Nice hotel. not quite in the center, but possible to walk there in 20 minutes. Love the Sauna on the 25th floor with a great view and can warmly recommend the restaurant (the Iris) which has a limited menu, but all dishes on it are very well prepared (we ate our way through). Staff is friendl as well.

Good location. We take Flixbus from Amsterdam to Brussels. Just 10 minutes walk to the hotel. Bus to airport is just beside the hotel. Metro also very near. The opposite side is the shopping area and the sightseeing point just walking distance. A lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Very convenient and highly recommend. The north train station only 5 minutes walk then can go to Brugge.

Right in the heart of Brussel.My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service.

Fiquei aqui para uma curta escapadinha na cidade com meu parceiro e é um lugarzinho ótimo. A localização é muito perto da estação e a uma curta caminhada do centro da cidade e de todos os principais pontos turísticos. O quarto era limpo e confortável. O spa era ótimo. A academia era boa. O jardim é agradável.

This beautiful boutique hotel gets five stars from us all round. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We had an amazing stay — everything was spotlessly clean, from the floor to the taps. The gym was brand new and immaculate. I loved the interior design of the hotel, from the colour scheme and décor to the furniture, coffee machine, cup and room amenities. It's clear that they pay attention to every little detail. Our room was quiet, which allowed us to recharge after our long-haul flight. We would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to go back.

No geral, um hotel muito conveniente, você não precisa sair da estação MIDI de Bruxelas para entrar no hotel. Mas parece haver um problema com a limpeza do hotel e os lençóis não estão limpos. A comida do hotel não tem grande variedade de comida, o que não condiz com o preço. Felizmente, os funcionários do hotel são simpáticos e acolhedores. De um modo geral, é um hotel muito conveniente. Você não precisa sair da estação MIDI de Bruxelas para entrar no hotel. Mas parece haver um problema com a limpeza do hotel e os lençóis não estão limpos. Não há muitos tipos de comida no pequeno-almoço, o que não está de acordo com o seu preço. A equipe do hotel também é muito simpática.

É um hotel relativamente novo, com instalações completas e bons serviços, localizado próximo a uma estação de metrô no centro de Bruxelas. É muito conveniente chegar à estação ferroviária e assim por diante. No geral, altamente recomendado.

Im Hinterhof des Hotels war eine große Baustelle, die in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht stand. Leider war diese Baustelle zu hören. Die Zimmer waren auch etwas hellhörig. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war die Fliese in der Mitte gebrochen und kaputt, da war ein halbes Loch, Verletzungsgefahr. Ebenso konnte man die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, weil man die sonst nicht mehr auf bekommen hat. Der Wellnessbereich war schön aufgemacht, jedoch waren am ersten Abend ganz viele weiße Stücke (keine Ahnung was das war) im Becken auf dem Boden. Durch die Whirlpool Funktion wurde das ganze Wasser aufgewirbelt und irgendwann wurden sie raus gespült. Die Sauna wird wohl von vielen ohne Handtuch benutzt, weswegen das Holz schon ”schrumpeliger” ist. Aber schön gemacht. Beim Frühstück, wenn es sehr voll war, kommt der Mann oftmals mit dem Nachräumen der ganzen Sachen nicht hinterher. Dann muss man echt länger warten bis neue Säfte, Croissants, Toast, Früchte und Rührei da sind. Man konnte sich jedoch echte Belgische Waffeln selber machen. Der flüssige Teig steht neben dem Gerät und man konnte es einfach rein gießen und das Gerät schließen und umdrehen. Sonst ist das Personal echt nett und hilfsbereit und es ist sonst auch echt sauber.

Very very good hotel, the software and hardware are not worse than the magnificent, especially the service staff is particularly well trained, warm and thoughtful, too few breakfast categories do not affect the possibility of choosing again. Also, the hair dryer is not easy to use, you can bring it yourself.

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble. Personnel très à l’écoute mais beaucoup de petits défauts dans la chambre pour un hôtel 5 étoiles : calcaire, pas de brosse à cuvette, meuble un peu usé. Très belle piscine, le petit déjeuner est bon assez varié. Son emplacement n’est pas loin du centre ville donc c’est parfait.
