O check-in no Hada foi completo, havia frutas de boas-vindas e o serviço de quarto foi muito atencioso.

酒店的早餐，也很有特色，選擇好多，麪包款式好吃而款式美，工作人員會主動地給住客做當地的餈粑，好好吃。
周邊用餐地方很多，有市場，超市，飯店，均可以步行到達。
酒店晚上還有夜粥，牛奶，小麪包，吃完，很安睡。因為時間的關係，沒有多住一天，可惜了，明年去阿里，肯定會再回來您們家的。或者後續有希爾頓，也會優先選擇。"

The entire room was equipped with smart technology, making it very convenient to use. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, providing prompt and patient assistance with any issues. The public areas were elegant and clean, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. There were even robots available, and the location was excellent, offering convenient access to transportation. 選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。
後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。
位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！"

"服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳很大，前台服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼，停車方便，停車場很大，洗衣服方便，烘乾機方便，棒!説真的，以前的亞朵其他城市都是500往上。今年大過年趕上藏曆公曆新年一起過的，300不到。真的很驚喜，我的目的就是扎什倫布寺，這個酒店離寺廟大門幾百米，我也是從寺廟出來走動了，才到這裏歇腳，沒想到太驚喜了，第二天果斷再去爬天梯，路線不知道的可以問前台小姐姐。對了，還有餐廳特別棒，很有本地特色，寫的 “相招”，滿滿的佛學特色。餐廳是有史以來我遇到的最好的。想吃營養的早餐就整堅果，想吃重口味的，他這兒還有涼菜和川菜酥肉。以及毛肚。油炸食品也少不了。這可是藏曆新年初一啊，你們還搞得這麼齊全。這麼卷！"

AAlfreda YThis hotel was definitely out of our expectations. New and modern. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Airport drop off and pick up service is available 24/7. Literally just come to the reception and staff will arrange transportation immediately. No need to make any reservations.
Hotel room was big and clean. Modern design with technology. All the amenities were well equipped. Comfortable bed to rest after your long journey and to get prepared for next day flight.

GGuest UserThe hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a lobby that truly captures the local essence and boasts a fantastic design. After checking in, I honestly just wanted to stay in and not even go out! Riri at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful. Since I arrived on an early flight before check-in time, she upgraded my room so I could settle in smoothly. A butler delivered my luggage to the room and even asked if the temperature was comfortable and if I needed the oxygen machine turned on! The room was very cozy. After resting for a bit, I went out to explore, and later at 9 PM, I watched the Potala Palace and the sunset from the Tubo Bar on the 6th floor. When I returned, fresh fruit and yogurt were already waiting on the table! I couldn't stay longer as I was heading to Ngari, but I'll definitely be back to stay here for a couple more days!

LLuyiweipangFirst off, the view from this room directly faces the Potala Palace, which is fantastic for photos. This is also why this room type is more expensive than others. The view is priceless, especially when it's the Potala! The night view is even more beautiful! You can just lie in your room and enjoy the scenery! The restaurant's view isn't as good as the room's for taking pictures.
Secondly, I don't think the room's cleanliness is 5-star. When I entered, there was a puddle of water in the sofa area that the staff didn't immediately clean up. I wiped it myself with tissues. I believe that when choosing this room type, I pay close attention to details. So why did I give it 5 stars? The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, and they were responsive on WeChat. Honestly, the details were quite problematic. For example, the welcome note mentioned postcards, but there weren't any initially. They were brought later, but without a pen. While they did fulfill my requests, in the service industry, details should be anticipated before the guest even asks.
Finally, regarding the facilities, I could smell residual renovation odors in the room. There seems to be an issue with the drainage in the shower, as water overflowed into the vanity area. Overall, I'm satisfied, especially for younger travelers.

