The hotel has a great location, next to the ski slope, the hotel itself is large and elegant. The area of the hotel is huge and very beautiful, there is a swimming pool with sauna, necessarily to visit)))) in the room there is a teapot and 2 bottles of water, but there is no tea or coffee ... O hotel TEM UMA Grande localização e a minha sala TEM a melhor vista.A partir Da janela Da sala, podemos ver o mosteiro Kecharis e o sol todo.A propriedade é enorme com UMA variedade de acomodações, Como piscina, Corte de basquete, Corte de tênis, etc. Este é um círculo e um banho, porque o quarto está um pouco longe Da recepção, não TEM serviço de navegação.O pessoal é amigável e útil.
Para vegetarianos que também comem ovos, há opções alimentares limitadas, mas sabem bem.
Dois cons que eu senti que poderiam ter sido melhorados:
- Há muitas mochilas perto da janela, que era um pouco chato, e de manhã, você VAI encontrar muitas mochilas mortas no fundo da janela
- O tamanho do quarto pode parecer grande, em teoria, mas, porque muitas das suas dimensões são utilizadas nas escadas, é realmente apenas um quarto com um espaço de andar em torno da cama.Eu recomendo que reserve um quarto maior nesta propriedade.

Plus hotel is its location. To the lifts 10 minutes walk. In the hill but still in the pedestrian availability. Nearby is a great restaurant. The hotel itself did not give a clear impression. Beautiful lobby (it is the dining room where breakfast is covered), friendly staff. Good views from the window. There is a small gym with a table for tennis. But there are also consequences, quite tired rooms, grey towels, modest breakfast choice. There is no room for storage of g/l equipment and dry shoes. Only a teapot and a small refrigerator (it is a mini bar).

В целом поставили бы 4. Сам отель, номера, бассейн твердая 5, но есть одно но
К сожалению, при заселении в номер deluxe, у нас не работал кондиционер, погода при этом +38
Спать было тяжело, менеджеры проигнорировали сказав, что можем доплатить и переселиться в другой номер. Это минус
Также одна из администраторов, когда у нас возникло желание продлить проживание, сказала, что нет номеров, однако они были, о чем мы сказали. На что получили ответ: это неправда, все заполнено, 90% никаких номеров не будет.
Мы все равно забронировали и продлили, нас успокоил другой администратор, что бронь стоит
Также есть девушка администратор, очень вежливая и милая, к сожалению, не запомнила имя(
В целом, если бы не кондиционер и не игнорирование просьб с ним, поставила бы твердею 5!

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay.
It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location and my room had the best view. From the room window, we could see Kecharis monastery and the entire sunrise. The property is huge with a range of amenities like pool, basketball court, tennis court etc. This both a boon and a bane as the room is a bit far from the reception with no shuttle service. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
For vegetarians who also eat eggs, there are limited food options, but they taste good.
Two cons that I felt could have been improved:
- There were a lot of houseflies near the window which was a but annoying. And in the morning, you’ll find a lot of dead houseflies at the bottom of the window
- The room size might theoretically look big, but because a lot of the room size is used up in the stairs, it’s actually just a bedroom with some walking space around the bed. I would recommend to book a bigger room at this property.

SStickeStaff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Housekeeping did a great job. The room was very Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and good blackout curtains. The room was missing toothbrushes and I hope the hotel can improve on that .

Из номера открывается потрясающий вид на горы, отель находится прямо напротив havuts tar monastery
Летом видимо ещё работает бассейн
Завтрак разнообразный и очень сытный, много всего: молочные продукты, омлет, соки и фрукты
Рекомендую этот отель!
