The breakfast was great, the order system was great, but it was exquisite and delicious. The hotel environment is also very good! Very special! The hotel's service is also completely satisfying.

Отель очень понравился. Хорошие номера, только было прохладно даже с работающим кондиционером и батареей (отдыхали в январе, на улице было -9). Завтраки отличные, все очень вкусно. Персонал приятный, за исключением пары человек на рецепшен. При заселении пытались убедить нас в том, что мы не оплатили проживание 4х человек, а только 3х. И когда я сказала, что сейчас буду писать в поддержку и разбираться сразу испугались и сказали, ой, да мы фамилии перепутали. У вас все хорошо. Очень неприятный осадок остался. Бассейн небольшой, но хороший и сауна тоже. Расположение в 15 минутах ходьбы от центра. Поблизости очень мало кафе и ресторанов. Чтобы покушать нужно идти в центр. Есть пара супермаркетов неподалеку. Рядом рынок. За свои деньги отличный отель!

單人房帶一個小窄陽台，可以拍風景，酒店地理位置絕佳，周邊全是景點。衞生狀況良好，室內全地毯，可以不用拖鞋，所以也沒給。含早晚餐，早餐選擇不多但基本的都有。晚餐按菜單點，五選一。住在這樣的酒店最大的好處就是隨時可以回去休息。走一圈累了就回去休息會兒。之前看了很多點評，有點兒猶豫，但最後衹剩這個酒店有房了，想着就湊合一下，結果比預期好很多。

It was our 5th time in this hotel and i should say it was the last. It's very far from Russia if you travel from there and of the same quality you can find hotels closer. This time we had leakages in the bathroom and bugs in the dessert, i think with time and no proper quality conttol any nice place can deteriorate.

Stop for one night.
Set fast, the hotel was filled with people. They said that the wifi only works on the first floor because of the number of guests. Breakfast did not take, but there were 4 continental breakfasts, not very diverse.
There is a refrigerator and a teapot in the room. It was very cold. Although the room is small, the battery didn't heat at all. The air conditioner did not work. The bathroom is clean, there is a single shampoo, gel.
There is no bottled water, but there is a cooler on the floor (at least seen on its own).
There are one-time slippers.
If it were not a terrible cold in the room and a beautiful hearing of everything that happens around, it could have put a very good assessment.

The tourist and wellness complex is 4 km from the city of Grodno. The Neman River is a 10-minute walk away. The distance from the hotel to Grodno city center is 7 km, Grodno Airport is 27 km away.

AArtem SavikОтличный новый отель! Очень понравилась атмосфера. Все продумано до мелочей: стильный дизайн, приятные цвета, очень комфортные кровати. Номера чистые, светлые, с удобной мебелью.
Отдельный восторг — это полностью оборудованная кухня, поразило обилие посуды и утвари. Есть абсолютно все, чтобы приготовить и завтрак, и ужин. Это не просто пара кастрюль «для галочки», а полноценное пространство для готовки.
В душе не просто шампунь-гель, а целый набор качественных принадлежностей. Мощный, современный фен, сушит волосы за минуты, а не мучает вас слабой струей воздуха.
В номере есть чайник и кофемашина с капсулами, если нужно быстро поесть. А если не хочется готовить совсем, то можно сходить в ресторан с предоставленной скидкой.
Добираться до центра города удобно, всего 10-15 минут. Идеальный баланс между тишиной и доступностью всех достопримечательностей.
После прогулки на морозе нам предложили бесплатно посетить сауну, чем мы с удовольствием воспользовались!
Очень довольны выбором, прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. Рекомендую!

The health is good, the indoor carpet is full, you can not use slippers, so you have not given it. Breakfast and dinner are included, breakfast options are not many but basic. Dinner is ordered according to the menu, choose one of five. The biggest advantage of staying in such a hotel is that you can go back to rest at any time. After walking around, I went back to rest for a while. I read a lot of reviews before, and I was a little hesitant, but in the end, this hotel has a room left. I thought about it and made do with it. The result was much better than expected.
