The hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable. The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you.

O hotel é muito bom, as instalações são novas e muito limpas. Está muito perto da estação ferroviária de Londres. Também está super perto do Castelo de Windsor e da Legoland via Uber. lugares próximos😄

Grandes hotéis rurais, sente-se EM casa.O Ambiente Ao redor é Muito bonito, fornecendo café suficiente para a sala todos OS dias. O restaurante abaixo é Muito delicioso. O pequeno-almoço é um pedido. Se você vive Mais tempo, você Pode tentar diferentes opções, Mesmo exigir Mais géneros de comida. Os empregados são Muito entusiasmados, embora às vezes eles estejam ocupados, não devem vir para você imediatamente, Mas isso não impede a vossa hostilidade aqui.

O hotel está bem localizado Ao Lado Da M4 com um Monte de estacionamento.A entrada foi eficiente e o pessoal estava amigável por todo o lado.A minha sala estava limpa, confortável e tranquila para uma localização Da auto-estrada.O pequeno-almoço ofereceu UMA boa variedade e serviço foi atento. Uma escolha confiável para um curto estadia ou parar na leitura.

很喜歡這家酒店，非常有特色，餐廳早餐是收費單點，但是麪包藍莓酸奶是免費的。房間每天還免費給兩瓶玻璃瓶裝水，不過不是礦泉水，也是當地人的飲用水☺️。酒店在紐伯裏小鎮，周圍環境優美，好多英式鄉村小別墅🏡，看了好心動💗。就是想享受一下不同於城市的鄉村風景😄

Fabulous place! For the price point I was concerned this would be disappointing but it was the complete opposite and I'd happily recommend it to anyone. Absolutely perfect for our purposes, close to Newbury for dinner and exploring, and a great place to go back to at night (the £15 cost of a cab was well within our budget). Breakfast was very tasty and organised with a well stocked selection and nice atmosphere. We used the pool and sauna in the morning after checkout which was clean and very welcoming. My ONLY gripe was that check-in was a little rushed and felt a little like a conveyor belt, we had been stuck in traffic and a warmer welcome would have been appreciated. Overall though, a great experience. Well done to the whole team!

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

The hotel room was really spacious, large and with a modern decor. Everything was clean and fresh. However, where the hotel lets itself down straight away is the reception area. When you arrive, you are required to check in via several monitors in the front which do not work and do not let you progress with the check in past a certain stage. We tried several times before approaching the reception desk which was located further back and clearly intended as the last resort. That is also was it felt like as the greeting consisted of’ Does it not work?’ No, obviously not. Even with the lacklustre support we still had to enter our details again several times until the lady realised enough was enough and finally took action herself. Once we got to the room we ordered room service via a very well thought out online system that was straightforward and worked well. What did not work well again was the service. It took an hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally arrived if came without condiments and other essentials. If the staff would be trained better regarding customer service , this hotel could be a much better experience.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .
