The hotel is in front of the beach and I made a very pleasant walk around. If you are looking for an accessible place for a short stay, go without fear.

DDahai the seaOverall it was good, the waiters cleaned every day. The downside was that the mini kitchen was not designed properly and often bumped into each other. In addition, when I checked out, I paid 21 euros in cash for taxes and fees. After I returned home, my credit card was deducted another 21.09 euros. I have complained to Ctrip many times, but to no avail.
