Overall Staying experience: 7/10 Location: 9/10 Arrival Experience: 8/10 Checkout Experience: 9/10 Bell /Valet Experience: 10/10 In room Amenties: 7/10 Bedroom Comfort: 6/10 Bathroom Experience: 7/10 WE booked 5D4N for our business trip. We arrived very early at the hotel but the arrival experience is superb. I was assigned to room 309 at level 3 in 20mins. The room is very decent size enough for 1 person. The bed is queen size bed, the blanket pillows and mattress decent clean bit not too comfortable for my preference. Bedroom Experience:6/10 The bathroom is very spacious for this room size with seperate bathtub and standing shower. Wash basin is decent size for 1 person. Toilet is automatic and is very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub daily after work. Bathroom Experience: 7/10 I was assigned an ocean sea view room. The train horn sound is very distrubing my sleep. If you are light sleeper, please take it serious consideration. I was awake by train horn every 6am in the morning.

Fresh and clean room with AC and fan. Near the airport. Good price. The owner helped with transfer to airport.

Recentemente fiquei em Amari Colombo, em Colombo, e, no geral, tive uma experiência maravilhosa. A Nishel me impressionou especialmente, apesar de ter jovem, era extremamente profissional, respeitador e atente às nossas necessidades, e ele ajudou-nos imediatamente a encontrar a sala mais adequada para a nossa estadia e a manter tudo de forma eficiente. Upekha também foi muito útil e amável durante a nossa visita, sempre pronto para ajudar com um sorriso. O único ponto negativo foi a política de check-in precoce, chegando às 17h00 e pedindo-nos para pagar um $150 adicional, que se sentiu bastante caro e significativamente superior à taxa média noturna listada em várias plataformas de reserva. A vista era incrível, as quartos eram insensíveis, e o pequeno-almoço era rico e delicioso, oferecendo muitas opções de cozinha local e internacional. Eu escolho ficar aqui novamente.Obrigado por SUA hospitalidade!

Nice rooms, good location, and the staff was very friendly. Good business hotel, but also good for couples and families. Although the booking said ”ocean view”, didn't get a ”full ocean view” room. However, there was a nice view of the city and a partial view of the ocean which was unobstructed. Standard cleanliness and amenities. You have to specifically tell the housekeeping team if you want the bed linens changed. Wi-Fi is a bit jittery and requires you to log in every day for some weird reason, but speed is okay too. Breakfast buffet is nice with a standard spread of local vs continental. Egg hoppers are a bliss, and they'll make yours fresh every morning. Food at the restaurant/lounge is average, but they make a good Long Island Ice Tea at the bar. I was unable to attend breakfast as I had an early flight, requested the front desk to swap out the breakfast for a club sandwich at 3am, they were able to do that. The staff are overall nice and friendly, except for one guy at the reception who for some reason took 1000LKR for a replacement key and didn't want to give me a receipt for it. They also didn't give me a hotel invoice during check-out and said I will have to collect it from Trip.com. While I do have the invoice from Trip.com I found it as standard practice in most other hotels to share a copy of the invoice during checkout.

O restaurante serviu comida Muito amigável e amigável, e o pequeno-almoço FOI incrível. A piscina infinita no telhado é UMA Grande maneira de acabar um dia ocupado andando por Colômbo.

房間空間足夠，廁所乾淨，可以打開不同位置的燈光配合需要。入住了兩晚，第一天一下飛機便入住，因為時間很晚，但房主都依然有禮貌和熱情。到第二天下午，房主特別提醒我晚上要打開房間外通道位置的燈光，保障安全。 不過入住其間，房間有時會出現很大隻的蟻，有點嚇人。晚上，天花板有會有不同聲音，不肯定是否有動物在屋頂上。 整體上是舒服的，感覺良好。

Our family of three checked into the hotel during the first week of May 2025. Unfortunately, our overall experience was underwhelming. Room service was disappointing, our order was incorrect, and we chose not to send it back as we assumed it would take a long time to receive the correct one. It also took three separate calls just to receive the room service menu. Additionally, we were charged for ice despite having an active room service food bill, which felt unreasonable. When we inquired about evening entertainment (Friday eve), the front desk assured us a live band would be performing, but this never happened. It appeared the resort seems to operate with minimal staff, which may explain the drop in service quality. On a positive note, we were warmly welcomed by a great host at check-in, and the barman at the pool bar made excellent cocktails and provided friendly service. Hopefully, this could be just a rare slip-up.

Visited Colombo during off-peak season so we managed to visit the city with less crowd. Views from any sea-facing room is incredible for its price - slight blocking with 2 towers in front but you can get a better unblocked view if you go for Premium tier rooms. I have to commend reception staff Anjala, who managed upsell me a Premium Seaview Room from a Superior Seaview Room. He took the time to explain the differences between each tier, accommodated to my budget constraints, and brought me to each room (empty ones of course) for a viewing before committing to an upgrade. After hearing that I was there on honeymoon (my husband would only arrive later), he relayed that to the rest of the team who took care of us wonderfully throughout our 4-day stay. Overall, room is clean and roomy, perfect for business calls with fast and reliable in-room wifi. Only downside is their TV doesn't have Netflix or Airplay, only Miracast for Android/Windows users. Tip for travellers: tell your driver this used to be Movenpick hotel - they will know where to drop you off.

Convenient location near Fort station and a few mins walk to a good selection of tourist restaurants, cafes and bars near the World Trade Centre. Probably one of the best locations in Colombo for tourists using the train. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and good shower with hot water. My room also had decent air conditioning. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in. Good price. I will happily stay here again next time I am in Colombo.

They’re good, and their service is also good. But their online response is very bad. I didn't get any response to when I texted and called them, as I had some queries. But their hospitality is very good. And food is also tasty.
