Really enjoyed our stay at the Rendezvous hotel, The hotel was really clean and the room was really spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony. Brilliant value for money in my opinion and it couldn’t be located in a better place in Scarborough. The only improvements I could recommend is the air con quality wasn’t the best and obviously the pool would have been a really nice touch. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Foi um BOM albergue. Eu realmente impressionei a qualidade. A cama é realmente boa, por isso posso dormir bem todas as noites. A casa de banho é tão limpa. Estou realmente satisfeito.Muito obrigado.Definitivamente vou ficar de novo !!!

Excellent location in town and could park directly outside our room. We were out the back, which was quiet. It had good laundry facilities, washing machines and driers. Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and had a nice hot shower.

A lavagem e a secagem precisam de limpeza e manutenção. Vai para UMA viagem de baleia a apenas 10 minutos do hotel. Muito convenientemente localizado para visitar Busselton Jetty e Margaret River.

Nunca vou ficar aqui novamente.Primeiro chegámos às 3:00 (chequei para a 2h), depois eles aconselham que a nossa sala não estivesse pronta.Outros também foram aconselhados sobre a mesma coisa e todos nós recebemos um recibo de bebida para ir ao café. Foi BEM, MAS UMA Hora depois VEIO, e não NOS Disse o Quanto tempo Podemos ficar prontos para o Nosso quarto.Então fomos para a Cidade para jantar, e NOS chamámos às 5h40 para dizer que o Nosso quarto estava pronto. Então esperámos Mais de duas horas e meia! Depois, NOS encontramos Na nossa sala apenas para encontrar o ar condicionado e o tapete estava completamente sugado, e havia pedras/blocos Na cobertura Da cama, então aconselhámos o escritório Da frente, e eles estavam Nada Na piscina, enquanto eles estavam lidando com a questão. Foi-nos dito que tivemos que mover quartos, e foi um desconto, eles nos ofereceram pequeno-almoço gratuito para o desconto, porque o lugar foi totalmente reservado, então não havia realmente nada mais que pudéssemos fazer. A nova sala foi fundida com mosca e as telhas foram vaporizadas, pois acredito que o banheiro deve escorregar sob as placas de piso. Eu aconselhei o escritório que é uma preocupação de saúde, uma vez que a moldura está certamente crescendo nas salas. Você Pode dizer que é Como a cor Da carpeta ao Longo Da parede é Negra.Tais instalações de piscina são incríveis, e a localização.Mas é absolutamente deslizante e sujo.

I attended a wedding at this beautiful venue, which it had won awards for, and rightly so. The venue is ideal for weddings and conferences with a golf course as well. Close to vineyards and breweries in the area. The Vines, however do not have a vineyard or cellar door but do have a few vines in the garden area where our wedding was. The food on the night was delicious. The selection of wines were well thought out as well. Rooms were large, although outdoor seating isn't private and overlooks each room, tennis courts and even the ceremonial garden. There is a great pool and mini golf to keep the kids entertained. Staff were quite pleasant at the bar and restaurant but exceptional service was displayed on the night. I would seriously recommend a wedding and/or conference here.

A modern well appointed hotel ideally situated across from the famous Busselton jetty. A rarity was the free parking provided by the hotel. Our room looked as if it was built only months ago, extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with great friendly service. The only negative was an alarm going off at 6 a.m.. It only lasted for seconds with an announcement of a critical incident. The power went off and the door lock opened. Looking into the hallway neighbouring guests were exiting and the fire doors had closed so we dressed and exited also down the stairs. Once outside we looked into the lobby to see all was normal. With another couple we approached staff to enquire about the situation. We were told it was a false alarm but unfortunately no announcements were made to clarify no need to be concerned. Returning back to our room via the elevator we found the fire doors still activated, so back to the desk. The other couple arrived seconds later with the same problem. Most concerning how lax management were about the situation. I’m sorry with a smile and too bad it happened. An hour after the power went off again and our door unlocked. I mentioned it on departure and they said glitches had been happening. Most disappointing end to what should have been a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel. Highly suggest a staff review.

Was so nice to arrive early, and be granted check-in 🤩 Deb was very obliging, pleasant and helpful, even organising and extremely generous breakfast delivered to our room the evening before we departed before 6am, WELL DONE

The SureStay Hotel at Albany suited our needs perfectly. We only booked a couple of days before our arrival as Albany was a last-minute addition to our WA trip waiting to see what the weather was like before venturing out of Perth. The only thing was the tv was too big for the  split-level bench it sat on and it sloped from one level to the other. Praise God for the Gideons Bible as the Word of God proved an excellent leveller for the crooked TV. The hotel was in a great position, close to the centre of town and the surrounding attractions. The environment and facilities are excellent. We even received complimentary handmade chocolates upon check-in. As for the price, I managed to snag a 3-night consecutive stay package during a Ctrip promotion, which worked out to saving ¥1,000 per day! There's a large free parking lot, and it's about a 6-minute walk back to the hotel.
