Além de uma taxa diária de US$ 55, que nunca foi mencionada, eles retiveram meu cartão por US$ 200. Por dia, para comodidades ou taxas diárias, o valor total é de US$ 800. Eu não estava na propriedade para usar nada, a menos que fosse para dormir no meu quarto. Então, no check-out, me informaram que levaria de CINCO A DEZ DIAS ÚTEIS para liberarem meu depósito de US$ 800. Agora, eles estão com meu dinheiro há cinco dias e querem ficar com ele por mais CINCO A DEZ DIAS... QUEM FAZ ISSO???

Me and my husband stayed at Warwick for a week, we had best time there- the food, the drinks, the atmosphere everything was really great. They have private beach which is nice, all the staff members were really nice and friendly. I would recommend my friends to definitely check out this place.

I was given an old room that had 20coats of paint to mask the black mold . You could smell it . I checked in at 7:30pm, by midnight I had a sinus infection . I asked to change room at 6:30am. The receptionist put me in a different new building. It help but the black mold had done its damaged, I had sever sinus cold for 4 days with chills and now I’m dealing with a bad cough with chest pain.  When booking ask to be put in the newer building that has 5 floors. The staff is really nice sadly my stay was bad since I was given a room that should have been gutted instead of masking the mold behind the new paint.

It was a very nice experience. It is a little far from the city center, but it was no problem and can be easily reached by taxi or bus. It was a very enjoyable holiday with the ocean right in front of the hotel.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!) The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?! The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one. All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!

In a word, I had a comfortable time. The reception was very kind to try make arrangement about my request. There is no complain for my room except window(It was not cleaned enough). I was surprised that there is a microwave oven in yhe room. In addition, I think this hotel has many other strong points (for example, the location near beach, complimentary breakfast and so on)

Это очень небольшие апартаменты, но тем не менее вполне удобные для того, чтобы провести несколько дней в Нассау, если вы тут проездом. Тихий район. До магазинов и кафе быстрого обслуживания 10-15 минут пешком. Гораздо удобнее будет для проживания, если у вас в наличии будет арендованный автомобиль. Для него найдется много парковочного места прямо перед домом. Большая ванная комната с душем и умывальником. Кухня оборудована, есть и кастрюли со сковородками и капсульная кофемашина, которую можно использовать и для заваривания чая в пакетиках. Кофе, чай, средство для мытья посуды и рук - все тоже есть в наличии. Безупречная чистота везде внутри дома. На заднем дворе есть небольшая зеленая лужайка, но она не оборудована для отдыха. Из неожиданного - в доме нет стола для приема пиши, но есть два складных столика для мобильного компьютера, которые можно приспособить под обеденные столики. Места в гостиной очень мало и чтобы ничего не опрокинуть, вам придется быть аккуратным. Кровать нуждается в ремонте или замене. Матрас, хотя и узковат для двоих взрослых людей средней комплекции - хорошего качества. Но вот сама рама кровати давно нуждается в замене или ремонте. Хозяйка заблаговременно найдет вас по телефону, оставит нужные и понятные инструкции, как найти и попасть в дом. А также организует встречу и проводы, если надо. И хотя бегло и невнимательно почитав отзывы, мы и ошиблись выбором района и апартаментов, хотели более оживленное место и более просторные условия внутри, но все неудобства компенсировались заботой о нашем комфорте! Итог. Жилье больше подойдет для студентов или одиноких путешественников с арендованным автомобилем в распоряжении, привыкшим к американскому образу жизни. Выдающееся гостеприимство станет прекрасным бонусом!
