"Beautiful Onsen hotel. Visiting a friend at Yuda Onsen, and chanced upon Onn. Japanese standard of service and cleanliness, price is reasonable as well. I love how i could visit the onsen as many times I want. For those who are too shy, you can book one of the two private onsen rooms for ¥3500 per hr which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Free flow of coffee at the coffee machine at the reception. Too many great things at this hotel to be written in a few words. Only downside would be the really tiny rooms but most Japanese hotels are tiny anyway."

"We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Hagi no Yado Tomoe. Outstanding from start to finish. Delicious meals (breakfast and dinner) on both days, comfortable futons in spacious and well-appointed rooms, the most friendly and efficient service (sincere thanks to Takashi-san, our ‘butler’, but also to the entire team) and ideally located in walking distance to all Hagi’s most interesting sights. I can’t recommend Hagi no Yado Tomeo highly enough."

"Make a mistake did not noticed my booking is without a bath room in the room, have to settle shower shared bath at the onsen. Did not expect half board dinner serve Japanese set and not a buffet dinner, Thanks to the chef make changes for the dinner for my daughter which she don’t take fish meal. Thumbs up to the restaurant staff ."

"Esperienza da fare. Vicinissimo all'aeroporto però fuori mano per ristoranti e locali in genere. Il personale alla reception e molto cortese e ti aiuta in tutto. All'arrivo oltre al materiale da bagno hai la possibilità di scegliere delle vaschette di cibo surgelato. La stanza compreso il bagno è piccolissima ma ha tutto quello che serve e per una notte va bene. La biancheria come la pulizia è ottima. Ottima soluzione per essere vicinio all'aeroporto."

"Unbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition. The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle. Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)? My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call). Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen. Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good."

"This place was clean and neat and the meals were delicious. The staff was very kind and attentive. The bathroom was nice, the lobby was nice. The bed was a little stiff for American tastes but more comfortable than most here in Japan. This place had its own chic style that I appreciated. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs."

"On the way home with two adults and two elementary school students, I stayed in two rooms divided into mothers and children and fathers. It was clean and the TV was big and the children had a good time. The surrounding parking lot was cheap and convenient, although the restaurant area around the station was close and convenient. Find something you forgot before you notice it I was grateful for the delivery."

"료칸이 크고 위치도 버스정류장 근처라 쉽게 찾을 수 있었어요. 조식도 맛있었고 여장부 쇼도 좋았지만 온천 욕실에 바닥이 깨져있고 이불도 얼룩이 있는 것으로 보아 약간의 시설에 대한 투자가 필요한 것 같습니다"
