Reservei duas camas de solteiro na Ctrip, mas me deram uma cama de casal. Mais tarde, o hotel insistiu que não havia camas de solteiro, então tive que dividir o quarto com meus amigos. Fiquei em um quarto para 4 pessoas e o café da manhã foi fornecido. O quarto ficava em um andar alto e tive que subir um lance de escadas. O quarto era relativamente grande, com varanda, mas havia apenas um banheiro, então nos revezamos para lavar, e o fluxo de água não era forte. A roupa de cama estava soltando bolinhas e o ar-condicionado não esquentava bem. A vista era ampla e havia uma escola no andar de baixo. Também era perto da minha embaixada. O café da manhã tinha uma grande variedade de sucos, café, iogurte, leite, pão e sopa. A equipe de serviço foi educada e respondeu rapidamente à bagagem. Eles também se preocuparam com a próxima parada. Espero que a Ctrip possa fazer um bom trabalho de atracação na próxima vez.

Quando você procura um edifício que pareça UMA cadeia de hotéis ocidentais, você não Pode encontrar este hotel.
Embora este hotel exterior seja bastante único, a sala está limpa e bem equipada com instalações modernas, incluindo AC, TV Internet, Wi-Fi gratuito e banheira com jacuzzi 👍
O proprietário e o SEU pessoal são amigáveis e muito apoiantes.
Entre eles, o apoio generoso do MORIZZ é tão maravilhoso como a chá ou café que faz!

Fiquei no Cairo por uma noite, então precisava de um hotel perto do aeroporto. O hotel oferece um serviço de transporte gratuito de ida e volta para o aeroporto, o que é muito conveniente. Os quartos são bons e o hotel tem todas as comodidades que você poderia desejar (vários restaurantes, piscina e academia). Perfeito para uma pernoite entre voos.

I stayed at this hotel five times. Family for the location the fact that it has a swimming pool. Food here for breakfast was not too good because it upset my stomach. I like the staff the rooms are good but some of the views are just terrible. Views of Rocky vacant lots. If you can get a view of the Egyptian museum or the pool. The views can some time kind of depress me. this hotel has a swimming pool and a gym and after a day and Cairo you need to kind of decompress in a pool. I would stay here again this is my go-to hotel in Cairo. I paid $125 a night including taxes with breakfast. Not crazy about breakfast so be careful what you eat.

The location is the best by the river Nile. Room with balcony and river view is best to see the Nile and the great pyramids by distance. I enjoyed the views. The service is good. The room is okay. The furnitures in the balcony are in poor state. Bathroom needs refurnishing .

Lovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.

The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

Good hotel. There are great restaurant just walking distances from the hotel. The security are stationed by the army so it super safe to stay.
The blind curtains can see through and there were soldiers downstairs hanging out and watching directly you naked. No way to close the curtain fully.
Television from flint stones time.
Breakfast was ok.
Overall it safe stay, but had feeling of state penitentiary full of soldiers. Just don’t do anything stupid there.

Ouvi de hóspedes que este hotel pertence ao exército e a segurança é muito boa. Os táxis precisam ter os números dos quartos para entrar no portão e passar por controles de segurança para entrar no saguão do hotel. Os funcionários da recepção e do restaurante são muito entusiasmados e educados.
O garçom da limpeza do quarto também nos deu flores 😀
O hotel também tem piscina, você pode trazer seu traje de banho para nadar!
Os chineses ainda são muito populares no Egito!

RRaypanDon't go in winter if there's no heating; it was 10 degrees outside and 15 degrees inside. During my two-day stay, the first day the warm water was around 40 degrees. On the second day, after I kept urging them, they finally fixed it to just warm enough, but still not hot water. The decor looks like it's 15 years old. I came here because it said it opened in 2019. The service was indeed good, so I can't give a bad review for that. However, I spent two and a half hours over two days waiting for repairs and service. In summary, it's a five-star hotel with three-and-a-half-star facilities.

GGuest UserThis Marriott hotel is located in Cairo Airport's Terminal 3, which is incredibly convenient. It's only a five-minute walk from the hotel to the airport via a dedicated elevator and skywalk. We arrived much earlier than our check-in time, but they were able to accommodate us without any extra charge. The staff in the lobby were all very friendly and helpful, and they even had Chinese-speaking staff available!

MMichele CarlesiUnfortunately, this time I experienced a few issues with the room. The tap was clogged and, after it was repaired, the sink became clogged as well. The door was also partly broken and had to be pushed very hard to close properly.
As a business traveler, I usually have breakfast early in the morning. At 6:00 a.m., however, the breakfast room was already crowded with a large group of very noisy tourists, which made the experience less pleasant.
Despite these inconveniences, our stay overall was still pleasant.

RricksterI needed to stay here for a business trip. The good points are the consistently high quality of the St. Regis rooms, the abundant breakfast, and I loved the swimming pool.
The downside is the location. The new capital city is so new; the nearest shopping mall is a 30-minute drive away, and because it's so new, even ride-hailing services are hard to find. The hotel only has two restaurants.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel located by the airport. Very quiet from both aircraft and road noise. Extensive grounds, lovely to stroll around and places to rest. Good sized, well equipped rooms. Efficient lifts and plenty of eateries to choose from. Friendly efficient staff. Nice size swimming pool and separate children's area. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.
