A localização era fantástica, com acesso direto à estação de trem, ao terminal de ônibus e aos shoppings. O quarto era provavelmente o maior em que já me hospedei no Japão, o que foi ótimo para dividir com um amigo. A área de estar com tatame era perfeita para sentar e apreciar a vista da estação, com os trens chegando e partindo. Não fui incomodado por nenhum barulho de trem. Eles também forneceram uma folha com os horários em que era possível ver modelos específicos de trens da janela do quarto. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, apesar da barreira do idioma. Com certeza me hospedaria aqui novamente na minha próxima visita a Akita.

Ficamos duas noites. Foi uma ótima experiência. O quarto em si é bom, a cama é confortável. Conseguimos onsen e meia porção de ramen e arroz grátis depois das 19h30, o que é um bônus. O ramen é delicioso. No entanto, o serviço para uma funcionária de meio período (uma garota) foi ruim! Esta é a primeira vez que tivemos um serviço tão ruim no Japão. Primeiro, sua saudação foi má e rude, sem sorriso no rosto e meio que ignorando o cliente. Segundo, depois que pegamos a chave do quarto e nos preparamos para pegar o elevador, não sabíamos o caminho. Ela simplesmente continuou nos ignorando, pois uma funcionária normal mostraria o caminho para o elevador logo após terminar o check-in. Por fim, depois que entramos no quarto, descobrimos que o assento do vaso sanitário estava frouxo. Então descemos até o saguão para contar a ela sobre isso. Ela foi tão inútil que nem quis subir ao nosso quarto para ver o que aconteceu, mas apenas nos disse para usar o banheiro do saguão! No final, felizmente havia outro funcionário sênior em tempo integral de plantão, contamos a ele sobre isso, e ele imediatamente foi até nosso quarto para ver o que aconteceu. Vou dar 5 estrelas a esse funcionário sênior. Então, além daquela funcionária de meio período (garota), todos foram muito bons.

The paid parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel, and there is a 7-Eleven convenience store on the ground floor, which is very convenient. The hot spring is spacious and Korean-style, and it comes with a sauna room and a cold bath. There are three washing machines each in the men’s and women’s hot spring areas. Guests can also enjoy free massage chairs and complimentary ice pops (ice cream) after the bath.

The hotel has a very good location. Although not immediately next to the JR station, it's a short and easy walk to get to the hotel from Akita Station. When you see the Museum of Art in the photo, you are arriving. Also, the famous Senshū Park is just across from the street. It's a grand hotel with nice rooms. The staff are friendly and professional. It's not far from the bar district. There are many interesting bars over there. After a couple of drinks, you can just walk back to the hotel.

It was such a compelling decision that I didn't even bother researching the location. What surprised me most was finding my hotel near Nyuto Onsen Village, a famous historic hot spring village, with a clear view of Lake Tazawako. I spent time exploring the village's seven onsens, each with its own unique charm and hot spring qualities, making this trip even more rewarding than I had anticipated. Upcoming Itineraries: I've already made up my mind that on my next trip, I'll book a hotel during a heavy snowfall so I can soak in Tsurunoyu Onsen. The sight of the outdoor baths in the snow is absolutely captivating. 非常好！房間很寬敞，很乾凈！ 頂樓的温泉不大，但是人也很少，還有冷水池子和桑拿。 如果人多大概體驗感就會差很多。 下午3點到晚上9點有免費的飲料喝。 和式房非常不隔音，隔壁打開書包拉鍊、刷牙都聽的一清二楚。早晨四點鐘被隔壁打呼聲吵醒。

Hotel and rooms are old but still nice. Direct Lake View is great. Unfortunately hotel is profit oriented instead of customer oriented. Be customer focused and profit will follow…. Outside onsen is basic but with nice view. Everything overpriced! (Set Dinner 11 000 Yen !! Choose please! Either you upgrade and can ask these over the top prices, or you leave everything in this very old state, but then do not expect people to pay these rates… Also music in corridor too loud. Wakes up everybody around 6AM…. Only hotel where there was no lounge happy hour with some free drinks and snacks….

As fontes termais também foram ótimas ❣️ Havia muitas bebidas de boas-vindas, ramen Yonaki e serviço de sorvete após o banho. Fiquei muito grato pela gentileza com que lidaram com minha filha que estava com febre. Tudo no hotel era confortável. A equipe da recepção também foi muito gentil e agradável. Eu definitivamente gostaria de usá-lo novamente.

My husband and I stayed in a twin room, and the bed was big, the room was spacious and bright, and there was a large public bath in the hotel, so it was comfortable. There was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient and good value for money. If I come here again, I would like to stay here again.
