The hotel was really nice a clean, with a good ease of access just off the motorway. The room was very spacious and quiet, even tho it was next to the car park.
The pillow’s could do with being thicker as they seemed very thin. And the room would benefit from having aircon, as it was only April on a mild day but it was very warm inside the room, especially at night. The window did open, but only about 2 inches (which is std for most hotels)
But apart from the hot rooms I would recommend the hotel very much.
All staff were clean and polite.
I would stay there again, but on a winters day.
I stayed here for sad reasons - my good friend's funeral wake was held here.
However , the assets of the St Pierre still shone through, and improved my day.
Staff excellent, the old main building interesting and lovely, with it's Norman church.
Bars and restaurants predictably expensive, but the quality was excellent.
Rooms are lodges, making it feel like an upmarket Centerparcs, not in a bad way.
This must be paradise for wealthy golfers. Even for non-golfing me,
enjoyed it very much.

Tiny 2 Beds room and furniture and carpet looks old but overall is acceptable.
No refrigerator in the room.
The WiFi signal is rather weak reception.
The quest restaurant is a kind of pub and I have ordered steak and hamburger, steak was a bit overcooked but surprisingly the side dishes spareribs was so good and tenderness, recommend to put on main menu rather than side dishes.
Nice location. Reasonably priced. Big issue was the smell of the room. Smelled like someone threw up and the cleaners just couldn’t get the smell out. I had to open the window and turn on the provided fan.
Overnight stay following a wedding. Great location for our purpose. Room was clean and had all of the expected amenities and services. Tea tray was well stocked. Check in is 2pm, which was awkward as the wedding service was at 1:30. I booked two rooms so paid an additional £20 to check in early at one of these rooms. I telephoned the reservations team on two occasions a few days prior to our stay to enquire about the check in process and how access to the room would be facilitated since we would not be returning from the wedding until 1am. My only criticism would be the lack of clarity I received from the respondents. As a result of the insufficient answers to my questions, I made provision to leave the wedding venue during the day to check in at the second room. Upon arrival at the Two Rivers, all my additional arrangements were negated as the gentleman who checked us in, allowed us to check in for the second room there and then and take the key card. Other family members were staying in the room and I was paying for it. The access to the room was via a separate accommodation block and simply using the key card. All my additional arrangements to check in during the day were unnecessary. It would have been very easy if the respondents to my telephone calls earlier that week had given me that information. We had a good night's sleep and the breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced.
I called the inn around 1500 on the day of our arrival (we were walking the Offa’s Dyke Path and were at Monmouth around 8 miles north of the property at the time) to enquire about what time they served food until. A lady answered and was very terse and unfriendly to the point I was obliged to ask if I’d somehow offended her to which she tersely and ironically said “No”! However, upon arrival the reception we received was more cordial; the room was clean but a bit faded and musty smelling and the bed very comfortable. The evening meal menu looked a little unimaginative and dull but one of the two specials of the day took my fancy - fish pie and veg - which pleasantly surprised us with its good quality, decent meal size and plenty of firm, fresh veg. The following morning’s breakfast was served by a very friendly and attentive lady and tasted good if consisting of standard fare and no fruit available.

Very Good
Five of us stayed. One adult, two children and two dogs. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and airy. The main downfall was the hairdryer not working. But as a very convenient base I couldn't fault it.

A lovely overnight stay at the Cwrt Bleddyn after a friend’s local party.Very pleased to stay in the main hotel rather than the annexe where I had stayed before . Bed was really comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We took advantage of the swimming pool and Rajesh on the welcome desk of the swimming pool/ gym was so very helpful. Thank you Rajesh! We will definitely return.
Bit out of the way but perfect for where we needed to stop. Not a lot around but hotel has a restaurant across the road to use which had good food. Clean rooms and friendly staff

GGuest UserThe room is quite big and OK. He is a small hotel at a gas station next to the highway. There are no facilities. It is suitable for the kind of self-driving tour.
Immaculate en-suite bedroom in a private house. The hosts couldn’t be more polite and helpful. We had a beautiful fresh cooked breakfast after a comfy quiet nights sleep. Highly recommended 🤞🏻
