I had such a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to many restaurants, and beach yet quiet enough to relax. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay! We stayed in the 2 Bed Family Villa at Chinchilla Motor Inn and couldn’t have been happier. The villa was modern, spotless, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, convenient yet quiet, making it perfect for families. What truly impressed us, though, was the amazing service. Our daughter accidentally left her beloved Kindle behind, and the staff went above and beyond to help. They carefully packed it in a bubble-wrap envelope and posted it back to us free of charge, even though we offered to cover the cost and their time. It arrived safely, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and honesty. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. We’d highly recommend Chinchilla Motor Inn to anyone — fantastic facilities and even better people!

I can’t thank the team enough for their kindness! I arrived late and hadn't checked my email for the self-entry instructions, so I was worried I’d be stranded. Instead, the staff actually came out in the middle of the night to make sure I got in safely and settled. I felt so well taken care of—this is hospitality at its best.

The room is ok, clean enough. Very good position. The check-in and check-out was quite conveninet. Staff very helpful and kind. I am a bit disappointed cause they didn't help me with the shuttle bus, so I had to take taxis. Despite this all good.

The location of this hostel is incomparable, which makes it possible for us to start off the day by having our meal at the third floor's balcony while enjoying the splendid view of the Gold Coast skyline. And the overall environment is clean and tidy. The staff and other tenants are quite helpful and hospitable. And the free dinner looked fancy enough to earn plenty of attention on social media platforms.

Had a great stay at Gladstone Central Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants. A comfortable and hassle-free experience—highly recommended!

Great hotel and location. Has everything you need within walking distance. Restaurants bars and casino just downstairs. Pool was lovely. More restaurants and Pac Fair mall just across the street. 5 min walk to the beach. We even walked to Draculas Cabaret for some evening entertainment one night. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean. Would stay here again. The only down side was having to pay extra for parking. It’s $20 a day.