GGuest UserI was a bit worried about picking a bad hotel, but it turns out I had nothing to fear. The room was spacious enough and had great natural light. The bathroom was odor-free, and they provided a full set of toiletries. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value for money when traveling. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, and very efficient! I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

XXiyoujiejieaStaying at this hotel in Lhasa, I really want to recommend it to all my girlfriends! The location is absolutely amazing, super close to Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street, all within walking distance ✨.
It used to be the old Nepalese Consulate, so it naturally has a 400-year historical vibe. The courtyard is perfect for taking photos in ******* outfits!
They offer a free ******* outfit experience + 10 free travel photos, and you can even get a direct view of the Potala Palace from the third-floor terrace!
The rooms come standard with an oxygen generator and humidifier. The little basket by the bed even has face masks and makeup remover wipes – a dream come true for anyone who loves attention to detail 🥹.
Upon check-in, they present you with a Hada (a traditional ******* silk scarf) and serve sweet tea. You can also experience tsampa making for free, making the check-in experience absolutely fantastic!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel from June 5-7 2026. The official check in time is listed at 2 pm. They did not give me access to my room until after 4 pm. Furthermore, laundry is listed as included service and they said their facility was not working and had to send it somewhere else. They charged me a hefty fee. I believe it’s a misnomer for this hotel to call themselves “international”
This hotel really only caters to Chinese speaking populations, which is fine and the typical situation in Lhasa, but to be more accurate, the hotel shouldn’t make the claim “international.” That would typically imply better more comprehensive services for people outside of one population and nationality.
This hotel is listed as 5 stars in Lhasa. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many 5 star hotels. According to my experience, this hotel doesn’t measure up to a 5 star standard. Perhaps it did in the past. 5 star hotels typically have much better restaurants and dining options. The room was clean and I had a nice view.

GGuest UserChoosing this hotel for my trip to Lhasa was absolutely the right decision; the overall experience was excellent from start to finish. I really must share this with anyone planning a visit to Lhasa.
The hotel's location is truly exceptional, right in the heart of the city center. You can walk to Barkhor Street in just a few minutes. A short walk to the left takes you to the Potala Palace, and to the right, you'll quickly reach Jokhang Temple. It's incredibly convenient whether you want to go for morning prayers or explore during the day. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and authentic ******* restaurants, so you don't have to go far for snacks, local specialties, or a quick meal. You won't need to stress about planning your routes, which is perfect for first-time visitors to Lhasa.
The hotel's overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, with a strong, minimalist ******* aesthetic. There's no noise or commotion. The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and come equipped with 24-hour oxygen supply. After a long journey to a high-altitude area, staying here meant no discomfort from oxygen deprivation, and I slept exceptionally well. What surprised me most was the attention to cleanliness: the room was spotless, with no dust on the floor or windowsills, and the bedding was neat and soft. The bathroom, vanity, and shower area were dry and odor-free, and the towels and toiletries were neatly arranged. Even the nooks and crannies were perfectly cleaned. It's clear the cleaning staff put a lot of effort in, making the stay incredibly comfortable.
The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. They proactively offered helpful tips on local attractions and注意事项 (things to note) for pilgrimages. Any requests during my stay were responded to promptly and willingly, and they patiently answered all my questions. They even offered hot water and oxygen tanks. When I checked out, they thoughtfully presented me with a local specialty souvenir. Their demeanor was gentle and sincere, with no hint of perfunctoriness.
Overall, the location, living environment, hygiene, and service attitude were all impeccable. It offers excellent value for money. As it's the Year of the Horse, I wish every traveler to Lhasa a smooth journey. If I come to Lhasa again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa!

HHuodezhanche119This was my third stay at Thangka, and it has noticeably declined compared to my stays in 2018 and 2023. The main reason I chose it again was its proximity to Jokhang Temple. However, this time I experienced significant and continuous noise at night. The next morning, during breakfast, I realized the noise was coming from a machine in the 4th-floor restaurant or the self-service laundry area. I promptly checked out the next day and informed the front desk. The front desk attendant was very kind and assured me that she would report it immediately. I hope Thangka improves.
